We took our 8 month old very large collie puppy in for a bath and to have her nails done. She has only had it done once before up in Snoqualmie Ridge so this was still new for her but the staff were super encouraging and she was returned dry (unlike the prior place), fluffy and happy. Mike even texted me and called me to let me know when she was ready (Costco is right around the block and it took me a little while to get out but they were super professional about it ) and gave me a report on her along with some advice on how often to have her nails done. Thinking I could have mine done at the same time! Sort of a Doggie and Me spa day. I know how hard it can be to even dry my dog off after a walk so they must be pretty patient and all of the other dogs being groomed at the same time looked gorgeous. I am grateful that people are willing to do this kind of work for those of us who love our dogs but don't want to groom them ourselves. read more

Overall: Good selection of dog and cat food/toys, service however ISN'T great. We recently started visiting this pet store as we adopted a kitten in January. This place was chosen cos the next closest place was Petco - we didn't like the look of that place. Petsmart offers a large selection of cat food both wet and dry, toys and other things like collars, harnesses, carriers, litter pans, liners etc. I think this store is mediocre and offers what we want, however the service isn't great and could be so much better! They have an adoption area for cats, which I always check when I pass by, to check that the kitties there have been adopted out. Everytime I pass into this store I feel sorry for the Betta fish/Siamese fighting fish, which I know can be kept in such a small container of water, but it looks horrible! read more

Never even shop at PetSmart, let alone try to get a dog groomed. They are so unprofessional I can't believe it. First 'pup' I took in, there wasn't an expiration date on her rabies shot. They last at least 1 year, my pup was 8 months old, so they would not take her. Fine.....made an appointment at exactly 8:30 a.m., I arrived at 8:25 a.m. and he said I was almost 15 minutes late and had to reschedule AGAIN! Bull@##$%, I will take my 3 rescue dogs elsewhere to people who would love to clip 3 wired hair terriers and receive the amount they ask for grooming, I will pay more per dog, rather than go to that store again. This place is a mess from a corporate level down. We called to book a daycare appointment while we were attending an event in Sammamish. They requested vax records, which is of course expected. What was not expected? You can only fax them in. They don't have an email. By the way, I sat on hold for 15 minutes just to book the appointment. Fast forward to today - I call them again to get the fax number, another 15 minute hold (during which I called the store itself twice), and then purchased a fax app for my phone just so I could fax the records in. We get there to drop off our dog and they inform us that the power is down and they can't take any animals. I get that, it's a 110 degree heat wave in Seattle; you can't take animals into a building with no A/C. But they didn't call any of their reservations to let them know. I drove from whidbey, 2 hours away, and was left with this sudden surprise when I had to be at this event 30 minutes later. And this is on top of the fact that the person who gave us the fax number this morning didn't even tell us they were closed! What a train wreck of a business. Get your communication systems in order because it seems like the animals are running the farm. read more

We have three cats or we're always doing something for the local humane society (fostering cats, donating to the food bank), so we're here a lot. Our little bundles of fur are so super spoiled - between all their food, treats, and toys we are probably dropping a big chunks of our paychecks here (and accumulating a small mountain of cat toys under our couches). The prices here are very reasonable. In addition to coupons that we bring in with us, we're constantly finding additional promotional coupons inside the store that get us to try a few new things. If you have a PetPerks card (free to sign up), you'll get additional discounts and sometimes more coupons in the mail. They've also started to add more "higher end" products like Wellness brand foods that we used to only find at boutique stores such as Mud Bay. Staff here is helpful and the store is clean. A few times I've had a hard time reaching to the far back of the shelves when they have a really good sale because they're starting to run low on stock and the folks who work here are always helping me. Checkout is always pretty quick too. This store includes other services including grooming, pet day care (I'm not sure if this is just for dogs, but I do see dog play time), and I think a Banfield clinic. They also have a cat adoption room for one of the local rescue groups so you can go in and meet a new furry friend. I always stop in to say hi. read more

