I hate I found this location to get my baby groomed. She look looks bad. She literally look as if someone was in training. I'm not appreciating paying 110 to have my baby look like this. I'll never return there at all. I left and went to another person, private groomer, and she'll be going there from here out. I'm so disappointed. This has ruined my day.

I took my dog here to be shaved yesterday and they did the most horrible job. They left entire parts of her unshaven and didn't bother cleaning her ears or her behind. However, the worst part is that they injured her skin and gouged her, leaving her with a horrible painful rash around her neck. I called the store manager, Tom, who instead of saying he'd address his groomers told me to bring her to HIS vet (no, I have my own) to prove she was injured and then let HIS groomers fix it (the same ones who injured her). I said that was not going to happen, I just wanted it addressed and he started yelling at me. This store is horrible. I will be contacting corporate and it will be addressed. I literally paid $90 to have someone injure my animal. Edit: after contacting corporate, it was actually handled really quickly. I had two much nicer managers contact me and say they were addressing the situation. I don't know that i would go back, but at least they sound like they're going to try to make the salon better.

    My Rain!!

As I read through the reviews, I'm shocked that I didn't take the time to read prior to taking my Rain there. We relocated to Haslet in the summer and prompt to, we were going to a different Petco. Just as others have stated, my dog loves going for grooming prior to coming to this site. Rain is a very playful and loving dog and wants nothing more than to sniff and make you play with her toys. Since (appx) the 2nd visit, she has been very hesitant about going inside this location. We have to almost force her. I read in one of the reviews that an employee was let go due to mistreating the fur babies and I wonder if she had any contact with my Rain...and is that why she refuses to go for grooming there. Well, We are in search of another grooming services and hopes that things get better soon at this location.

Everytime I take my puppy to the store the staff is so friendly! I started using them a while back for doggy daycamp and pet hotel and the staff is so attentive! They love coco and coco loves them! It's been an amazing experience since day one. The staff really loves their jobs and you really can tell.

If she looks a bit sad, she is. She is just a sweet super timid, very timid poodle. Comes across sad but really isn't.

**Warning to Pet Owners - Please Read Before Choosing This Facility**…read more I deeply regret trusting this dog daycare with the safety and well-being of my 9-month-old goldendoodle puppy. What was supposed to be a safe and social environment turned into a traumatic experience that has left lasting physical and emotional scars on my dog. During his visit, my puppy was **attacked by a 2-year-old mixed breed dog**. The daycare clearly failed in several critical areas: * **Lack of proper behavioral assessment** of the dogs they accept * **Insufficient staffing** on the floor to supervise interactions * **Inattentiveness** of staff during the incident As a result, my puppy sustained **serious injuries** -- a torn eyelid and a puncture wound on the side of his face. He required **surgery**, wore a cone for nearly **three weeks**, and had to undergo multiple vet visits for follow-up care and complications. The emotional toll was just as devastating: he became fearful in public, developed digestion issues due to stress, and, even weeks later, his eyelid has **not healed properly**. The daycare only agreed to cover the surgery costs and **refused to pay for other necessary treatments** -- including prescribed medications and additional vet visits. Their response felt more like damage control than genuine concern. If you love your dog or cat, I strongly urge you to reconsider bringing them here. No pet should have to go through what mine did. Safety should always come first -- and in this case, it clearly did not.

I brought my dogs in for blood tests to get a trifexis prescription as required by their office…read more My dogs do better in separate rooms and we were denied separate rooms. One of my dogs is highly reactive and was examined in the lobby. Not ideal for dogs coming and going to have a reactive dog in the lobby. I was in a room with my other dog who is terrified of vets. We waited for 1/2 hour before the vet came in. The vet was very kind and friendly, but my dog was shivering behind my legs. All I wanted was to get the exam finished as rapidly as possible to get him out of there. The vet then proceeds to put a treat in his mouth, which I can only assume was to lure the dog out from behind my legs. Seriously?! Read the room! As a dog owner, it is stressful to see your pup trembling with fear. The vet clearly noticed that my dog was afraid and commented about it, so I don't understand the cutesy act with the treat in his mouth. I understand having to get this test before writing a prescription, but please be prompt on appointment times. You expect me to arrive on time and I did, so please have the courtesy to examine my dog promptly upon being assigned a room. Also, I had never run into the policy about not approving third party prescriptions electronically. This is unnecessarily inconvenient for the pet owner. My previous vets approved these, no problem, so why not this practice? Isn't the customer the first concern? I have to take a 40 minute round trip to get a piece of paper.
