    Chloe after her appointment

Grooming Service Only: I have a 1 year old mini schnauzer named Chloe and have had a hard time finding the right groomer. I have been to this PetSmart 3 times and the first two times wasn't bad but I wasn't too much of a fan. TODAY Chloe was with a new groomer and I'm very much a fan and will be only scheduling with Mercadies. Chloe seemed to take well to her which made me very happy. The ladies this morning were so kind and patient with me as I was having a hard time trying to explain what I wanted for Chloe's hair cut. When I picked her up I was very happy with how she was treated and cut.

    Athena

Scheduled Athena her first ever grooming appointment and let me tell you Mercedes did a FABULOUS job on her! Great recommendations from the staff and great work from our favorite groomer! 10/10!

    First trim

Went in as a first time puppy owner to get my puppy his first grooming. Val did an amazing job with Milo! She recommended to begin with a trim instead of full haircut and honestly was the best thing to do if it's your dogs first grooming visit. She was super helpful and also the gentleman by the desk. Would 100% come in again with Val she is the best!!!!

Pet Smart grooming area is the pits as u can see from these pics/video.

This filthy and smelly place does not deserve any stars!!! I walked into this mess last Saturday afternoon on 5/25/24 and OMG, I almost passed out!!! The nasty smell hit me first and i almost gagged!!! I couldn't believe how a place like this conducts business and everyone should be fired!!! Pictures speak a thousand words!!! The poor air purifier was less than help with the undeniable smells. Thick clunks of hair was piled in one area & other balls of hair scattered throughout the entire place! I could tell that this place hasn't been sanitized at all!!! One of the cashiers and myself called out for assistance several times and no one answered nor came from the back area to help me. It seems as if the nasty so-called groomers just left the place for the day & didn't give a damn!! I can only imagine what these people's living quarters look like!!! The purpose of me going inside the grooming area was to simply ask a question but lo and behold, I am so very glad that I have not ever used this place as a groomer and will never bring my pet there to be subjected to this terror of a mess!! My poor pet will never be the same!!! Please be aware and do not bring your pets here!!!

    My Big boy Blue

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STAFF!!! had others make excuses for not wanting to cut my dogs nails because he is a bigger boy, these people took him in with not a worry at all! Love this staff, very good customer service here from cashier, manager, and grooming salon!

DO NOT GET YOUR FUR BABIES GROOMED HERE! Look at the photos I added of my golden and you will understand. I brought my 1-year-old Golden in today after I made an appointment for a Furminator brushing, bath, trim, and nail grind. I told the groomer it was my first time having him groomed and I didn't know exactly what to ask for, but that I didn't want his hair too short (I designated a 7 on their scale) and only wanted his feathering trimmed. I specifically said: "just trim his feathering. I want him to still look like a Golden!" Well, just look at the attached photos. I was shocked when I saw my dog. His fur was way shorter than I asked (which the groomer admitted he used a shorter cut to try to "even it out") and SO CHOPPY/UNEVEN. It looked like a small child found a blade and went to town cutting his hair. THE GROOMER COMPLETELY SHAVED OFF HIS LEG FEATHERING!!!!! BALD! The long fur behind my dog's his ears was still all matted up, and he didn't smell any better than before, so they clearly didn't even bathe him. To make it worse, the groomer tried to make it seem like it was normal. He told me, "this is what we do here." He also said, "well I've had to groom worse" in reference to his behavior. How unprofessional! Also, my dog came sprinting out from the holding area with no leash, no collar, and some girl chasing after him. These people are not professionals and have no idea what they are doing. The male groomer did not care at all about my dog or what I asked him to do. I am LIVID! The manager of course did not make me pay after she saw the grooming atrocity. She was nice enough and tried to appease me, but I still regret ever bringing my baby here. Don't make the same mistake I did.

My babies absolutely love the staff here and their Veterinarian with Banfield. They handle them with loving care and return them to me happy, healthy and looking Fabulous. The Coral Way location in Miami is Amazing also, my babies have enjoyed years of service there too.

If I could give negative stars I would. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. From the beginning when I walked in, the customer service was terrible. I believe the guys name was Irving.. when my dog accidentally peed on the floor I told them she had peed and he just looked at me and he rudely replied "well we don't have any paper towels" then just stood there and stared at me. After I signed the paperwork and told Arlene how I wanted my dogs hair cut she told Irving to put the leash around my dog. He told me to take her collar and leash off that was currently on her, as if there was an issuer. As I was trying to take her collar off and was having some trouble, he had no intent to try and help. When I got a text message to come pick her up I was so excited to see what her new cut looked like and let me tell you this, it was FUCKING TERRIBLE. I paid 70$ for something I most definitely could have done myself or even had a toddler do. Arlene did such a bad job I can't even put it into words. I paid extra for her to get the best service and it was far from that. She also was supposed to get a bow in her hair and that didn't happen either. I am highly disappointed in the service and I recommend NOT to try them out. I felt as if all the staff didn't wanna be there and you could definitely tell they shouldn't be grooming dogs hair. I will NEVER go back and I feel I should be refunded for this whole experience.

