This review is scored entirely based on Mann's RV staff and ownership completely disregarding CDC guidelines to wear protective masks indoors. Not a single member of the staff was wearing a mask, freely talking with clients and each other at close proximity. Masks were being worn by the three customers in the shop at the time. The fact that the staff was not wearing masks while talking with clients shows a complete lack of understanding of the CDC guidelines. The front door featured a sign stating that wearing a mask was suggested but not mandatory. read more

Stay away from this place. Bought a used keystone camper from here. As a member of the military, they gave me a good deal. Overall the camper is very nice. Less than 30 days of owning it, all the tires blew out on the highway. Informed Mann's RV within the 30 day purchase agreement and said they won't cover the tires. Upon further inspection, the tires are rotted and are not safe enough to handle the camper load. That's bad business and is not how a business should be run. read more

I've been taking my truck camper and RV here for 20 yrs. Have always been pleased with the service including replacing a section of wall from water damage, removing awning from one vehicle and putting on another; saving many $$$, installing a catalytic heater, etc. Recently they installed a new ceiling fan and stove with great expertise. These folks are always helpful and accommodating. The service manager, Jeremy is excellent ; working tirelessly to order the proper parts needed, and scheduling repairs. My Sport Trek has seen more time at this dealer this year than we have been able to use it. We purchased it 3 years ago and have had normal visits to the dealership. We discovered a soft spot in a corner of our less than 3 year old trailer and we're very concerned. The service department found tat a seal in on of the slides was not installed properly and it had been leaking since we purchased it. With their help we were able to get our insurance company to cover the significant damage. And after two months we were able to camp again for two weeks, until we found that the fridge would not work properly. We called, and we're left on hold without getting to service. Sent a text with no response. Unfortunately we have to find another service provider. read more

They told us we could drop the RV off after 5 pm but when we arrived, the gates were closed and we had to call someone to pick us up then take time out of our work day to come back and pick up our car. On top of that, when we were picking up the RV the person who was giving us the walkthrough had absolutely no idea what he was doing and gave us incorrect tips on how to correctly drain the sewage.. The water pump barely worked, both the sink and the shower sputtered at best... Extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and absolutely terrible service. Don't make the same mistake that we did by renting from this place. read more

i was going to check out fuller in boylston but heard bad things about them. I went here to rent an RV to bring to the beach, they had good customer service, friendly and reasonable to work with. No problems besides a dead generator battery which should have been checked before i left as it didn't hold a charge for long to run the propane fridge overnight i was woken up a couple times in the morning as it requires the battery to control it, they should have load checked it, unit was in decent shape, pricing was good Bring cash for security deposit! I didn't have enough and had to go to an ATM :( read more

My wife and I visited Mann's RV on Friday, 9/14/18, to look at a used Aliner they had taken in consignment. It was our great good fortune to meet Stephen Binley, who, over the course of 2 & 1/2 hours, not only showed us the camper, but gave us the best and most informative trailer selection education possible. We've been to many shows, visited a number of RV dealers, and read volumes of online articles, but Stephen best-summarized the particulars: lifestyle, intended uses, and safety. He then proceeded to demonstrate same, by showing us different models and styles, including the original unit, that would address our particular requirements. We purchased a gently used hybrid camper a few years ago. In January of 2017 we went to the Boston camping show and purchased a new trailer from Mann's. In both instances, we found Mann's great to work with and we have been treated well as customers. Steve has been our salesman for both purchases and we highly recommend him. We especially like that this is a family owned and operated dealership. We have owned campers since 1999. This is the best dealership we have ever dealt with. Purchased a new Keystone travel trailer from Mann's at a show at 6 Flags in Agawam, MA in fall of 2014. Sales staff were great and purchase experience was great. July 2016 we had a small water leak and the air conditioner wasn't working correctly. We were camping nearby so we went to dealer for help. Sales quickly washed their hand of us and quickly pointed us to service/parts. After describing our problems we were treated like they couldn't be bothered. Was quickly told that water leaks were my problem as soon as I drove it off the lot and that because there was a one year warranty, they couldn't help with the air conditioner. One good note: the service manager let me return a $40 thermostat he promised would fix my problem. Last week we brought our trailer to a Keystone dealer which is closer to our house. They informed me that my Dometic air conditioner was still covered under a 2 year warranty and replaced the unit free of charge. They are also going to contact Keystone about the water leak although they did say it probably won't be covered. You have seen the last of me Mann's RV... read more

We recently purchased a Keystone Passport. Got a great price, which I compared to numerous places around the country. No pressure sales. We had the service department install a wiring harness, brake control, and weight distribution hitch. They did a great job, explained everything, and the final price was lower than the quote. When we picked up the trailer they went over everything, and patiently answered all our questions. What impressed me most was that no one ever walked by my wife and I without asking if we needed help, and everyone had an excellent attitude. Great experience and I would highly recommend. read more

