My mom and I came to this place because our other groomer was closed and they did walk ins which was good but then right when I walked in one of the employees said "I need a break from this stupid dog", not only that but they said our dog was difficult and my brother quoted what they said when he picked up our dog and she said "your dog is just stupid he kept biting the shit out of us so we have to charge you $5 extra" if groomers can't handle a dog that doesn't know them they should just call the owners to say they can't cut his hair. I will never go here again. Dropped my dogs off at 12:00 and they weren't done until 8:00. When they brought my dog to me she was bleeding because the groomer cut her with the clippers. She tried to play doctor by putting super glue all over my 13yrold dogs open cut. Took her to the vet and he said, he has never seen anything like this before. He said, she used way to much glue. My dog needed 7 Staples to close up her cut. The groomer did pay the bill but I'm so unset at the fact she took it into her own hands and made things worse. read more

I went here twice to wash my dog, who has a short coat and little need for grooming other than a quick brush with a rubber comb/brush. She does have sensitivity to the colder water here since she is just skin on her belly and chest. The staff is extremely friendly and sweet to all the dogs, and makes sure that all are comfortable and taken well care of. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the space-don't bring fussy dogs here as I've come here twice in the morning while all tubs were packed. Dogs that might have behavioral issues won't do well here. Also because their shampoo is diluted, as most self pet washes are. I recommend bringing your own products if you can. read more

I am so very upset with the job they did on my German Shepherd. I told the girl I wanted the works as it had been awhile since he had been groomed professionally. I called to check on him and was told he had been washed and blow dried and was ready to be shaved down. He has been groomed before and his coat is shorter. This is what I expected. Instead my husband brings him in the house BALD. Shaved to nothing. With a bushy raccoon tail and a stupid looking head. I cannot stop crying. It hurts me to look at him. He is 13yrs old. His undercoat may never grow back. He also has razor burn in his crotch area. I will need to check for ingrown hairs now. How could a professional place do this??? They should've asked me! Now there is nothing to be done for him. He has no protection from the elements or our 5 mo old GS puppy. read more

We went for the first time today and loved it. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We had two large dogs to wash (DIY). The tubs were a great size and height. We were given plenty of shampoo, brushes, towels, and a dryer. They also had plastic aprons so we did not get soaked. They had three large tubs so we could wash both of our dogs at the same time. They offered great advice and brought us different kinds of brushes that would meet our needs better. They were attentive without hovering. The facility is tucked in the corner of a very small strip mall so it is easy to miss. The decor is no frills, but the service could not have been better. We will definitely be back. read more

I went in for an emergancy self wash and what i heard while i was washing my pup was not satisfing, one of the ladys said "Hes just a stupid pug." referring to a pug that was scared of getting out of its cage. they also were talking about things that should not be talked about at work. There is no way these "groomers" are licensed. Would not recommend leaving your four-legged baby here. read more

We came to do the self dog wash. When arrived we were told there was a lady finishing up & only one family was allowed at once. Which is funny because no one inside wears a mask. Well we waited still the lady inside was not done. We waited almost an hour and a half before leaving (should of never waited). there should be a limit for how long it takes to wash your tiny dog! Unbelievable no courtesy. We have 2 large dogs and it takes us less than a hour all together to wash them! Not 2 hours for a tiny dog. There needs to be a time limit. read more

Treated my anxious Malti-Poo so well. Something happened at a previous groomer that has made him become aggressive and very afraid in the pet salon. These gals just took great care of him, even though they had to muzzle him. He needed to get cut down and cleaned up pretty bad, and they really did everything they could to get him dialed in. I am especially grateful that even though my dog was aggressive, the owner said "we're not giving up on him" and even gave me some pointers on things I could do at home to prepare him for his next visit. I felt bad, but they were just so sweet. Thanks gals! read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Took my 2 yorkies in today at 10:45am and was told "please give us 4 hours." Called them at 4pm to check status and was told because my boy yorkie had such bad dandruff he had to be washed more than once. (I totally understood because he has bad skin). I was told they would be ready in an hour and a half, so 5:30pm. At 5:50pm, still no call to pick them up. Drove down there to see what was their status and both dogs were on the table being clipped. They finally gave me both dogs at 6:00pm. So 7 hours later, both yorkies have crappy cuts around their heads and decently trimmed bodies. Last time I came here before this, I was called to come pick up the wrong dog. When I told them this was would be my last time here, they said "that's fine." I said that's not what you should tell your customers and on the way out the door they said "no that's fine you don't need to come back." read more

