This is a review specifically for the PetsHotel, as I haven't used any of the other services here. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my two dogs here. My two dogs always seem excited when we walk in, and all of the staff is very friendly, and all seem genuinely interested in my dogs. Another plus is that they always seem to have availability. I have even called a day or two in advance for going out of town unexpectedly, and rooms are always available. The only downside is the price. It's about 60 dollars to board two dogs each night. On top of that, if you want them to be able to play during the day, it's an additional 18 dollars per day per dog. Not terrible for a weekend trip, but it adds up quickly! I am hoping to find a cheaper alternative that I feel comfortable with. read more

These ppl shld not b grooming animals. I had a horrible experience with them when I took my baby there just to get her nails cut. Took 7 ppl to "try" to cut her nails n literally scared the crap out of her.. Called the manager n she told me that they are students. I have had great experiences at this newly opened store. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Inside the store is a grooming salon, pet hotel (which offers doggy daycare and boarding), hospital, and training. I have taken advantage of the training, boarding, and grooming services offered. The trainer here, Erin, is great as she is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The classes are fairly inexpensive compared with other training classes offered in the area. ($120 for 6 weeks of classes.) I have also boarded my dog and dropped him off at doggy daycare as well. The staff for the pet hotel is very nice and seem to genuinely care about the animals. I am very happy this store has opened up so close to my house, it has exceeded my expectations! read more

We love this Petsmart. The staff in all aspects have been very helpful and patient with our newly rescued, crazy dog and we've learned so much. Erin is the main trainer; she is kind, patient, funny and knows her stuff! The 6 week training program is comparable to others in the area ($120) but Erin really ups the anty with her enthusiasm and knowledge. (started this review months ago) Our dog has been able to get some of his crazies out with the other dogs before class at the doggy daycare at the Petsmart, which has really helped his in-class behavior! read more

This place is great! I took my Jap Chin there to get groomed and they did an amazing job! She came back with painted nails and bows in her hair. They were also honest with me regarding the dark stains on her face and didn't try to up sell me on a more $$$ package, but honestly said it would take me cleaning her face daily to actually 'get rid' of tear marks. They were even so nice as to redo one of the bows when it fell out later that night. Super friendly. Also, the pet clothing selection is great here. Way more options than petco. I will absolutely be bringing her back. read more

I've had my dog groomed here for three years- Amanda was terrific. Last time I was unable to book Amanda and my dog came home with cuts all over. I tried once more today and they wouldn't take me when I was 10 minutes late. I waited 10 minutes before they told me that they wouldn't groom my dog. They take too many dogs at one time and it is not a good experience on any level. read more

The Pet Hotel is top notch. I have checked out all the Dog Hotels in the area and this is the only place I feel comfortable leaving my baby. The staff is very knowledgeable and wonderful with the animals. My dog stays at the hotel at least once a month and also attends day camp several times a week. The grooming salon does a wonderful job although my baby has short hair and doesn't need clipping but they are professional and friendly. I have used PetSmart since before my dog came home. PetSmart was there when I was a completely clueless first time pet owner and they helped find me all the essentials for him. And now we frequently use the Pet Hotel daycamp and the groomers and my dog is absolutely loved and personally taken care of. I do understand this is not the cheapest option for boarding and camp out there, but the personal care and love given to Milo here and the attention given to me as a pet owner is invaluable to me. I would happily recommend this PetSmart to anyone in the Greater Lowell area. read more

Very disappointed some staff members at not friendly at all soon as a walk in they will judge the breed of your dog ( which make me feel very uncomfortable) they seem like if your dog seems nervous they will deny service just for that! .... other staff members will talk to the dog and try to calm him! . Do not leave your pets here!!! In April, my mother brought my two dogs to stay at the pet hotel for 4 days while we went to a wedding overseas. One of my dogs, Toro, suffers from a seizure disorder, which he takes phenobarbital for, and multiple allergies including peanuts and rice -- ingredients in most dog food, which is why he eats a special one. My other dog, Coqui has anxiety so he doesn't eat much. This incredibly idiotic institution fed COQUI phenobarbital and fed Toro Coqui's food. My dogs returned covered in feces and wreaking like pee. Their beds were covered in feces and the only explanation provided by the staff whatsoever was "well.. I wasn't watching him." If i could give this place ZERO stars I would. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS HERE!!!! read more

