When I was checking out, I spoke briefly to the owner. He made me feel confident in my purchase - and explained a little bit about how they started to carry the brands they sell. I will be contacting simplicity Head quarters as well the better business bureau, just don't like the way they treat customers specially when you call a young lady keep asking what is it regarding if you want buy she will get you someone right away, but issue they are busy. So I found myself believing the promises of their larger competitor (the place who does all the advertising). After being on-order at the competitors for 8+ weeks, I became frustrated and called Appliance Alliance again, in search of inventory. Salesperson Nick (aka, my miracle man) found several models of double wall ovens that could be delivered within a week. Professional installer Joe Torrie was available the day after delivery. Wow, I hit the jackpot! So here is my recommendation.... (1) shop at Appliance Alliance, (2) ask for Nick, and (3) schedule installation through Joe Torrie. That is the winning combination!!

I know that can be a real bear and I wasn't up to the frustration and busted knuckles. The service scheduling, pick-up & delivery went smoothly, simple phone communications. The repair and P&D fee was more than fair, service quality was top notch. In 2017 I decided to go "high tech" efficiency, and join the Zero-Turn bandwagon....but on a tight budget. I consulted with Randy Moyer, he introduced me to the "new" Bad Boy Mowers - they had just taken on the line. I purchased a new Bad Boy MZ 42" with Kohler V-Twin, he took my Simplicity in on trade. It's 8 years later now, no regrets. For cost vs. quality, you can't beat Bad Boy in the residential line. I recently decided to upgrade a little, took delivery of a 2026 Bad Boy MZ Magnum 48" from Moyers. Again, Randy took my (very well maintained) Bad Boy MZ on trade. It's a great place, the "big box" stores might be a little cheaper sometimes, but as most of us have come to know there's a lot more to value and satisfaction than just price.
