I was so hesitant to take my pups to any daycare because they're my little babies and I never want to leave them. However, Rebecca made me feel extremely comfortable with leaving my pups with her and I had 100% trust in her the whole time. My pups were a little nervous at first but she definitely was super knowledgeable and kept my pups and I calm throughout the whole orientation process. Rebecca totally took care of us; we were headed out of town right after the busy 4th of July weekend and our usual sitters were out of town, Rebecca took our Lexi in on such short notice and for a fraction of what we have paid at other places. We had piece of mind, knowing that she wasn't just locked in a cage all night and half the day. And all of the videos Rebecca sent let us see how happy and playful our Lexi was. When my dogs first started going there everything was great until they had to stay an extended period time upon arrival 1 day to visit my dogs I could hear her yelling and cursing out all the dogs while trying to let my dogs out .Her attitude towards me was like she was annoyed that I came to check up on them once my dogs where out she slammed the door in my face I would request multiple times for receipts so she could be paid by my insurance but she was falling to give unlikes she wanted the money which would be 2 months later when clearly my wife and I asked every other week to send it to us . She failed to tell me my dog had a seizure untill I had our dog at a vet for a checkup that's when she said something. She fails to inform u that the dogs are low in food until they have 1 meal left. Now my biggest issue with her and her company is the fact that the dog I adopted through her was an adoption that shouldn't ever went through cause what she told us was the previous owner hasn't paid her since November of 2021 when clearly I contacted the dogs owner and she showed me prove that the last payment she made to Rebecca was on March 08 2022 just 2 months before I adapted him but they also had an agreement that she is to watch the dog for 3 months free until she is able to make 3 months payment and have a job set so pretty much she has put a dog for adoption by violationing an agreement they had which I have all this documentations from the previous owner to show she did what she was asked. Also I end up taking my dogs from here care just few day from the due date and both my dogs smelled like cigarettes which shoes this dogs are around cigarettes smoking alot explains why she gives them a bath before pick up so she could hide the fact that she smokes around dogs . Oh and both of my dogs with In a month and a half both have dropped drastic weight to the point where u could see there ribs. BTW SHE DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO CARE FOR 10+DOGS AND BLAMED OUR INSURANCE FOR REPORTING HER TO THE CITY OF PERRIES.