Pet Smart seems to be doing some not so great stuff lately with their in house vet ... Was there the other day looking for cat treats with glucosamine, msm, etc. (just adopted two older cats), and I went over to the vet area and asked the receptionist-nurse assistant if they (in the vet area) sold the glucosamine treats because I didn't see them on the shelves (or did she know a brand name I could look for (they have three rows of cat food, maybe I missed them)). Her first response was "have your cats been here to see the vet"? Me: "no, I _just_ adopted them" (as I said), Her: well, I don't know if the store carries them (bs or laziness) but we'd be happy to sell them to you if you bring them to the vet" ... Sorry, but it's just common supplements inside a cat treat, why are you trying to make something "closed" and "proprietary" out of that? Sure enough, on the way out of there, one Google search tells me I can find them at Petco, Amazon ... Forget you, Petsmart ... This is the second type of experience like this I've had there, even if they were somewhere on the shelf, no one who takes care of themselves needs to be treated like they can't buy cat treats with supplements in them (and read the instructions on the back), especially if they are freely available on Amazon etc. so really just trying to get you to see their vet. This is a business model not suited for people with anti-authoritarian streaks such as myself. 2 stars because in spite of all the pluses, this is a "never go back there" kind of experience. P.S. Later when I called care and told them the same, they were ready to give me another appointment but was charging me extra for the trimming. :( read more

If I could give this place a Zero star I would. My parents brought our family dog here for a grooming recently. They were told that our dog had a spinal surgery within the past year and were EXTREMELY rough with her. She was in great condition before being groomed. She came home traumatized after her grooming and could barely move around or go to the bathroom. We took her to the vet and her neck, back and hip are injured. She's now on pain meds for 10 days. Way to go Pets Mart for injuring our poor dog during a grooming. Do NOT get your dog groomed here! read more

If I could give them a zero I absolutely would! This is the only petsmart I have shopped at that I've ever felt so angry for something that should have been so very easy and pleasent. In less than a year (which isn't a long time considering I've shopped with petsmart pretty exclusively since I got my first dog over 16 years ago) I've had 2 incidents that left me so angry at this store and it's horrible management! The first incident, I completely understood the policy (except not returning a product that petsmart carried just because they themselves didn't currently have it on the shelf despite being told by an employee at the purchasing pets art that I shouldn't have any diffucltu returning to a different location should it not work for me). The assistant manager was amazingly difficult, horrendously rude to the point of tears, and didn't have any idea about the products or where they were located. It was so bad that after dealing with the management who fixed the issue but never once apologized or showed sympathy for the disdainful treatment and talking with their customer service number I couldn't emotionally deal with the issue anymore. I chose to stop shopping here and just took the loss. It just wasn't with the stress as I can afford the money loss, this has always been about principle. I decided, after getting my new sport pup, I would just give them another try. My boyfriend and I purchased a hard crate, kong crate pad, toys and treats for both our current dogs, and a few odds and ends. All seemed well. I then decided I loved his hard crate for the car and wanted one for mine as well so went back and purchased another. The second crate is too tall for my little Kia to see out the rear view mirror. No problem right? We have the emailed receipt, the crate is still unused, the bolts are even still sealed and all the original paperwork is here. We went to return it today. No luck! The debit card I orginally used had been losses and cancelled so I'm waiting on a new one. I've worked customer service before. I expected the manager would have to sign off on returning it in cash or to a different card (either was fine with me). So, as I don't have any other cards, I brought my boyfriend and figured we could return it to his card if need be. NO. THE MANAGER SAID HE COULD RETURN IT TO A DIFFERENT CARD BUT ONLY IF MY NAME WAS ON IT! Let me say this again: the system will allow him to return my money for my return with receipt, purchased less than 30 days ago, in perfect condition, to a card other than my original but he refused to return it with my permission and ID to my boyfriends debit card... But, here's the kicker, he was totally willing to give me STORE CREDIT! Or we can just choose to continue to store this massive crate until my new debit card finally arrives... Somehow, that just doesn't seem right? I have the receipt, the product is in perfect condition, the cashier who originally called the manager for approval was actually the one who had rung us out for the original purchase, but because my original card was lost I have to wait for a card with my name on it because the manager has arbitrarily decided any other name on a different chase card is somehow insufficient or that he couldn't just pay me out cash for a product I paid debit for therefore pets art can be safe in knowing the purchase has gone through and my money, money I deserve back for a product I can't use, is firmly already in their possession! If I purchase a product, that product is well within their return policy upon attempting a return with them, I shouldn't be leaving the product still in hand and without the currency I paid. The only thing I left the store with today that I didn't enter with is amazingly high blood pressure from the stress of what should have been a fairly clean-cut simple return! I tried giving this store a second shot and in the end was burned by the same horrible attitude and poor customer service as the last time. Never again, I will support petco, whose stores I dislike being in,before I ever spend my energy on issaquah petsmart. read more

