We requested an upgraded system with higher efficiency which cost more than the cheapest system because energy efficiency is important to us. Dave was on time for his appointment, organized and thorough in looking over our existing system and the layout of our home, vents and returns. He also suggested we increase the size of our AC even before I mentioned that on really hot summer days it would get up to 80* with the AC constantly running. He matched one aspect of another company's offer. He explained his proposal welll and we ultimately went with Gibson. The installers were very efficient and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was connected via the manufacturer's app and that I understood how to operate the system. Dave and the two installers displayed professionalism throughout.

Everything about their operation was completely professional, including the booties they put on before entering my home. Upon assessing the situation, one man took one job, and the other man took the other. they were both completed and out of my house and under an hour. What I got charged was significantly less than what I got quoted. I would highly recommend calling pro flow, plumbing solutions for all of your home plumbing needs. They were probably the sixth plumbing company I called and even though I had no water in my house the other companies could not get in and fix the problem until next week. That is unacceptable if you don't have water that is a priority. Nick understood that and was quick to come over and fix the problem. on a personal note, I am not an easy guy to deal with. I do everything that a tradesman hopes a customer would not do. The knowingly SEVERED our line…read morewhile doing some work for our neighbor and when we called them, not aware yet, they had notes of this and still charged us for a scope then after many questions admitted that they cut our line, asked us to pay for the work as Maury doesn't want to "eat the price". We said hell no and when asked for a refund for the scoping since this wasn't our fault, he lied and threatened to charge us for the neighbors work and said we caused some of it. It was a break in a 90+ year old pipe which is at fault of no one. Said it's a small price we have to pay, never once did Maury apologize for the mistake, call us, explain anything or come to our door. We also are told that he had to have permission to cut a line and a permit. which he would not have gotten as our line would have been deemed in use. He was going to make us sit with human waste in our basement where my kids have rooms, for a week and turned his phone off when we called to see that we get moved up as NONE of this was our fault and we were left in the dark. His manger got us on the schedule a day earlier which is the only reason I'd give less than half a star if this website didn't make me. Yeah, i know it needs to be fixed...you broke it. I've taken the sink apart multiple times with no problems, but "it must've been a weak pipe". Probably something I can fix myself, and he wrote me a "guarantee" in case I need them to come back out, but I probably could've rented a longer pipe snake for $179 and not broken my pipe and left a ton of rust on my driveway from the 20 min he spent trying to unstick his own pipe snake.

Another vendor quoted $250 for a 10' ceiling (which I would have done myself) and $350 for the extra 5 feet. Doolittle quoted $89 service call plus $40 for each 15 minutes - about an hour estimated, so about $250 for the total job. The job was completed in a flash and the total bill was $169. Workers (forgot their names!) were very professional and communicated with me the whole way. They took care to protect my wood flooring and assembled the fan (and extending rod) in crazy fast time. I highly recommend Doolittle as my experience was nothing short of extremely satisfying!

After being away for 5 days and having turned my A/C unit off I returned and it wouldn't turn on…read more So on Sunday June 11th, I called COE to come take a look at my A/C unit. At that point the technician came later that day and looked at my unit. He informed me that my blower motor and blower module weren't working. He tells me the parts are expensive. In the $800 to $1000 range. I agree to have the parts replaced. On Thursday the same technician returns with the parts to install. After installing the parts, he informs me that my Control board isn't working and that is going to be another $500. And that I may want to consider getting a new unit. I told the tech that I am not going to do anything at this time. At that point he tells me that I have to pay my bill which is up to more than $1400 for parts and Labor. After speaking with another company, they informed me that COE should never have replaced the blower motor and module without testing the control board. So I called COE and they said they are sorry and all electronic parts are not returnable but they would give me a deal on a new furnace. I explained that it was there technician that cost me to purchase a parts that weren't necessary and that I should not have to pay for the parts and COE should keep them. With no results, I still had Roger Coe come and give me an estimate. The estimate he gave me was $2900 on a new furnace. But he would give me a $400 discount so the bill would be $2500. I had another company come in and give me a quote, and they informed me that the price for the unit COE gave me was the market price and that he had a unit that they can install as well as a thermostat that would also qualify me for rebates to Nipsco and AEP. The quote was $2455, and $495 in rebates that they would fill out the paper work. Needless to say I am going with the 2nd company and I would highly advise anyone that uses COE heating and Air to definitely consider a second opinion before having them do any work that is more than $100
