I personally have always liked this Petsmart. I can't find the Simply Nourish wet dog food brand at Petco but its here and sometimes its on sale. I compared prices with Petco and Petco is way overpriced for a lot of the same items. I would say Walmart accross the street is a bit cheaper for cat food brands like Friskies. I just like to do all my shopping in one location and Walmart is too much chaos. Another thing I would add is it looks like they expanded the freezer section for dogs. The food looks likes like human food lol. I guess one improvement could be the integration of receipts when you input your phone number for the Rewards Program. I wish I could download every single receipt from my visits to Petsmart. I was able to email receipts to myself but I hate inputting my email at the register. Anyways, I like the people that work here. They are pretty nice.

Capri did an amazing job grooming my puppy! He came out so happy and excited! She was kind and patient with him.

This review is in regards to the excellent service we received from Jen. I went in to purchase items I needed to set up an aquarium. I didn't even know where to start, just that I wanted to get a betta fish. Jen helped me find the right fish tank that fit my needs and budget. I got the tank and all necessary supplies and returned the next day with my fiancé to pick out our new fish. Jen was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (which fish get along with bettas, how many fish to get given the size of our tank, maintenance requirement for live aquarium plants, etc.). It was great not having to stand around the store on my phone googling every question I had, trying to figure it all out on my own. Thank you Jen for the great customer service! We're so happy with our new aquarium.

Today I Called Last minute to get my dog groomed and there was no appointments available. I was put on a brief hold, upon working her magic "B" came thru with a open spot and ba-da-bing my lil pup was on his way to being fresh and clean again. Next in line with the A-1 service was Cindy, friendly and knowledgeable about canine psychology. She gave us some good advice on how to prepare and familiarize our pup to be more accepting of the leash being put on by the groomer. Previously we were given the misinformation of him being kennel aggressive but he just isn't used to having strangers put things around his neck, but who is really? Honetly She did a better job than the last person. So again shout out to these 2 ladies

Big store!! Tons of selection for every pet from cat, dog, bird, small animal and fish. Banfield is even there and a grooming department.

My boxer was anxious and very reactive, but now he's noticeably calmer and much less reactive. It honestly feels like we have a new dog. Michael is truly the best. He's patient, knowledgeable, and always happy to walk us through any situation or question that comes up. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the dogs and their owners. I can't thank Michael enough! He's made a huge impact on our lives and completely changed the future for my dog. I'm so excited to see the progress we continue to make!

We spent over $1,000 hoping to improve our dogs' reactivity issues. We followed the homework that was given to us, stayed consistent, and while there was some minor progress, we eventually hit a wall. The BAH method is the foundation of their training approach, and while it might work for others, it just didn't lead to the results we needed unfortunately. What made it more disappointing for us is that even though the company offers lifetime support, it didn't feel like there was anything drastically new or helpful to move us forward after a certain point. Again, I commend for the trainer for trying his best and truly caring, but we hit a wall. We were basically told we were doing everything right, but the problem still wasn't getting better. This review isn't meant to discredit the trainer or the business. I'm sure he's helped many other clients successfully. Unfortunately, in our case, it didn't live up to expectations given the cost and the goals we had. Sidenote: I'm not looking for a debate or follow-up--just sharing my personal experience in case it helps someone else make an informed decision.

The manager called me and didn't want to have the owners call me to let them know my experience so instead of doing that she now won't let my dog come to Doggin around anymore ? This was after a serious heart attack I had and boarding the dog for six days and paying full price They then charged a full day price for picking up the dog after her bath at 3 PM and here's the response I got from the company manager Diana. I would hope the owners would call to find out what's going on in there doggy daycare. Diana should really be fired. I wanted to follow up regarding our conversation and your review. I was disappointed to read some of the statements made about me and our team, as I feel they do not accurately reflect the conversation or the steps I took to address your concerns. When you brought the late pickup fee to my attention, I listened to your concerns and credited the fee back to your account as a resolution. I also attempted to explain the policy behind your concerns, not to dismiss them, but to provide context. My goal was to have a respectful conversation and find a solution. I was very much in disbelief of the concerns, and I respectfully told you, they're concerns that have not been brought up by many. But those are your concerns and feelings and I respect that and I gave you space to express them. During our call, I felt that the conversation shifted from addressing the concern into criticism of my intentions and my role as a manager. I took a moment to process what you were sharing because I wanted to respond professionally rather than react emotionally. I respect that you have the right to share your experience and request further review from ownership. Your additional concerns will be communicated to them. However, after reviewing the situation, we, along with ownership, have decided that continuing a business relationship is no longer the right fit, and you and your pets are no longer eligible for services at Doggin' Around or any affiliated facilities. Regarding your payments, any transaction made today will be voided. For any prior charges that require a refund, please come into the facility with the card used for payment so we can process that refund. I'm sorry that after four years this is where we have arrived, but we believe this decision is the best path forward.

PASS ON THIS PLACE. Would not recommend this place. I was looking around to find a place a bit…read morecloser to us than our usual barks and rec (they are great by the way just a bit far and a little more expensive). We took our two dogs there for a temperament evaluation since it was their first time and we were wanting to book them for a week in October. They took them back for maybe 3 MINUTES and came back out and said that one of our dogs was nervous (I'm sorry but duh) and that we needed to book "A LOT" of day visits so he would not be nervous anymore. It's odd because it's totally normal for any dog to be nervous the first time going somewhere which immediately threw up a red flag for me. Not to mention the lady was pretty rude about it when I was obviously confused as to how they would know his normal stress levels after 3 minutes upon getting there. I got weird vibes so I just said we can cancel it and no worries. She immediately snaps back and says something about me not being fair to our dog if I don't book daycare visits regularly and what am I even doing there if we already have a boarding place etc.(very strange behavior). Most places have you book a day visit so they can see how your dog adjusts the entire day which our dogs do totally fine. Our dog is 10 years old and doesn't have any underlying anxiety conditions and was never prescribed medication for that ever so this seemed odd. Just a bad vibe in general. Unfriendly staff and insufficient time to actually see how the dogs warm up to the place for the first time.