My dogs needed a a quick nail trim. So I decided to take them here but literally never again. My dog has been groomed multiple times in the past at different locations and has never had any issues with any groomers. In fact, they always say that he was a good boy during the appointment. I just needed their nails trimmed so I did a walk-in. While I was waiting for my dog I heard her voice raise to my dog and at first I didn't know who was yelling, but I realized she was yelling at my dog once she said he was a walk in for a nail trim. Not long after she comes over to bring me my dog and tells me that she made him bleed with one of the nails and that he wouldn't let her grab his paws. He tried biting apparently, but if you cut a dogs nails too short and are being impatient with them they get scared so my dog got scared. Again, my dog is really good when getting groomed so I was pretty surprised and shocked that it happened. Overall, never going here again. read more

If I could I would rate this a no star. I dropped off my dog, at 9 in the morning and at 8 at night I showed up. They cut her hair wrong and tried to give me the wrong dog with my dogs leash and collar. When I told them it wasn't my pet they just rushed back and said nothing. It took about half an hour for them to come back with my dog. When we get home one of the associates called to tell me my dog was READY! Yes, my dog is ready, I have her home with me. To add insult to injury my dog was dehydrated when we got home she was desperate to drink water. Please do NOT bring your pets here. Save yourself a headache and your money. read more

I have used this location since the mid 80s. I took my terrier for grooming several times with no problems. In July I took her in again. They had a new groomer. She butchered my dogs hair. She is a Norfolk terrier which has a mustache, goatee and a lion type mane. The groomer cut them all off and shaved her stomach which requires no cutting. She left razor burns on her stomach. As a Christian I try to be kind and calm. I went back just to express my concerns. She hollered at me, putting her finger in my face and telling me I had no right to complain as she knew what she was doing! She opened the door, shoved me out and said don't come back. I was afraid she might get more violent. I tried for a week to reach the owner but her voicemail was full. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. When I called for the owners number she said she had mentioned the same concerns to the groomer. read more

This place made it so easy to wash my two dogs. There were crates to hold one dog while I worked on the other. They provided the soap, brushes and combs, and towels. It was so nice to not have to bend over to wash them - their bath tubs are at waist height making the whole process easy. Having access to the dryers made drying a quick and easy process. The two groomers showed me so tips that I would never have thought of and checked in on me to make sure all was well. I will never do this on my own at home again!! read more

I took my two dogs here for the self wash. $40 bought me water, one towel per dog, a odd, worn brush, and watered down shampoo. No dryers. No ramps. No good brushes/combs. No nice products. Took my dog Tibbers to the self serve wash and the staff was just wonder. It was easier than washing him on my front lawn and having to bend over and wait for him to dry. He is very hairy so it's a pain. At the self served there's a raise tub and a awesome blow dryer it was so easy and fast. The only complaint I have was the shampoo they had it was really watered down and didn't create suds. Next time I think I would call in and see if I can bring my own shampoo lol. read more

Brought my Labby here for a quick, self-wash after his stay at the pet hotel. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They actually lifted my 70 lb dog into the bathtub for me, which I really appreciated. They provide soap, towels, brush and blow dryer. The tubs are counter-height, so no bending and they do all the clean-up! Totally worth the $20! read more

I showed up on Tuesday with my dog and the person was not there. so I left there and went back home. I had to call and reschedule my appointment. So we rescheduled it for sunday and the amazing girls that were over there. I think they said their name were Patty and Cheyenne. They did the best job on my puppy I love it so much but I wish I could give them a five star but who ever was working Tuesday ruined that for me and they told me that they didn't know who was supposed to be there but it was not them. So I wish I could give them a five star but that person ruined it for me. So I will not show up on Tuesday ever again do to the fact that they don't even inform me. So why should I trust that person with my dog. I will only be going to those girls again. read more

I have a Mastiff mix that usually had to get muzzled because he sounds really aggressive when he's scared but the ladies at the Pet Wash Center took the time to get him comfortable with his surroundings before taking him to the back for a nail clipping! The love and care my little one received here was beyond what I expected from a doggie care place. My little one was one on the older side with heart issues and the care and tenderness taken to make sure my little one was okay was extremely personal. Wouldn't take my doggie anywhere else!
