After we explained Sawyer's situation, this absolute saint of a groomer didn't just agree to trim his nails -- she offered to clean him up for a small fee, with the kind of patience and warmth that could calm a tornado. Minutes later, out strutted a brand‑new dog. Freshly trimmed, nails immaculate, tail wagging like he'd just won a beauty pageant. I tipped more than I planned, but honestly, it still wasn't enough. I typically drop her off in the morning and within 4 to 5 hours they call me and tell me she is ready sometimes shorter than that even She's always looked really great They used to be in the shopping center off of Wood Street but now they're down just a tiny little bit walking distance behind the Ace Hardware I completely recommend this shop for Grooming, they have patience. On the day we picked him up, I messaged her to let her know when we would arrive to pick up Snapdragon, and the account responded with Diamond Oaks Ranch's contact information. A few days later, she contacted me asking, "how is the pup," requested pictures of him, and described him as "a very sweet pup." I am disappointed that rather than acknowledging our experience, the response has been to deny that we purchased our dog from them at all. I am posting the contemporaneous messages so prospective buyers can see the documentation and draw their own conclusions.

I love that this is a home based day care that has more than enough space for the pups to run. Kathryn, her brother, and her husband are EXCEPTIONAL. I first used them when I went to Thailand for 2 weeks and again when I went to Hawaii for a week. The pups had not been there in a year and KNEW where they were going and were ecstatic when we turned into their street. My golden has a lot of health issues and her medication regime has never an issue. My malamute mix has anxiety and can sometimes mount, and again never an issue. He's also not very trusting so the fact that he is happy is so reassuring. I LOVE that Kathryn will send me videos and pictures of my babies next to her human baby coexisting. It really is family owned. I rather make the 1-2hr drive and take them here than go anywhere else. I can go on vacation and have peace of mind that my babies are not just being taken cared of but also being loved on. Don't look further, bring your fur babies here!

BEWARE OF THIS BACKYARD BREEDER!!!! He sold me a very ill puppy and would not admit to her being…read moresick or take any responsibility. The day after I bought the puppy I took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with PDA, a very, very serious heart disorder that would kill her within a year if not treated. (by the way, treatment for this disorder ranges in the $3000 dollar range) I called this breeder and told him the diagnosis and he told me flat out "the puppy does not have PDA" and he refused to refund my money. Saying "hold on to her and she will be fine". That was a week ago and I have so far taken her in for an echocardiogram and verified that she does in fact have a PDA (which I have since found out is hereditary) and have scheduled surgery for her. (95% chance of recovery and healthy long life:) Per the Puppy Lemon Law I am in the process of going after this breeder for 150% of the purchase price of the puppy which he is in fact liable for (not even close to what we are spending to get her healthy). He has offered to refund my money if I bring the puppy back (after I informed him I was taking him to court of course) but this is not going to happen. She is a great little girl and we have become very attached to her and could not live with ourselves taking her back and knowing that she would not get the proper care that she deserves. DO NOT BUY ANY DOGS FROM THIS BREEDER!!!!!!! We need to shut down people like this that care more about money than the animals they breed!! OK lets comment on the reply this breeder just put up two years after the fact: Dear Customer , I did take full responsability and offered to refund your money right after you notified me that the puppy was ill ( this is total BS! The response I received from this guy was I quote " there is nothing wrong with the dog just wait a while and she will be fine" ) but you refused to bring her ( again total BS, the only reason I called the day after I bought her was to return her after two vet visits to confirm the PDA but you flat out refused ) because you said you were attached to her instead you wanted me to pay you $4000.00 (no I did not want $4000, per puppy lemon I was entitled to 150% of the purchase price of the puppy which you again refused to pay) in medical bills! That is not the way lemon law works ! This is one of the reason I decided to just breed older trained dogs instead of puppies this way I do all the check ups and will make sure I have enuff than to evaluate the overall health of the German shepher dog. It is really to bad you feel this way about my kennel! I am very happy that I went the extra distance to buy from Rene (I live in phoenix, Az). My dog is proving to be show quality. I would highly recommend this breeder.
