When the time came, Dr. Grant came out to my vehicle so he could pass without any stress. Buster was in my arms, on his giant dog bed in his favorite place, my car. It was a peaceful, loving experience. My other dog Trixie, is older and was lethargic. Dr. Grant diagnosed spinal arthritis and prescribed a treatment plan that was perfect. When the office called to check on Trixie the next day, I told them they broke my dog! My sweet little old lady was acting like a puppy. She is a happy healthy girl thanks to Dr. Grant.

I have left verbal messages twice. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME! NEVER AGAIN. I won't go there ever again. I asked for a very full face. The replacement groomer was great too. I have no issue with him but since Laura left, it seems to be harder and harder to get a grooming appt. I don't know if they just aren't staffing up enough to support grooming services. As I write this review, the next available grooming appt is not until 2 months in the future. I love that they assign my girl to the same groomer each time. My dog goes to her readily each time. The groomer always comes out to talk with me before the session to make sure we both agree and understand what is to be done. My doggie always looks (and feels) so good after her grooming! The place is always bright and clean, and the employees seem genuinely happy to work there. BEWARE! This business was acquired last year by DestPet and our dog nearly died because of neglect…read moreand inadequate care! Our family has been Atlanta Pet Resort customers for over 16 years and recently almost lost our dog due to a neglected dog bite. Our dog was attacked by another dog during play time and neglected for 4 days before requiring emergency veterinary care and almost dying. Atlanta Pet Resort did not make us aware of the situation then lied and tried to cover up the incident, it was only the ER vet that was told and then relayed the truth. 2 surgeries, 7 incisions, and 3 drains later we're running a veterinary out of our home and hoping she pulls through. This is a pet owner's worst NIGHTMARE... do NOT trust this company with your pets. It's a sad decline at what used to be a great facility.
