Very friendly and professional. We had a few folks to need a little TLC while we were out for spring break! Could not have been happier with the quality of service and care! Plus we got daily updates and photos of the clan during their visits. It was too funny but good to have the updates and to see the smiles all around! I scheduled my two dogs for an evaluation last Friday. I was told to have them there by 9:30am, evaluation at noon, and then pick any time after 3pm. It was around 2:45pm and I hadn't heard anything all day, so I called and was told that my dogs had not been evaluated yet but they were about to within the next 15 minutes, it would take 15-20 minutes to complete, and they would call me when they were done so I could come get them. 4pm came around and I hadn't heard anything, so I just went to get them anyways. When I got there, I immediately could tell something was off. The employee at the counter just stared at the computer for minutes, not saying a word. She then went to the back office for a few minutes, returned to the desk and continued to just be on the computer. I could tell by her body language that something was wrong. She finally walked off to get my dogs, but I heard her call on the radio asking where they even were. When she brought them out, she just handed them to me and didn't say anything. I had to ask if they passed, in which she replied, "no, they were too nervous and you'll have to come back and do it again." She could not give me any details about how they acted or what the evaluation had consisted of. Something didn't feel right about this entire interaction, so I called to speak with a manager. There were no notes on their account, so the manager went to talk to other employees to find out what happened. Turns out they were incorrectly booked and did not receive an evaluation at all, and instead were "day-boarded". I understand that miscommunications happen, but explicitly lying is unacceptable. When I call to check on their evaluation and am told that they are about to do it but then never follow up, and then I pick them up and am lied to again about how their evaluation went. Just tell me they got booked wrong. Or when I called to check on their evaluation, do it then since that should have alerted you that there had been a miscommunication. That's all you had to do. Instead, the employees felt the need to fabricate a story and place the blame on my dogs' behavior instead of their mistake. PetSuites has completely lost my trust in their ability to care for my dogs and I will not be returning.

I recently sent my dog here for full groom at 7am which after reading some reviews I thought would…read morebe a great but turned out to be the worst service I have ever took my dog to he was there for over 8 hours not leaving until 6pm which I never received a text update or nothing I called them and they were very rude over the phone so I waited until I received a call to pick him up and as I got him they did a horrible job he came back with dandruff which he had never had a very uneven cut and he was even cut a little bit on his neck and when I asked them about it the groomer had left and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. So this will be my last time receiving service from them.

He came home with nothing on him trimmed except his back end, which looked choppy and rough. His face, sides and paws weren't touched at all. He was there for 1 1/2 hours. They charged $55 for basically doing nothing. I would not take any pet to this groomer.

One dog still had sticky red residue on his chin from a slushie that he got into days prior and the other still smelled bad (not like he normally does after his grooming). I also explicitly asked for one dog's tail not to be touched and they cut it anyway. While inside waiting for our dogs, a woman in the back was heard screaming, "Shut the f^*+ up" presumably to dogs who were barking. I now worry that my dogs have not been treated well and that is why they have recently started shaking and not wanting to enter when we arrive. We would not return to this business regardless, but we also requested a refund as the services. they were paid for were not completed or not done well. The business refused.