Rented a 23' class c motor home columbis week 2014 As we were driving to start our trip this thing was filthy My wife spent3 hours cleaning and had to make a trip to Walmart for a new shower curtain. .it was disgusting also mattress pad and cover. Yup that was nasty too. Right side mirror was cracked and loose and would not stay fixed. Funny thing is it had a new state inspection sticker. I wonder how they got that with a broken mirror. So it makes me wonder what else could be wrong.. At the time of returning i mentioned the issues to the YOUNG lady in the office she did not even care all I got was O really. Ordered and bought new an Aliner Expedition. I bought in January and it took until 4/26 to get my unit. I went to the dealership and they had me sign the financing papers gave me the paper work for the registry, plates and tax. I did everything I was supposed to do. I went there 4/29 to pick it up and accept delivery. The unit was a mess. Dent in the front, scratches all over the rear diamond plate, caulking all over it, damage inside to the fridge panel and back couch on wood trim edge, across 4 feet of the back there was 16 inch wide scratches on the rear diamond plate, broken cover on 30amp plug outside, black marks on ceiling, caulking missing on front led lights, nicks and marks on aluminum trim around unit and more. Every led light was caulked except for the entire top rear row of red leds. One of the owners named Todd said they were not supposed to be caulked and had black gaskets instead but upon going to pick up the supposed repaired new $24000.00 trailer the entire row was poorly caulked and looked like crap! Prior to that I demanded the unit be repaired and a $1000.00 refund to accept the unit with the damage and refused to let them replace the diamond plating since the unit would never be the same. I waited two weeks while Manns said they were waiting for Aliner to agree to the $1000.00 refund, that was not the truth, they never went to Aliner I called and verified with Aliner. However Fred Wozniak stated and I quote "Aliner will not agree to the $1000.00 but they will refund $500.00, I will give you a check for the $500.00 so you do not have to wait for Aliner." NOT TRUE. They also said they could not make any decisions until the owner made them. There is a father, two sons and a daughter in law that all are owners. I was refunded all of my money. I had to pay for a title, plates of which I will not see any refund because Manns dragged their feet from 4/29 through 5/15 and the plates were not cancelled within 10 days. After listening to their stories I started having a witness with me upon every visit and I also kept my phone on in my shirt pocket recording the conversations since I could not trust them. As a consumer I would never do business with this company again. read more

Beware of sales. That "low pressure" technique may simply mean they do not want to disclose everything. The less they talk, the more you trust. Bought an Aliner at the end of the Season. Found out (after I signed) that the unit I bought had already been purchased, towed away by the new owner, and then returned. Also the unit had been on display all season on the showroom. I was told it was new. Kinda it was, but not really. I paid full retail. Felt kinda ripped off. If that info had been disclosed, I would have negotiated a lower price. Love the camper, but it had major issues the first year. I blame Aliner for that. I had to tow it back several times. Mann's service department is the reason they get 2 stars and not 0. They repaired it each time, no cost (under warranty). But they also repaired several design issues that Aliner messed up. Mann's service department a little rough around the edges, but good guys. read more

Was ready to return to Ct after camping near Mann's. Discovered I had a broken shackle on the spring suspension on my 5th wheel. It would have been dangerous if not impossible to make the 2 1/2 hour drive home. They dropped their other work and were able to locate the parts and put two mechanics on it so that it was completed in 1/2 HR. They were understanding to my dilemma and did not take advantage but were very reasonable and professional. Can't say enough good things about their service and would recommend to anyone! read more

Bought a used popup in the spring from these people ya I get it its used but what a POS and the salesmen once we signed the paper work could have cared less.....in fact we had to ask for the keys to the door??? problem after problem after 5 months of owner ship sold it and bought a new camper from Camping World of Berkley MA.......great dealer ship and people at least they make sure they call you after the sale to make sure all is working correctly. read more

Terrible service department! We had to bring back our brand new pop up viking camper due to a rotted out floor the first year we had the vehicle. Had many many phone calls with the service department on what we should. Finally, they wanted the vehicle to repair. Again, weeks went by no phone call update on the status of our camper. I had to keep calling them for an update. Then it was decided they were not able to repair it. I was like well we have plans to use it in the next two weeks. I asked if there was anything they could do to repair the floor, since it felt unstable, they had no thoughts on how to provide a temporary support system! Really!! You are a service department!! We had to take the camper back and use it as is. Then bring back at the end of the summer for them to SHIP the vehicle to Michigan for them to repair at the factory. It was dropped off in September this year 2015. We have heard nothing!!!! My husband called today. It actually was not shipped back to the factory until October 5th. Now we are getting the run around with the factory. Ridiculous!!! Lousy place!!! We want our camper repaired and returned NOW!!!! read more
