They assured me he will be fine and they would keep them cool. They also said I could call any time to check on him. I called once a day during the week he was there, and every time they picked up the phone they said "let me check on him", and came back and said "he is ok", asked for more details, the answer was still "he is okay". When I picked up my dog at the end of the trip, he looked not himself -- instead of cheerfully greeting me, he seemed slow and not even been able to focus on anything. When we got home, he was lying on the floor started panting. The panting got worse and he coughed very bad throughout the day. I had to take him to the vet the next day, spent $200+ dollars for the vet visit. I had no idea how he was treated during the stay at Pooch Pad but I would never ever take my baby back there!

AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, they didn't cut her the way I asked them to (for the second time) and this time, it looks like I found my baby on the streets. she has shaved pieces all over (Which was asked to do since she had a couple knots they said they couldn't get out-weird bc I have gotten them out before), and she looks so uneven. We had been going to Petco for grooming, but the haircuts were always horrendous. With the BarkMobile, our babies have come out looking cuter than ever, instead of as if they had a run in with Edward Scissorhands. The convenience of having a groomer park in our driveway cannot be understated. My bf works from home and I work in an office far from home, so scheduling during the week is always a nightmare. BarkMobile solved that problem handily. Olivia seems to truly care about our pups. Our yorkie, Gambit, has some anxiety issues and ended up vomiting during his bath. Olivia brought him back to the house to check and make sure he was okay and offered to come back another day to finish his grooming FOR FREE! My only complaint is it can sometimes be a little tough to get a hold of someone to make an appointment. But I'm willing to follow up a time or two if the trade off is the convenience and incredible work of Olivia with the BarkMobile!!