I left my dog for theee nights at the daycare. When I picked her up she was extremely lethargic and went to bed as soon as we got home. We woke up to our blood covered in blood from a wound on her chin and mouth. The next day we called the hotel to ask if she had eaten and if anything had happened because of her wounds and she was still so lethargic they were less then sympathetic and said she may have had a little bit of "rough play" not to mention the fact we brought her food with her and she came back and had clearly not eaten or drank enough water in the four days we were gone. I'll never bring my dog back to this place. Her jowl now permanently hangs lower and open unlike the other side. She obviously was not watched at all and my dog is a small 11 month old puppy. Very disappointed with the lack of concern for my call. read more

By far one of my worst visits. I waited 10minutes for "my" groomer to come help check us in when there was about 5 others working. My pup never sees the same person but gets the same cut so if you all use the same computer why would I need to wait for "my" groomer?! Which I've never had to do before when they are busy... If you love your dog, PLEASE do not bring to the Petsmart in Chelmsford MA to be groomed. I watched the groomers a good half hour and what I saw was appalling. One girl more so than others. She was so rough with this tiny little Yorkie. The dog was shaking. She was brushing this dog so hard. The dog was yelping. She yanked up so hard on the collar, the dogs eyes literally protruded. I'm not exaggerating. I still can't get image out of my head. All the dogs are groomed the same way. I told the manager Tim. He did nothing. I wish I never stopped to look. read more

I would give this supposed "pet-care facility" zero stars if I could. I brought my 11-month-old Husky to the Chelmsford MA PetSmart for boarding and day care over a long weekend. I scheduled him to have an exit bath before we picked him up. First off, he came home sick, wouldn't eat, lethargic, and vomiting. I had to take him to the vet for fluids, XRAYS and bloodwork. After a couple of days, he finally started feeling better; however, he was very agitated every time we would try to pet him. We noticed numerous mats in his thick undercoat and immediately tried to brush through them, with no luck, as they were so tight that it was painful for him. I called PetSmart to try and understand why he would have mats after having a bath with them, and was appalled at what I was told. Apparently, an "exit bath" is not done in the grooming salon; rather the dog is bathed and blow-dried in the pet hotel, and NOT BRUSHED. The Chelmsford location of PetSmart is supposed to be a PET-CARE facility, therefore it is beyond me why they think it is OK to bathe and "dry" (I use quotations, as he was still quite damp when I picked him up) a double coated animal without so much as running a brush through the fur. The way the exit bath was advertised to me was as a regular bath, which includes brushing. Therefore, I assumed he would be taken over to the grooming salon within the store and given a bath as it is advertised on the grooming portion of the website, which includes brushing. Had I been informed that the exit bath was not a typical grooming bath, I would have paid the extra money to get him brushed out. During the 30 minute phone call with PetSmart, I was not given one apology and I was transferred three times, in which I had to RE-EXPLAIN my situation. I was given the offer of bringing my dog back in for a DISCOUNTED BATH. #1 - if, as a pet professional, you think it is ok to bathe a dog with mats, you should be finding a new profession, as water makes mats get tighter; and #2 - offering a discounted bath is not even slightly enough to compensate for the pain my dog has had to endure and the negligent behavior of this facility. I was told by the store manager that the grooming salon manager would call me the following day to sort out a course of action, to no surprise the day came and went with no phone call received. We will NOT be bringing our pet back to this facility for ANY SERVICE (shopping, hotel, grooming, and daycare); they will not get another dime out of my family. I urge anyone who has looked into bringing their pets here to reconsider. My dog is my family and I expect him to be treated as such when being cared for by animal PROFESSIONALS. I also would like to make it perfectly clear that this review is for the CHELMSFORD PETSMART LOCATION ONLY. We subsequently brought our dog to the PetSmart in South Nashua NH, as we have had nothing but exceptional service from them. We spoke with multiple employees within the grooming salon, all of which were apologizing PROFUSELY for the negligent behavior of the Chelmsford location. We have had two appointments in South Nashua since, and they have done everything they can to ensure our husky did not need to shaved (given that a husky's undercoat is vital to their health and well being) and they did all of this FREE OF CHARGE, without us even having to ask. Unfortunately, South Nashua does not offer boarding services, however their training and grooming professionals are fantastic. I urge everyone to stay away from Chelmsford and take their fur babies to the Nashua location instead. read more