Just lost our 11 year old Cairn terrier :( She had an unexplainable rash in spots on her scalp, neck and leg. The vet at Banfield recommended I check with our groomer to confirm how they clean their brushes, etc as a possible cause? We have had our 2 dogs groomed at Petsmart grooming over the past 10 years. When I called our groomer, Emma to explain what the vet suggested, she told me that each groomer uses their own personal set of brushes, combs, scissors and clippers. Nothing is soaked in disinfectant. They just spray their brushes to clean them. When I called to schedule a grooming appointment, the salon manager informed me that Emma was no longer willing to groom our dogs. Apparently, she was offended that I asked the basic question of what their cleanliness/disinfection process is?! Not only did she not have the courtesy to call and inform me, she then told the other groomers in the salon and not the salon manager. So unprofessional! No one seemed to care that our dog had a skin fungus or that she died. I have continued to patronize this store even though it's old, stinky and inconvenient after Trader Joe's moved. IF you care that your dogs are getting groomed in a place that prioritizes HEALTH AND WELLNESS and not just the haircut of your pet, stay clear of this Banfield Grooming salon in Issaquah! read more

*Just about the Pets Hotel - We have boarded our dogs with PetSmart several times and never noticed any problems except for missing toys. The last time we boarded them, I was assured twice that I could pick them up at 7:00 am on New Year's Day. I specifically asked because I questioned whether they would keep regular hours on a holiday. Twice I was assured that I could. As I was beating on the door at 7:00 am, someone finally came to see what all the noise was about and told me that they didn't open until 9:00 am and to come back later. They did relent and let me in and I admit this was just a minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things. The reason I will absolutely NEVER board my dogs here again is the fact they there both reeked of urine and their bed was soaked in urine. These are dogs who NEVER have accidents in the house. They ran around the house hunkered down like they'd been beaten. Why were they so traumatized? Why were they covered in urine? I have no idea and I got no answers other than they must have peed on their bed on the very last night. They'll never go back there. read more

Kennel cough @ this pet hotel location!! Pet parents beware!! Not returning to the Petsmart Pets Hotel at this location! We have boarded our dogs at several Pet Hotels in the past & this was my first (and last) experience with the Issaquah location. Both dogs have always been up-to-date on their vaccinations, and were at the time of their visit 2 weekends ago. Everything was fine when we dropped them off, and they both seemed happy when we picked them up. They reported that both dogs had eaten their food and behaved fine, but which I only partially believed. Knowing my 8 year old Chihuahua as well as I do, I know there is no way she ate all of her food - she goes on hunger strikes when she's stressed out or upset. This was obvious when I fed her dinner that night and she acted like she'd been starved for days & inhaled her food in minutes. The last straw came this morning when I took her to the vet &, $105 later, she is now being treated for kennel cough! Even after being vaccinated recently!! I know the vaccination isn't fool-proof, but this has never happened with any other boarding stay they've had. When I called the pet hotel to let them know, they basically said "thanks for letting us know!" - no apologies, nothing more then an ok thanks bye! It's more out of the way, but we'll go back to the Tukwila location - we've always had great service there! Our dogs haven't been to the groomer recently, or around any other dogs - this is the only place they've been besides home. read more

