It seems like a lot of extra charges now and one of my dogs got hurt there. I know it was an accident because I witnessed her jump up on the park bench in the front waiting area and her leg went through it because there was no cushion on the bench. I ended up having to pay $200 for my vet to look at it and do x rays. Luckily it wasn't broken, but I feel like a simple precaution could have prevented it. Whenever I would pick up my dogs lately, they would be so nervous and acted like the couldn't wait to get out of there. I'm wondering what is going on there that I don't know about. They would also reek when I got them back, so I doubt there is very much cleaning going on there. I really hope they can improve.

A hematoma I believe. I wouldn't know if anything happened at boarding bc I was given no update at all if she played with any dogs, alone etc. photo of her ear below. She's never had anything like this happen before in 2 years. She is seeing a vet soon today is Tuesday 10/22. I asked for 3 days for an update on my foster dogs whom boarded here and once I did get an update it was snarky from Christy the owner (text below) . I've used boarding facilities before & the facility has always been kind and happy to provide an update every couple days & they are very busy facilities as well. When I picked them up besides Lunas allergy medication nothing was removed from their bags as indicated at drop off, their treat balls for their kennels were still full with the same treats and none from the treat bag had been used. At pick up I was handed both wild excited to see me dogs at the same time & they are both very strong dogs, & before I could get spun around with their leashes thinking I would be provided an update Christy had went back into the office. No greeting of hello, goodbye, zilch. There are many boarding facility's to choose from just do your homework before choosing one especially if you need to leave town for 10 days as I did. Dogs seemed fine at pick up overall. This was the 2nd time they've boarded here (my fosters) and my experience prior was similar retaining to communication. I'm out of town for Christmas from 12/24-12/26 and found another wonderful place in lees summit to board my own dogs & fosters. Thank you Suzanne

Dr. Taylor and Dr. Dechant are positive, kind, knowledgeable, and very good at listening. I like that this clinic has a calm atmosphere and is not a cold, intimidating place. Even the heartbreaking experience of making final decisions about your pet is bearable in an environment where the staff obviously have planned and considered how to sensitively lead you through that difficult situation. The front desk staff are also welcoming and enthusiastic. They are very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and patient. If you have a cat, this is where you should go for care. It makes a difference that they specialize in and cater to cats specifically. It means you are getting the most up-to-date care and there are no other types of pets present to stress out your cat. During their stay, on day 2, I was contacted saying they were out of the food I provided. They are all around 20 lbs, I provided a gallon bag of food with a 1/4 cup scoop to feed then twice a day. They fed them a full cup twice a day,,,,,,,,,,, crazy. They called me saying they were out of the food I provided and asked if I could bring more, Well,,, being 500 miles away and having provided plenty of food my options were to have them feed them their food, which worked out to be fine. I was told they were very sorry and would make it right. I picked them up to day, quoted the full bill,,,, the young gal had no knowledge of the issue, no fault of her own, and she graciously gave me a credit which was great and greatly appreciated. I waited what seemed to be a bit long for my pups to be brought out, the gal that brought then was pretty irritated saying that it was difficult to get them ready to go,,,,,,, really???? I get them home and get ready to feed them only to find out that they did not send one of my older girls medications with us in the bag of other stuff. Wow. I called and they have it and suggested I "swing by" and get it,,,,,,, 40 minute drive. This is way out of character for Pete and Macs, so I had a suspision that there were some major changes,,, and yes,,, they have changed hands. I will be looking for a different place to board my pups when we go on vacation and would encourage others to monitor their experience with Pete and Max.

I interviewed several dog trainers and Sit Now Stay is the best by far. It started with the free consultation with Brianne. We felt so comfortable and confident with their philosophy and training methods. The training provided the building blocks for the puppies and for us. All the trainers were wonderful. Scout and Skylar worked a lot with Sierra and Laura. We received daily report cards, pictures and videos which helped us stay connected and watch their progress. We were able to visit and see their progress too! Sierra was patient and kind with our lesson to go home. Plus when we called with questions. We highly recommend Sit Now Stay. You will not be disappointed.

We gave our puppy a bath before going in and he came back smelling AWFUL. Even when we got him at the shelter he didn't smell that bad. So I have no idea how clean their facility actually is because he absolutely stunk every single time he came back from here. They did not work on the biting and did not give us a daily report card. It was a "trust me bruh" but they gave no explanation of what they had worked on whatsoever. When we asked the owner why they were not following through with the agreement made when we hired them, she tried pinning my husband and I against each other gaslighting us saying we didn't communicate together. Her exact quote was "it seems like you and your husband aren't communicating very well". Absolutely crossing the line. . Not only is that completely unprofessional as an owner to question a customer's marriage but to flat out lie is unacceptable. The owner is completely out of line and a scammer. They gave us zero information on what they worked on with our puppy and no report cards. We have no idea what he did all day while in their care. The report card we were told before hiring them would be DAILY. We got Monday's. Tuesday we didn't get one so on Wednesday I mentioned it to the morning staff. He stated they were down a trainer so we would get both today (wednesday). My husband mentioned it to the evening staff at pickup and was told the same thing but stated the delay was due to a sick trainer. Thursday morning we still haven't gotten a report card and haven't been told anything about what has been worked on. The owner tried lying stating they always had told us that we wouldn't be getting daily updates when that is a flat out lie. We had a call with the owner before hiring them where she stated we would be getting daily updates and SHE told us the class she thought would be best based on our goal. I can't stress enough how much of a liar this owner is and now she's trying to twist the narrative. We did not expect perfection we made it very clear we know he's a puppy. However, we have not been told a single thing of what they worked on with our dog. Nor has the biting even slightly gotten better. This was supposed to be a longer course, so the owner falsely framing this as if we expected a magical difference in three days is not only misleading but it is another lie. A complete waste of time and money. Do not recommend. They will tell you what you want to hear then change everything after you pay
