I was in the store today for about five minutes when I was simply looking for guppies to put in my turtles tank. Shopping on my own for a minute I noticed a tank with dead fish. Obviously they don't pay attention to their animals. Moving on and finding a worker, I asked if they had the type of fish I was looking for, the worker just pointed behind her said "yeah over there we have female and male." I looked behind her there is 10 different tanks of different fish that look pretty similar but definitely not what I'm looking for. I said well that's not really helpful. She ignored me, I left the store. I care about all my animals and I hope you do to. Please go to a better pet store than this one, it won't be hard to find. read more

Huge store- but disappointing betta collection. One was dead and most fish had so much blue added to the water that I couldn't even see what color they actually were. Don't come here for bettas, but the staff was friendly and the store large. read more

We selected the Banfield Animal Hospital in PetSmart for our vet care. I wanted our puppy to have a good experience at the vet, so I scheduled a $17.99 puppy wash and trim the day before his first set of shots so that he wouldn't associate the building with being poked. We lucked into having Leigha as our groomer. She listened to my goals for the grooming and delivered exactly what I hoped. She's done our dog (a 'doodle') 3 times now, and I've been completely happy with her work, and thrilled with how my dog responds. When we walk into the store, every time someone recognizes our dog and remembers his name. I did not expect that kind of treatment from a chain store, have been very happily surprised. read more

We have bought several animals from this store including fish and a bird. We have many healthy animals at home but the animals we buy here never last. The fish ended up killing all the fish we already had in our tank. The diamond dove we bought lasted 12 days and passed away. I will never again buy anything from this store. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied!! read more

Shaina is hands down the best groomer, my grandma has a Pomeranian and she's not the nicest dog , Shaina is the only one her dog likes and does legit the best job cutting her hair and she even paints her nails after trimming them! If your looking for a great groomer look for Shaina! read more

Now that their best groomer is gone (Trish) I would recommend finding another place to groom. They injured my dog , charged for things I didn't ask for and butchered her hair. Looks like a lawnmower ran over her. No kidding read more

I would like everyone to know that I am so happy with the training packages that I purchased for my two sheltie puppies. Miss Judy is very knowledgeable and loves each of the dogs that come to her for training. She is patient, encouraging, and loves her work. Each of the training sessions are handled with the utmost professionalism. My dogs were so eager to perform for her, and she gave me the tools to go home and practice each of the assignments so that my dogs would be successful to perform the commands. I highly recommend Miss Judy to anyone who would like to train their dog in a professional environment and with a teacher who obviously knows what she is doing and loves it! read more

I went through 3 classes with petsmart and trainer Judy. It was fantastic she learned each individual dog and taugh us individually how to train each dog. The classes were kept small for better 1 on 1 training. My dog is so much better after the classes. She got the dog ready for the CGC exam and even offers therapy classes! read more

Im so upset with groomer Allen that he combs my dog is very unprofessional.My dog is a toy poodle and was grooming there for 3 times already and never get complained my dog will bit. I watched from window how he combed my dog ,it like he is o pull his hair out and dosent stop if he feels the knobs there. This is not combing. This is torture to pull his hair out from his body. Of course any dog will react. Now he turns out my dog bit him. I definitely not recommend people to go there for grooming. He does not know how to take care with dog feeling.Very bad. read more

I adopted a kitten from All Kitty Korner, a business that Petsmart SHOULD NOT allow in their facility, several months ago. I was assured by Lindalee Anderson, owner of All Kitty Korner, that the kitten was healthy and playful. Several weeks later, it became very apparent that the kitten had active ringworm and an upper respiratory infection. After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars nursing the kitten back to health, disinfecting my home, and treating my own ringworm lesions, the kitten started demonstrating aggressive behaviors towards me. I strongly feel my kitten has these behaviors because she was previously feral, taken from her mother too soon, and then placed for adoption before she was fully domesticated. The owner of All Kitty Korner should have taken the time to ensure that she was ready for placement, as opposed to simply wanting a quick turnover. I reached out to Lindalee several weeks ago, asking for assistance with rehoming the kitten. She was very rude in her responses and only wanted me to give the kitten back to her. I specifically told her that I would foster the kitten until permanent placement was found and she never bothered to respond to me, even after claiming that all rehoming attempts MUST go through her. DO NOT adopt from All Kitty Korner. I was also at Petco on 53rd Ave in Bradenton this weekend and saw the sickliest kittens that I've ever seen, they were also from All Kitty Korner...despicable and not fair to the animals or potential adopters. PETSMART: please make the right choice and remove All Kitty Korner from your facility! Potential adopters: you'll be much better off rescuing a kitten from a shelter. read more

I would give this PetSmart's grooming ZERO stars if that was an option. The first time we got our goldendoodle groomed here went perfectly fine. The second time was an absolute disaster. We asked for a #5 based on the sample lengths they provide at the front, which is about 1-1.5in length. What we got was probably more like a #2, almost shaved dog. We specifically told them when we dropped him off that we wanted the tail to be trimmed, and it was left completely as is (extremely long, not blended with the rest of his now almost shaven body at all). When I went back to address my concerns and get a refund, I was told that the sample up front was inaccurate and the length for a #5 is actually much shorter than the sample (so why exactly is that used as a sample is my question???). I got a lot of attitude from the groomer right until the store manager came in and assured me I would get a full refund. Extremely disappointing experience, although the manager was very apologetic and did give us a full refund. We will NEVER go to PetSmart again, not even for pet supplies. I would rather take my pet business anywhere but here. read more
