One of my dogs wasn't able to climb up and down the stairs anymore so Joyce carried him up and down stairs 4 times a day. One of my dogs has anxiety and wants to chew things up while I'm away, Joyce took extra steps to try to keep her from chewing up my house. I miss my dogs while I'm away but I don't worry about them anymore because I know they're in great hands!

He had no food or water and had tried to tear open his food bag. Yvette said it was a scheduling error and she would make up for it by coming extra days. I used her for so long I assumed it was a mistake and she was telling the truth. So the next time I went out of town, I thought about it and just to make sure since this is my cat's welfare, I checked up on her. I left sunday. I called my alarm company saturday. Nobody had been to my house. My cat didn't have enough food and water to last that long. I had to ask friends to go by the rest of the time I was out of town to check on my cat even though I was paying for Yvette to do that service. Unfortunately I couldn't trust that she would come over. And it says on the website she is supposed to stay 30 minutes. She was at my house for 7 minutes after not coming by for almost a week. So I also checked back on the previous time I was out of town when she claimed it was a scheduling error. She sent me an email telling me specific days she was going by my house to make up for the scheduling error and according to my alarm log history, she still skipped out. I was sick to think how often my cat was hungry or thirsty because I go out of town often and relied on her to take care of them.

JULY 2026, Boarded my two dogs at Frogs to Dogs for 10days while they were healthy, up to date on…read moreall of their vaccinations, and showing no signs of illness. Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened.
