The guys are always quick to get you in and started on your oil change. On one occasion, I needed a headlamp light bulb replaced and the manager told me they did not carry light bulbs but that if I secured the light bulb they would be happy to swap out the burned out light bulb. After my oil change I popped over to the Auto Zone and picked up the light bulb and returned to the Grease Monkey location and they quickly replaced my bulb free of charge. Now that is great customer service! What impressed me the most is that they perform the services you ask and are not trying to up sell you on services you don't really need. With inflation and rising costs everywhere it is good to know where to get honest reliable service for your vehicles.

Over the weekend while they had my car, rats or mice destroyed stuff in my car and started to eat through area where my accelerator is. They kept the Jeep for a day and said they flushed the radiator, replaced the thermostat and temp sensor. Within two days, when we needed heat, it was still not working properly. We took it back, not happy that it wasn't fixed and we were out $822.00. The second fix was to replace the radiator. They said we cracked if after the first repair. There was 7 days in between the first repair and the 2nd! It never worked right after the first repair! They said the radiator was "rusted out" So how could it get rusted out in 7 days. They never said it was rusted out at the first visit!! 2nd repair was a new radiator and new coolant for $756. STILL DOESNT WORK RIGHT!!!
