I figured I'd give this place a try. The grooming process seemed reasonable too. It took about 2 hours and my fur baby was all done. They were quick really. Haircut came out cute! They gave her a pin and bandanna. I'm happy with the results of this groomer. I see why they have good reviews. My Pomeranian looks good and she smelled super nice afterwards too! They have an online booking system that is easy to use. You can book online whenever you want. Love that convenience at your fingertips.

During our first visit, Stacey did an excellent job, but unfortunately, after her accident she has not been available when making an appointment. This led us to try other groomers. Initially, I was understanding when my dog was shaved down to less than half an inch, thinking it would be a fresh start and that I could manage his coat better with regular brushing. Fast forward almost 6 months, and after diligently caring for his coat, we felt ready to have him trimmed. He had grown back beautifully and was fluffy, with no mats except for a small area under his ears, which we had specifically discussed needing a trim. I personally dropped him off and had a thorough conversation with the groomer, expressing my desire for a trim to maintain his fluffiness. She assured me that it wouldn't be an issue as he looked "great". To my dismay, when I returned, I found that he had been shaved down to less than half an inch again! I was extremely frustrated, especially after our detailed conversation. They didn't even call me to discuss the decision before proceeding. It was evident that they had not followed my grooming requests, opting instead for the quickest and easiest solution. I cannot recommend this groomer if you wish to keep your doodle's coat fluffy. My dog was not matted, and it's clear that they did not even attempt to follow my instructions. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

This is the ONLY place to take your pet for grooming!…read more Sonja and her team are AMAZING! After loosing a furkid two months ago, Sonja called me to see how I was doing. Her and her team had built a bond with my dog and treated him so well. I know they loved him and he loved going to see them, so this meant a lot to me while I was grieving. I recently brought in a new puppy and Sonja took the time to get on the floor so my dog could meet her and get comfortable with her. The rest of her team also took the time to get to know my Max to make him feel comfortable with being at a groomer for the first time. When I picked up Max he was happy to see me, but even gave Sonja a kiss when she said good-bye. This melted my heart because I knew he felt safe and loved there. If you want your dogs to be in a safe and loving environment, take them here! You will not be disappointed and your furkid will come out looking great!

I used to have issues with other local grooming salons not wanting to service my dog because she would nip them when they got close to her tail area.