This review is for the pets hotel, located inside petsmart. In the beginning I really liked the idea of the boarding situation but after the first few times of picking up my dog, he wasn't himself for the rest of the day and night. He normally is very energetic and happy but a her being picked up from hotel he was very quiet, sluggish and practically slept all day and night. Here's the part that got me and makes it so I will never return. If you want your dog to have individual play times or extra walks, you have to pay for it. If you choose not to, your pet only gets I believe 3 or 4 15 minute walks throughout the entire day and then it's back into their crates. I find that absolutely ridiculous considering they have a large room where dogs play and run around, I'm Assuming for daycare.. But 4 15 minute Walz throughout the day basically means that your pet spends 23 hours alone in a crate or whatever they keep them in. No wonder why my dog was always traumatized. I will not be returning. read more

I brought my dog to doggie day for two days, my normal pet sitter was out of town so I figured I would try it out. The first day I picked her up I could tell she had not gone to the bathroom all day. The second day I asked them when they brought her to the room if they could tell her go potty. When I picked her up I asked if she went, they told me no. Poor thing went all day again and did not go to the bathroom. When I went out to the car I looked at the report card and it said she went potty and she ate all of her food. I never left them food and they just told me that she never went to the bathroom. The reports cards they give are made up....not sure why they would do that. When I questioned it they told me they would speak with the girl that filled it out. A few days latter my dog started coughing.....yep Kennel cough. They called me and apologized and told me they gave me a credit for 2 days for day camp. Seriously why would I bring my dog back there??? I ended up with $100 vet bill and paid for doggie day care and have a sick dog now. Thankfully I caught it quick. The Manager said she would check back with me in a few days to see how she was doing..........no call! I will not be going back to petsmart ever again! read more

I have tried to like this PetSmart on many occasions. The groomers are just downright nasty. My dog is difficult to groom, but he has left there in such a state of distress, I have had to cuddle him for hours after grooming. I did decide to change to another groomer and he is as happy as can be because they treat him KINDLY. Yesterday, I went to the store to buy HIlls Science Diet dog food (prescription only). I did not know that I had to go to the Banfield counter before checking out to get a "card", but the very sweet cashier directed me there and said she would hold my order at her register unitl I got back. No big deal. I got to the Banfield counter at 5:52. A nice young woman greeted me, but before she could even open her mouth, a young "man" intervened and said, "Our computers are down, we close at 6:00", then he turned his back and walked away. Again, it was 5:52. Back to the very nice cashier. I told her that they couldn't help me because they apparently close at 5:52 and not 6:00. She asked another employee if the manager could assist and possibly override the need for the Banfield "card". The other employee said, "no, he's on the phone". DISMISSED AGAIN! So, my dog did not get his usual dinner. Instead, because of his food allergies, I had to go to the supermarket, buy chicken, cook chicken and feed my dog. For me, convenience and customer service are key items especially in a store that is set up to cater to pet owners. Other than the very nice cashier and the nice young woman at Banfield who was interrupted by the rude guy to tell me they were closed (when they still had 8 minutes of "open" time, I have not ever met a friendly, capable, customer oriented employee in the entire building. That's five years worth of attempts and, needless to say, the last attempt was yesterday. Petco is about 10 miles away from this PetSmart, but that drive will be worth it a thousand times over. At least at Petco, they know what customer service is all about. Petsmart Chelmsford, not so much. read more

The Petsmart in Chelmsford has outstanding service in every department. We take our dog to Doggie Day Camp every week and she has a blast each time. The staff remember her and take wonderful care of her. Further, the training is top notch. Erin Brackett is knowledgeable, effective and very friendly. let me put in my two cents. NEVER COME HERE FOR PET GROOMING!! got my dog back with blotches of fur that were shaved down more than others. when they went to cut his nails, they "didn't realize he had an embedded nail", and went to cut it while he was anxious. didn't wait until he calmed down- so he was pulling his paw back and some how the lady pulled out HIS ENTIRE NAIL FROM HIS PAW PAD! i asked if they waited till he calmed down to cut his nails and they said no there was too many dogs they were backed up on caring for so they made mine quick- which explained the shitty hair cut. i told them my dog in fact DID NOT have an embedded nail, because 3 days prior to the appointment i took him to the vet where they would've told me he had an embedded nail. the lady's face went completely red and she had nothing to say. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! THEY ABUSE THEM!!! when i got my dog they were taking their sweet time on a large poodle, and rubbing the razor so fast down a smaller dogs fur that was very long and the dog was clearly in distress. they are so awful with the care of their dogs. read more