For the past few years, we have been taking our Standard Poodle to PetSmart for his groomings. I would first like to point out that PetSmart has fabulous groomers, and I have never been disappointed with the way my dog looked whenever we picked him up. For grooming, I would absolutely recommend PetSmart, even the Issaquah location has done a great job. My complaint is with this location's pet hotel. My husband dropped our standard poodle off at the Issaquah hotel location before Thanksgiving. Our dog stayed with them for 4 1/2 days. When we returned, I was flabbergasted to find our poodle had gained roughly over 10 pounds from his stay! When I put his head collar on, it was tight around his neck! His neck, his stomach area, and his thighs were FAT! My dog got FAT! Not only that, his fur looked absolutely disgusting. We asked them to give him a bath before we picked him up. Now, they did tell us he wouldn't look the same way as if they groomed him, which I completely understand. But I AT LEAST thought they would have blow dried his fur out before putting him back into his cage. When I took our dog home, his fur smelled like mildew, there was dandruff, and one ear had a bad yeast infection because of lack of drying. I had to buy him ear medicine and give him a proper bath when we returned home. Anyway, I asked two people working there how much they fed our dog. They claimed it was the requested 1 1/2 cups twice per day. We had boarded our dog with a vet for 5 days last year, and we picked our dog back up weighing exactly the same as when we dropped him off. I don't understand where this huge weight gain came from. Something happened. Someone messed around with our dog's health. I can't imagine how he would have looked if we left him two weeks! And the part that bothered me was that nobody apologized, and nobody even offered to investigate into the matter. As I have explained to them on the phone, standard poodles are naturally fine-boned dogs. I don't know if, during his play-time, someone felt his ribs and hip bones and thought our dog was starved, so they fed him waaaaaay more than was requested. (And our dog eats exceedingly fast, almost inhaling his food, that it could also appear he's starved, when in fact he isn't.) I know they said nobody gave him extra food, but how can they be so sure that someone in there wasn't sneaking it? Our dog got fat. A dog doesn't just gain a huge amount of weight (almost 3 pounds a day!) in just 4 1/2 days. If they would have offered to investigate into the matter, or question some of the staff working with the dogs, then maybe I would have skipped this review entirely. Not only am I bothered by how unhealthy my dog looked when we picked him up, but also by the fact they literally did not seem to care at all. I would not recommend this hotel. Grooming - yes. I had taken my pooch to a couple other places before coming here and had my reservations about a large grooming salon like a Petsmart (dont go to Bellevue's location by the way. see my other review)....But Sarah has made me a believer :) She is great with my dog and I can tell that she treats him very well when I'm not there, based on how he acts when he sees her. He is weary of strangers, but loves going to see Sarah every 6 weeks. She always grooms him perfectly and double checks each time to be sure I don't want to try something new. Grooming salon manager, if you're reading this now, give Sarah a raise, she is awesome!!!!!! If she ever leaves, I will follow her wherever she goes! read more

I've been taking my two Golden Retreivers to Petsmart's Doggy Day Camp & Pets Hotel for 4 or 5 years now. In October, my oldest, Lucas, got cancer in his shoulder and couldn't go to daycare anymore because it was too hard on him. Last week I called to make a daycare reservation for my other dog, Tater. The woman scheduling excitedly asked if Lucas would be coming too (Lucas was a favorite of the staff). I burst into tears as I told her Lucas had passed away last month. Today I got home and found a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my doorstep from Petsmart. There was a lovely card attached offering their condolences and saying how much they'd miss Lucas. I can't even express how much this meant to my family & I. And THAT is why I give Petsmart 5 stars. read more

When my family and I moved to Issaquah we decided to give the PetSmart here a try. Our 13 year old Shih Tzu Max was having trouble adjusting to his new home and was quite a handful for Tiffany. But, she took it in stride, and when it was time for his next appointment, she didn't even hesitate to accept the appointment. Thankfully, Max did much better after that. Then a few months ago Max was diagnosed with inoperable cancer and given anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to live. Three weeks after the diagnosis he was weak, but very much still with us. His fur had gotten long and shaggy and the heat outside was unbearable. I called Tiffany. She checked with her manager and the end result was she agreed to groom him as long as I stayed the entire time. I sat on a stool and watched as she talked to Max and give him lots of hugs during his grooming. I was touched when the other employees in the salon gave him lots of hugs as well. Max is gone now. Tiffany made Max's last few weeks so much more comfortable. And for that, I'm grateful. When my husband and I decide to adopt another furry child, I won't hesitate to have him groomed at the Issaquah PetSmart. read more

My elderly 13 yo golden doodle was "groomed" today by Anya. While our dog did have some matting on a couple spots, Anya refused to listen to us and just clip those spots short. She would not do the cut we asked and that she has done many times for our dog. When we picked our dog up, she had been shaved down to the skin, including her face, which we explicitly told her not to do. Not only does our dog look awful, but like any elderly dog, she cannot regulate her body temperature. It is winter now, and she is shivering INSIDE! What Anya did was cruel and has put our old girl in peril. Groomers are scarce, but I'd really discourage anyone to go to PetSmart in Issaquah, WA. PetSmart needs to educate these people about consequences of their grooming, especially old dogs. When we pay for a service like grooming, they are working for us. This complete disregard for our dog's well-being is atrocious. read more