Kayla groomed my dog this morning and she was PHENOMENAL! She clearly cared about my dog and took the time to do a thorough introductory meeting with us. I'll be coming back to this location just for her.

I will never…read moreuse anyone else, and in my opinion, no one else should either unless you enjoy wasting time, money, and your dog's intellect. As a former public school educator, his philosophy was the only one that made common sense to me in how a dog and frankly, how humans learn. If he is your first call, you don't need to make any other calls. If he is your last call, you'll be kicking yourself for not finding him first. He comes to the house, for 15 minute training sessions first with your dog, then with you. Guess what your homework is, 7 minute practice with your dog twice a day tops. Then, you are going into bookstores, etc. with your dog. I had a 50 lb 6 month Pitbull/Rottweiler/Am Bulldog mix. I could NOT physically walk him anymore. A leaf blows by, a squirrel, a child squeals and wants to pet the puppy...I was yanked off my feet (I am a single, 5 foot female weighing around 110-115) Our world was getting smaller and smaller. Breyers changed our lives in a matter of weeks. So now I get to experience all of life with my dog by my side. And I'll close with this story. I got a call on a Monday at 5pm from my Dad coming back from a UT football game. "In Hillsboro at the split, I fell asleep at the wheel, woke up rolling and the car is totaled and I need you to come get me." Two girlfriends came over, one is a super small Asian woman that's never owned a dog and the other is older and has only owned purse-sized dogs. Within 30 seconds, I taught them how to walk Presley, and I got in my car and booked it down I-35. They could not believe how gentlemanly and well behaved Presley was, he waits until they walk through doorways, they stop, he stops, one even took him on the elevator, and prior to training, he wouldn't let me do that! And they didn't have to know or give any commands, just his name. So if you want a dog that understands how to behave when you have guests visit, when you are out walking, when you wanna pop into a bookstore, and who ignores squirrels, has respect and boundaries, and who can think and problem solve for themselves, hire Breyers. Again, I am a CPA and I put my name to Breyers Lane and his company Breyers' Canine Academy, and he is the only dog trainer I will ever endorse.

We sent our dog JULY  for their four weeks program and had a wonderful experience with the dog training program. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. We can't wait to attend group classes and continue to board and bring him back to see the K-9 Culture team! I Recommend K-9 Culture to anyone looking for training for their doggie. Thank you, K-9 team & Tyler, for all your hard work.

It has been 10 days since I picked up my puppy and I have not received an email (as Victoria told me I would before I left), about what my puppy was supposedly trained on! She didn't have my email address HOWEVER, I emailed it to her the very next day bright and early and never got a response! I feel as though he wasn't trained on ANYTHING because when I picked him up, he was jumping on Victoria (what I wanted him to learn NOT to do) as well as chewing on his leash (wanted him to learn NOT to do that either!) I'm not a professional dog trainer but I know consistency is key when learning something new so it is a complete DIS-service to NOT know what to continue to train my puppy on! Also, during pick up and drop off she had just gotten home from doing one on one trainings else where so how is my puppy getting trained when she's not there?? I feel like I got gypped into the training part of the service. The pluses to this review/business is that Victoria's home is very well equipped for a dog or puppy with a double gated outside play area, plenty of toys, and just all around great environment to also get well aquatinted with other pups. She also responds very quick to text and is flexible with payments. She also makes sure your puppy's have current vaccinations to protect your puppy and others. She also offered to clip Chances nails before I left and gave him a trim around his eyes which I didn't ask for but, I appreciated it. It does take a passionate dog lover to open up your home and train a strangers dog so she gets a star for that for sure! Still up for debate if I would go back for boarding?

Victoria has officially saved my sanity--and probably my floors, rugs, furniture, and whatever…read moredignity I had left. Before she entered our lives, our sweet pup (Oakley) was essentially a tiny, furry sprinkler of pee and a landmine factory of poop. Every day was a new guessing game of "What's that smell?" and "Oh no... I just stepped in it, didn't I?" Enter Victoria, the dog whisperer / saint / wizard / actual angel disguised as a trainer. We sent our puppy to her for board and train, and I swear she sent back a completely different dog--one that pees OUTSIDE. I repeat: OUTSIDE. I don't know what kind of Hogwarts-level sorcery she pulled, but it worked. And that's just the beginning! My dog now knows how to sit like a proper lady, "leave it" like it's hot, and stay "quiet"like a ninja. The jumping to greet everyone like they owe her money? Way down. The nipping with those razor-sharp baby teeth? She taught her that humans are friends, not chew toys. That's all just bonus material at this point--my bar was literally "Please just don't treat the living room like a toilet." Victoria is amazing at what she does, truly. If you're on the fence about dog training, just do it. You might not get your life back, but you'll get your house back--and that's honestly better. THANK YOU, Victoria! You deserve a medal and maybe a cape!