I had never boarded my dog before up until about 2 years ago as I was so nervous to have him stay anywhere. I am so grateful for the care Petsmart in Chelmsford has given my baby, my boxer Harley. He just stayed there for a week and went to Doggiie camp every day. He is so excited to go there. He loves playing with all his doggie friends. I am thankful to all the staff, particularly to Erin, the trainer who is absolutely wonderful and to his "girlfriend," human friend, Tia, who I am so grateful for the care she gives him. Their training and grooming are ok but DON'T board your dog here! Our dog was boarded at the Chelmsford Petsmart for a week while we went on vacation. We paid extra for the suite room and extra play time. When she came home she was sneezing, lethargic, and wouldn't eat or go to the bathroom. Sometimes she woke up unable to breathe. After she wouldn't go to the bathroom outside, she peed on the kitchen floor which she hasn't done since she was a puppy. After reading reviews we found out that they make the dogs go to the bathroom in the playroom instead of outside. We took her to the vet and they said she had pnuemovirus, an infectious respiratory disease that usually spreads in shelters with a lot of dogs. It's highly contagious and deadly if left untreated so Petsmart might have an outbreak. If we had left her there any longer it could have turned into pneumonia. We called and told Petsmart but they didn't care or even believe us. We had to pay $300 in vet bills. She also has scabs and cuts behind her ears and on her leg. She has long fur so we didn't notice until one started bleeding. Board your dog somewhere else!!! read more

I started bringing my dog here for day camp because it is on my way to work. His first visit was said to have gone great. He ran around and played all day long. Which is unusual for him. The other place we brought him he was to scared to be around a large group of dogs and they would keep him in a smaller group that hung out in the office area. When ever we went to pick him up we could see someone always giving him a belly rub, or holding him. The second time I decided to pick him up a few hours early since I got out of work early. I wanted to see this crazy playful side they were talking about. I looked in the window and saw my dog hiding in the corner, a girl just standing there looking up at the ceiling who slowly glance at me. My dog looked scared. The third time my husband dropped him off for a few hours as he went to the gym. When he went to pick him up, the girl was beyond rude, he said our dog was hiding behind a mop and bucket. He was soaked. When he asked why is our dog soaked he was tolled he might have got squirted with some water because he was acting up. But the other girl tolled him he was wonderful today, and played with his new best friend. Which one is it? When we brought him home we notice his lower end of his ear was swollen when we looked at it it had some fresh blood on it. Our vet told us it looked like a bite. When we called the store up I was tolled he was never bitten, he was great etc etc. When this other women called us up she said she will have the manager look at the video tape to see if anything happened. The 3rd time we called, I was tolled they had no video. We are going to keep going to the place we always went to. My dog liked it there, he was safe and not scared. Not one person called us back or offered to pay for the vet bills and antibiotics. read more

This review is for Doggie Day Camp. I've brought my dog in a few times. There are a couple staff members who just don't seem interested in pets or even working at Petsmart. I sometimes question what goes in the Petshotel/Doggie DayCamp. The service is inconsistent - there is one girl who enters in all the instructions for my pet and listens very well. I wish she would work more often. The guy named Mike/Michael is less attentive and just seems bored. I never know if my pet is really getting the attention and services he needs. There is one playroom where you can watch the dogs play and honestly, everytime I pass by, the employee on duty for that playroom just stands there or walks around. Aren't they supposed to be playing/interacting with the dogs....i.e. throwing a ball/toy??? You have to trust these people, but it's really hard when the level of customer service is just OK. Makes me want to investigate a bit more.... Service aside...my dog seems to love camp, according to the "Pawgress" reports I receive. Even though I don't bring him in often, he does come home happy and tired. I will continue to bring him in when I need to and hopefully the service will improve, even if I have to go as far as speaking with the manager, Michelle or elevating it higher. read more