We always take the same three items when boarding our dog; bed, blanket used as a cushion, and her blanket. I didn't realize the items were inventoried; how hard can three items be. When we picked up our dog the cushion blanket was missing and was told because they didn't inventory the item, we didn't include it. Seriously? Petsmart policy states it's not there problem if they lose things. Thank God they didn't lose my dog. read more

I was unhappy with our dogs prior groomer (A Fur Affair) so I gave PetSmart's grooming Salon a try. I was pleasantly surprised. It's much cleaner than their nearby competitor, the groomers are friendly and they do a great job following your preferences. The coup de gras (for Fur Affair) is that PetSmart is roughly 25% cheaper. read more

I have gone to this location for many years but I am through. First they cancel my appt because I was honest and told them I gave my dog a flea bath. He was covered in fleas in spite of being on 2 different medications and I was at my wits end. They said they would not take him if he was bathed in 2 days but i did not want to infest my car. Then o trimmed his hair myself but couldn't get a close enough cut so I made another appt and they said they could get him in the next day. I was thrilled. I didn't bath him and transported him in his kennel with no blanket so as not to ingest my car with fleas. I get there and they have his appt written for Wed rather than Tues. They said they couldn't take him even though I know I they had told me Tuesday. I begged them as he needs to be shaved and I am so overwhelmed but they couldnt/wouldn't help me. I was in tears but they were not sympathetic. I am never going back to this groomer. They usually have to book weeks in advance and they have nicked him before. I will take him to get shaved at the vet today and in the future going to find a new groomer. read more

I would give this store a 0 if I could as my experience was absolutely horrendous! I made a reservation more than 2 weeks ago to bring my dog to the Issaquah Petsmart Hotel for 7/2/21 - 7/5/21. I made the reservation online because when I tried to call the store, there was a 20 minute wait on hold. Today, 6/30/21, two days before I leave for my trip, I received a call and email advising that there is no room for my dog and they cannot honor my reservation. When I called the store, I received no apology or empathy from the Hotel manager, who was rude and just blamed the online reservation center. Of course all other boarding places are booked for the holiday weekend and I am left with no options! I will probably have to cancel my trip because of this. I can't believe any place of business would treat a customer this way. Completely unacceptable and I will never, every go back to Petsmart!!!! read more

My two smaller dogs have been here twice now for less then a week stays. They seem to come back without problems.I treat them to doggie day-care play so they get some attention. They are groomed right before I pick them up instead of just a bath and they look terrific. I am impressed by this facility. read more

My dog Mia absolutely loves going to this Petsmart, especially for doggy day camp. The staff there are friendly, and her ears perk up just by saying the word, "Petsmart".It can get a little pricey if you are leaving your pet there for a extended period of time (overnight stays are $28 and day camps are $20), but if you combine an overnight stay with a camp, then the camp price drops to $16. It is also nice to know that you can leave your pet somewhere and feel confident that they are being taken care of. read more

I can only write regarding the fish/aquarium department in comparison to Petco. Petco's fish are awful and routinely die soon after getting them home. I haven't had the same trouble with Petsmart in the past and just decided to start using them again. The young lady at the Issaquah location today was helpful, fairly knowledgeable and pleasant, in fact I would probably search her out on future visits. This is opposed to Petco fish department employees who are generally not helpful, have no idea about fish, and would rather be doing anything else but their jobs. I shouldn't have ever started going to Petco and stuck with Petsmart all along, even if they are a little pricier on some things. read more

Talk about a customer service fail in the Pet Grooming department! I took my shih tzu to get her usual groom/haircut, and she was refused service because she's a month behind in getting her rabies shots... WTF? seriously?!? the woman behind the counter was rude and unapologetic when i asked if they would make an exception... NO! it's protocol she snapped back. Why are they just now asking me this question?! after I've driven all way across town to make this appointment... I even called ahead of time to confirm her appointment, perhaps that would have been a good time to ask.... and seriously? are they really that concerned about my lil shih tzu giving someone rabies? she lives in an condo, and is outside for about 10 minutes each day of her life. she's not exactly "high risk" A smart employee, would quickly realize that this is one of those times where you can/should make an exception to the rule, and make things right for the customer, and give the dog a haircut. Instead, PetSmart has now pissed me off, I'll never take my dog back there, and everyone I know I'll tell them what a JOKE the grooming department is there. read more

