That absolutely knows nothing other than how to be rude to people doesn't know anything about the wants me to ask anyone else that doesn't work there or could work there quoting. So I drive over 35 minutes away to a different location and I hate it. I go to the store, probably at least 2-3 times a week. If not it's just unacceptable. I'm giving this place a five for customer service, cleanliness, and staff service. I would give it a four star on stocking or having certain products at times and at times not. We always go and get cat treats, cat toys, dog toys, dry cat food, dog food, and wet cat food. Only feedback i have for the store is to be more proactive on acquiring products that you run out of. There are times I go to the store and some of the wet cat food we get is not in stock or some of the treats are not in stock. See what your inventory is and if it's popular (which it is) then order ahead of time. I do have to say their website is up to date on what's in stock or not as I validated it today. I really do appreciate the atmosphere the staff gives when coming in and they always ask if I need help or need anything in particular. I appreciate it. read more

The manager at this location is very rude in almost every interaction I've had with her. She frequently interrupts customers, speaking in a VERY condescending and loud tone. She always seems to be in a rush, and as such, rushes you out of the door as quick as possible. Other employees are very courteous and helpful, but it's very frustrating and even unappealing to visit this store knowing I will likely be berated for asking for something simple such as a price match. After adopting our fur baby from Operation Kindness down the road, I realized we did not have all of the supplies we needed for our new daughter. Operation Kindness had given me a 25% coupon for PSP, so it was a no-brainer where I needed to shop! Verda Belle and I stepped into the store and started the shopping spree. The store has an easy layout and wide enough for several shoppers to maneuver around each other with their pets. Doggy bed, check. Lots of treats, check. Dog food, check. Then came the leash and harness. I really had no idea what to get. Thankfully, a male employee came to our rescue. Once I chose what type of harness I wanted, he got on the floor and made sure the harness fit Verda Belle. Now, he didn't have to do that, which I was SO impressed with because he went above and beyond his job. The employee at the register was friendly and patient with me, because Verda Belle was ready to go and pulling on the leash. As I was pushing out the cart full of goodies, the male employee again stepped up and helped me to my car, even loading the items into the back seat. The store at Trinity Mills and Marsh Lane in North Dallas is an awesome store. From their vaccination clinics to their sales people, it is a class act all the way! And they are never out of supplies that I need, the bathing stations are clean and well-kept, the sales people there really know their business and educated on canine needs. This place is.... AWESOME! Its like a Whole Foods/Sprouts but for dog. All these great brands and product. Also it stays very clean and organized! They also have a doggy self wash station how cool! & they have cookie treats that look like frosted cookies. It smelt sooo good too. I wanted to eat it. Though most of the employees here were kind and greeted me and my dog with open arms there was one guys who just gave us a rude look and attitude. I came in with my dog muzzled, as we are muzzle training for vet visits, I was bathing my dog and had just finished. As I was putting everything up I had my dog muzzled again and he was sitting next to me probably about 7 feet away from the door. I moved my dog over further from the door as I saw the guy standing there waiting to come in. As he walked in i let him know that my dog was friendly and we were just muzzle training. He said "Yeah sure" in a very sarcastic tone and gave my dog a nasty look both while he was waiting to walk into the washroom area and after I let him know that my dog was friendly. Even if my dog was aggressive, which he isn't, he's muzzled, away from the door, and not having any kind of reaction towards him. Employees need to be kinder to dogs muzzled or not because that kind of reaction is gonna get you no customers. Very unhappy with him but everyone else was super kind and open minded! read more

I am always greeted by a team member when I walk in and asked if I need any help. I generally know what I want and where it is but if not they are most happy to help me. The store is clean and bright as well as well stocked With a great variety of different products and food. I find the prices are better than either of the other two pet food stores that are with in easy driving distance of me. A member always offers to take my purchase to my car for me. This has been my go to place since I rescued my beautiful Australian Sheppard mix! His name is Wiz (aka Wizdom). They have been on the whole ride with me! Every time I go in they remember me and my dog, always say hi to him, give him treats, and see how huge he's grown! They have a dog wash in the back of the store that has saved my back over the year! Great complimentary shampoo like four different kinds to use, with the purchase of a dog wash! I get all his toys here and treats! See you guys soon! Oh and it's not just a dog place! This is by far the best one stop shop for my Rocky needs. He goes bananas when we pull into the parking lot. I love how friendly the staff is and how patient they are with our fur babies. If they don't have an item they will do all that they can to make it happen. I've been coming here for at least two years and I always feel extremely happy with e quality of service for such a small establishment. I can't believe I ha met made a review before now but I love how personable they are compared to the larger pet stores. I visit about twice a week to make sure my baby has his daily treats. I have shopped at Petsmart and Petco for many years. Every once in awhile someone there will ask if I need help carrying out the 30 lb. bag of dog food that I'm always buying. I always say no, I got it, but the bag is nearly as big as me! I'm very independent, what can I say? Anyway, last night at PSPlus, the man just carried it out for me, never even asked. I like that! I walked in and was bummed that their 2 for 1 sale on Natural Balance dog food (not cheap stuff) was over. The smaller bags were on sale the last time I was in, so I bought several in each flavor. A representative from Natural Balance was there and he gave me some free samples, told me all about the food, and helped me carry it up to the register. Since I had the many flavors, I could see which one my dog liked best. Go figure, it was the bison flavor, which happens to be $10 more per bag! When I saw the high cost, I was shocked and went to my smart phone to price shop. Even the special internet pricing at other stores was higher than PSPlus. Everyone there is friendly and always helping people. They have a great stock and selection in every area, and it's well organized and reasonably priced. Before adopting our rescue a couple of months ago I would drive by this pet supply store daily on my way home from the gym. I always thought it was a second tier dog supply store...I was wrong. PetSmart/Petco = Walmart/Target Pet Supplies Plus/Canine Commissary/Odyssey Pets = Whole Foods/Central Market Pet Supplies Plus has so many options for a holistic grain free diet. The staff here is great and they have a great selection of raw frozen foods. I love this store. I was happy, months ago, to see Pet Supplies Plus moving into the large but never quite busy shopping center at Trinity Mills and Marsh. Now that they're open, I'm a big fan! The staff is knowledgeable, the store is clean, the pets for sale seem bright eyed, alert and well looked after. Pet Supplies Plus promotes taking care of pets, not merely owning a toy or accessory that sometimes needs food. One employee, while helping me chose among far too many cat food options, said they're like the Whole Foods of pet themed stores. I'd have to agree. There are other options. In this neighborhood, between Plano and Addison, there's always lots of options for any type of shopping. But, the quality is simply higher at Pet Supplies Plus. read more

I went in to find some dog booties for my dog after his surgery and the gentleman that greeted me as I entered was immediately helpful. He knew where things where. When he wasn't sure about an answer to my question, rather than guessing he double checked for me and suggested two items I was between. And also advised that if it didn't work I was more than welcome to return the items. I had a question about glucosamine in dog food and he looked for me, I mean actively looked! I just called to make another appointment and was told "the powers that be" decided to discontinue grooming services at this location as well as two other area locations that offered grooming so they could "focus more on retail". I love this PSP location. I realized I'd never Yelped about it when I was Yelping about the new North Carrollton store (which is also excellent). We've bought more cat food, cat litter, and crickets here than I could possible guess at. Great staff, friendly folks, excellent selection (wide range of everything), and even special orders. Tara, a manager, was especially helpful over the years. She helped me find a hard-to-find Mexican Red Knee tarantula. (I still have Alice today. Great spider - excellent, hardy specimen.) Everyone who works here is great. They also have grooming services, not that I've ever used them.