I have had really good service at PetSmart. I have a mini Australian shepherd puppy with a lot of energy. I wanted to keep her very well socialized so when I heard about PetSmart's doggie daycamp I was very excited to give it a whirl. I have sent my puppy there now numerous times and have had nothing but great service. I feel really comfortable dropping her off and when I pick her up they are always friendly greeting me telling me how her day was. They are very accommodating and will answer any and all questions to make you feel comfortable leaving your animal babies there. I highly recommend their services. Their training programs are also really great. The thing with the training is you are the only one who is going to determine what you take from the program. You get what you put in. They give you the tools you need and then it's up to you if you want to utilize those tools or not. read more

So I went into Petsmart to get medication for my fish. While I was there I decided to look at the other animals in the store. Once I made my way over to the hamsters I saw 5 hamsters all in a very small cage. One of the hamsters was viciously attacking another hamster and I witnessed this happen three times in a five minute period. Of course I bring this up to a staff member who was running around the store like a chicken with its head cut off (my luck). He then goes on to tell me very rudely not to worry about it and tried to walk away. I asked him if he could separate the hamsters because I was looking at three empty cages!! He said no and that he would " keep and eye on it" which I didn't believe because he clearly didn't care and was much to busy to talk to me, never mind "keep and eye on it". I gave him a confused look and then he responded by saying "you want to give my attitude? Have a nice day ma'am" and stormed off. I went to look for him because I was not about to let the hamsters get killed in the cage. He was easy to find considering he was throwing things in the store like a child having a tantrum. When I asked to speak to him again he said I may not talk to him and kept walking. I went to the front and asked a very lovely women if I could speak to the manager only to find out he was the manager!!!! I absolutely cannot believe it. I am so furious. Before I left I noticed the hamsters were gone but I don't know what happened to them. Wouldn't be surprised if he threw those too. Needless to say I put down the medicine I came to get and left. I won't be shopping there anymore that's for sure. read more

We were hesitant to go to Petsmart for day-camp at first simply because it is such a big chain. We heard some good things about it so we decided to give it a try. Here are the things I really like. 1 - They remembered his name the second day. So they most likely used it in camp. 2 - They take my specific instructions and follow them. Example: our dog never barks at home except when he needs to go, you know, out. They said he was barking the second half of the day. I told them when he starts barking he needs to go to the "relief room." They took him, no more barking problem, wonderful. 3 - By some miracle my foxhound mix is tired for at least 36 hours after 1 day of camp. He is always happy to go, sometimes so happy he won't eat in the morning and I have to bring his food with me so they can feed him there. 4 - There are no snap collar, minimum visits per month or inflexible scheduling rules. We had a not so great experience at another doggy day-camp who shall remain unnamed. We are much happier with Petsmart. I have read the other reviews and personally don't understand some of the bad reviews. No staff member I met seemed at all apathetic. In fact they all seem to love to see my dog and treat me very well. I understand that the staffs job isn't to play directly with the dogs all the time, they are there to facilitate play and discourage bad behavior. The dog is there to socialize with other dogs not people, that's what dog walkers are for. The staff have to be good pack leaders. read more

Last week I made an appointment for my new pomeranian to get a "puppy groom." I asked them to shave his butt so he wouldn't keep getting poo clumps. I picked him up 4 hours later and he wasn't shaved and he smelled worse than when I dropped him off. I guess I paid $12 for the dinky little scarf they put on him? Gee, thanks. read more

Brought our dog there numerous times to be boarded, and this last time will be the last, for sure; they brought my dog out when we arrived to pick him up, and said "Here you go!", while my dogs' behind was *covered* in feces! It was like he went the bathroom and they didn't even pay attention to him! It was so bad he shook himself out when he saw us and pieces of poop went flying off of him. When we said "What happened to my dog?! There is shit all over him!!" the girl bringing him out said, "He wasn't like that when I took him out of the room," which, given the state my dog was in, wasn't possible. They agreed to give him a bath and brush him out but that's beside the point - they should have noticed he was a mess and taken care of it, or DONE THEIR JOB and made sure he had ample opportunities to go the bathroom in the first place!! The fact that they weren't watching my dog well enough to notice that he was - quite literally - covered in shit, combined with their obliviousness in handing him off to us when he was an absolute mess, is completely unacceptable. I will *never* bring my dog back there for boarding, and would never be able to recommend them in good conscience to anyone else. read more