If I could give -5 atars, I would. What a filthy, unprofessional place. I just moved here, have never taken my dogs to a Petsmart for a nail trim, but figured it was convenient and cheap so I called them last week. They said Saturdays were busy but to call back during the week, so I did. Second call, they said it's a walk-in service, they don't make appointments for nail trims so just come on in. So today I bundled up my two small nervous dogs in the car and drove the 12 minutes over there. First, when I walked in, there was no signs on where to go for the grooming area, and no one to ask. The only cashier and her customer were deep into a lengthy conversation about nothing, the cashier didn't see me come in or look my way or anything. Eventually I apologized and interrupted to ask where to go. So I walked in to the grooming area to two young gals shooting the shit behind the counter. I said I just wanted to get the dogs' nails trimmed. One asked if I'd been there before, and when I told her No, she asked for proof of rabies shots. What!? No one told me I needed that or I would have brought it. I called TWICE and no one mentioned that. She said ahe could call my vet, but I just moved here and don't remember the name of our new vet; that info was in my phone which I left in my glovebox because it's too cumbersome to carry stuff when I have my two nervous dogs with me. I was so irritated. But I went to my car and got my phone and returned. The gal took my info and called the vet, but it just went to voicemail. I just was done with the whole thing so I said Nevermind and left. On my way out she said I could get them trimmed at the in-house vet, that it costs a little more but they don't require proof of rabies vaccinations. Why does a groomer require it but a vet doesn't? Anyhow, I just left, exasperated. Something else that added to it is that there was no place for me to sit, and there was tons of dog hair and filth all over the floor where I was standing. I'd croutch down to soothe my dogs and all three of us were in a pile of filth. Gross. I'm never going to any Petsmart again for any reason. I'm surprised the groomer there is still in business. I'm just going to get my new vet to trim their nails, I don't care if it costs twice as much. Update: I should have read the other reviews here on Yelp and saved myself and my dogs from this irritation. I figured "who can screw up a nail trim?" but I guess I know the answer to that now. read more

Clean quiet place. They have pet grooming although this is not where we take our little pooch. We come here for their large quantity of dog food. I do like it that they have rescue cats from the Humane Society available for adoption. read more

This review is for the grooming department. I originally called to schedule a hair cut/bath for our Aussie and was convinced that a bath and furminator would be better for her breed from the PetSmart employee taking our registration. Therefore, I took their advice and scheduled a bath w/furminator. I arrived early to our appointment by 15 minutes (I have a tight schedule with 3 kids activities, work, etc. and it was challenging to get her there at all!). We were greeted by a groomer who immediately started pulling at our dogs fur without telling us what he was even looking for...this went on for a few minutes and when he finished he said "I am sorry - but I have turn you away today because your dog has some mats by her hind legs". I didn't even notice she had little mats, but when I tried to problem solve ("I will cut them out and bring her back"...we had time, we were early!...OR "can you just wash around them?), there was no wiggle room. Apparently, there is a "store policy" stating that baths can not be given when there are mats!? When I made the appointment, I was never informed of this and in fact I was going to schedule a cut and was talked into a bath. If I had been informed of this "policy" at registration, I would have looked for mats because I sure didn't know they were there. We have used the Pets Hotel MANY times and always have them give our dog a bath and there has never been a problem. I would have been more than happy to have the mats shaved (they were tiny!) However, there was no problem solving or even offer to reschedule...only "we have to turn you away today". I would have escalated the situation at the moment to talk to a manager...but had to run off to the other responsibilities I was now already late for (and add the additional challenge of bringing my dog home 20 miles out of the way!) I called to give the manager feedback and they said they would "look into it" but never called me back to follow-up. I am sorely disappointed with the customer service. read more

We have just finished a 6-week puppy obedience class with Joani J. She was amazing! I don't know how we would have made it through this first month and a half of life with our new puppy without her. She knows dogs. She knows people. She knows how to get dogs and people to live, work and play happily together. From the basic commands (sit, touch, look, down, stay, come) to loose-leash walking and an intro to "leave it," Joani walked us through the basics carefully and joyfully week after week. Beyond that, she took the time to answer our questions, share helpful tips, and address any concerns that arose throughout our training. Our puppy just graduated, and we feel so much more calm and confident in raising him with all the great knowledge and perspective we gained from Joani. It is always a joy to bring our puppy into PetSmart. The staff is helpful, the store is clean, they always have free treats out for those who want them (and Sample Saturdays) -- it's the perfect place to bring our little guy.
