I fell in love with all of them but especially one but I was visiting from out of state and couldn't fly back with her and the sticker shock of the cost put a pause on it for sure. Do not recommend our first encounter going was with JP he stated dogs are AKC registered and they are not or at least ours wasnt. On top of that they stated $7k he doesn't advise on the interest if financing how much it can go up. Purchased pup in January for the past months we have struggled on our pups paperwork it was never sent until march. When sent it had a sire/dam name that is completely different from when register at that i was sent two and both are different so now we dont know who it really is on top of that one day we are told she has a pedigree and another day we are told there is no pedigree. We are not happy at all anymore. On top of the requirements so they state 1 yr free grooming of course is not free you paid for it in the package but turns out JP put it for 6 months for us. Not only that it states on the contract for vet visits they will not compensate for cherry eye my pup got a cherry eye the following month once we had her home when that should be included. i dont recommend this place anymore because again its now may 13 and her paperwork is straight trash no pedigree not akc dont even know which one is the correct one. read more

This puppy was a gift to me, and I only had him for two months before he passed away due to a congenital heart defect. This was not something that developed over time--it was an underlying condition that should have been identified during the veterinary exam Puppy Dreams claims was completed prior to selling him. After noticing my puppy was unwell, I did everything possible to save his life and spent over $8,000 in veterinary care. Despite all efforts, he still passed away. I have all medical records, paperwork provided at purchase, and an official death certificate confirming the cause of death. What has added to my devastation is Puppy Dreams placing the responsibility on me, stating that their doctor did not catch the defect. As the buyer, I relied on their representations and documentation that my puppy was healthy at the time of sale. The only explanation I have been given is that the three-day post-purchase veterinary visit was not completed. While I understand this policy, the complete lack of compassion or accountability in the face of a confirmed congenital condition and the loss of a beloved puppy is deeply troubling. Per their own policy, I was promised a voucher in the event of death due to an unforeseen health issue, yet I am now being denied accountability, compassion, and reimbursement for the extraordinary medical expenses I incurred trying to save my puppy's life. This experience has been emotionally painful and financially overwhelming. I am not only grieving the loss of my puppy, but I am also hurt by the way this situation has been handled. This place sells sick puppies. They also will try to get away with not paying you if you work here! My daughter worked there for 4 days & saw all the sick puppies. She even saw someone bring a puppy back because they took it to a vet & the vet said the puppy probably wouldn't even make it through the night! I went to the Puppy Dreams at 439 w. Interstate 30, Garland,Texas in search for a Maltipoo puppy and my heart found one. The total package included free grooming and free training classes, along with the puppy already being chipped. Philip stated within 48 hours to schedule the vet appointment, that was where I learned that my puppy isn't Maltipoo at all. She's 51% Bichon Frise and 48% toy poidle all of which I DID NOT WANT!! Then I take her for her first grooming session, I am very specific in what cut I want and even sent a pic to the groomer. I pick her up 3 hours later to find she was groomed with a poodle cut. I understood that it came with the package, it looked all chopped up! and I brought to their attention twice and two different people and was IGNORED! Scheduled an appointment to possibly buy a puppy they were advertising online. Confirmed my appointment the day of.. confirmed it again three hours before my arrival. I arrived to my appointment promptly and when I arrived, they said they sold the puppy I was booked for 2 hours prior and would I be interested in looking at another puppy. My theory.. they never had the dog that was advertised. It was a lure. I drove 3 hours for nothing. If they had sold the dog two hours prior, why not notify me. I will add the only thing I didn't like was that the price that they gave me they did not disclose exactly everything I was paying for and made it seem like my dog was 5000 when in actuality the dog was only around 2000 and I paid for a bunch of add-ons. This was the worst experience. Dealing with Raul Andrade. We stopped by to look at a sister for our 2 year old yorkie. Logan was sincere and extremely good with the dogs. She gave us the prices for a male and a female yorkie. This is obviously a commission based company. Both dogs were offered at the same exact price. After an hour of playing we realized the male had a cough and was on medicine. We fell in love with the female dog, Sweetpea. Raul Andrade was the person we dealt with once we selected Sweetpea. After a long while, Raul walked over and told us he could negotiate the price down for the male but the female was non negotiable because she is more expensive. We were extremely confused. We reminded him we weren't trying to negotiate the price, that Logan came back from talking with him, offered both dogs for the same price. $5500 And showed him the papers, he suddenly says that now there is a deposit on the female dog we wanted. We were baffled. I asked, so someone made a deposit while we were playing with her? He said yes. We've now been at the store for 2 hours. He told us since they were paying in full and not financing the dog, he would not sell us the female we wanted. He blamed the entire thing on his employee, Logan, and said she was new and didn't do the right thing. He had her apologizing to us over and over when it was entirely his fault. She was clearly upset for us and confused herself. It was obvious he was being a greedy sales person. Ultimately we left without a puppy. We were both disappointed and really devastated. We left her, realizing you were overcharging us anyway. I've been in sales for over 25 years. This is not how things are negotiated. Raul did not give us the warm and fuzzies we're supposed to have with the addition of a new loved one in our house hold. This was a true disaster. Extremely unprofessional and terrible bait and switch practices trying to force us to take a sick male dog. There's also a huge markup and wiggle room on the price ($1-2k) so make sure if you are still going to shop with these scammers you get yourself a great deal. read more