I never thought I would be writing a review for Petsmart but they are so great I think it deserves one. I bring my dog there for camp once a week. By my second visit they knew my dogs name as soon as I walked in. I am always amazed at how nice the staff is. They really seem to enjoy their job and working with animals. I think the price is very reasonable ($22 for a full day) and I like that they run it during the weekend as well. I would highly recommend Petsmart for doggie day care! read more

Just moved to the area, so I got my bulldog groomed here for the first time. Usually my dog is very anxious at the groomers, but this time she seemed more relaxed when I picked her up 2 hours later. Shayna did a very good job with her (was able to do the nearly impossible task of doing her nails), and gave me a "pawgress report card" LOL! My dog is very clean, and the service was extremely reasonably priced. Will definitely use them from now on. read more

My dog and I are frequent customers - just about daily for doggie daycare. We groom quarterly and stay at the doggie hotel when needed and have completed several training programs. All of this, in addition to shopping for pet supplies. All in all, I can't say enough about the staff at PetSmart - my pet absolutely loves it there, they accommodate our needs and I know that he's in great care every time that I drop him off. I do not recommend buying a pet here.. Every fish I've ever bought from here was sick and died within a few days. The only luck I've had is with two of my betta fish and one guppy. They have good supplies, that's really all this store is good for. Most of the staff and managers are very rude, and talk down to you as if you are stupid and have no idea what you're talking about. There are also always handfuls of dead fish floating around, and when we told the staff about it, they replied in a rude tone, saying that the dead fish wouldn't be removed from the tanks because they're too busy and there is no designated person that sits around watching the fish to remove the dead ones. I've also heard of horrible stories of the horrible health conditions their small animals are in, and of how horribly they treat the pets that they're supposed to groom. So if you want to buy supplies go ahead, but don't buy live animals, especially fish, because it will just be a waste of your time.. I also saw a dead baby bearded dragon in one of the tanks. I told someone about it and they said they'd try to find someone else to go check on it.. Horrible (or none at all) pet care, and horrible customer service. read more

I was pretty happy at the beginning when I took dog there every 6 - 8 weeks for grooming. As my dog is getting older, she takes a bit more care. The Salem, NH location is VERY aware of her condition. When I got her back from a grooming last year in February, the following day I had my dog at the emergency room/vet. I though I was going to have to put her down, at the time she was 14. Something happened while at the salon being groomed, which they never mention or noted in her PAWgress report. I did not put 2 and 2 together (due to her age) - until I realized they never called me back, which they did EVERY 4 - 6 weeks as a reminder. I will NEVER bring my dog there again, they could have had the decency to let me know what went on with MY dog! I also have the groomers name written down on the PAWgress report. This Petsmart is better than what I had expected, given that it's a chain and I'm not usually so into chains. However, the staff in all aspects of the store have really impressed me. We've taken our newly adopted cattle dog who is nuts to training with Erin, the main trainer. She's taught us and our dog so much. Her patience, consistency, knowledge and enthusiasm has really knocked her training program and this store out of the park for us. Since they have a 100% guarantee on their training services and our dog *just* made it through the beginning class, she suggested that we take the 6 week course again for free - usually a $120 price tag. Fantastic! The staff at the doggy daycare and grooming area are also wonderful. The overall prices for food, toys, etc. are a bit more expensive than what we've found on discount online sites, but since we've had such a great experience here, we don't usually mind the extra cost. I was going there for my dogs grooming for the passed month.till recently they decided my dog wasn't allowed to go there for grooming anymore.because he was a bit nippy.ofcourse its in a dogs nature.instead they insisted on getting the grooming done.they pushed for my dog to get really irritated an upset. he would not allow anyone to come near him,an finish the cut.they left him with a face full of hair.an body shaved!! he looks awful.an to top it off they tell me he cannot go there anymore.fault was there's for pushing an insisting to make my dog upset to act the way he did!!..they should have finished the job.an tell me bring him another day.not do what they did an worry for there well being an the dogs.they should of went about this many other ways.i will be taking all my business else were an friends an family as-well.it was very unprofessional of them. also to mentioned i had called an spoke to the manager.he said he would contact me back when he spoke to the employees involved. an he never did i had to keep calling them. read more
