Unfortunately our groomer passed away. We have a very anxious dog and she did well with him. The other groomers couldn't work with him and asked us to take him somewhere that he can be sedated for grooming. Well I haven't found that place and now I have a fur ball on my hands. read more

They love on your dog as well giving very reasonable, if not the best, prices in town. I was referred to Pets & Poodles by my aunt who takes her dog here. Her dog always looks so cute and she told me the price was very reasonable. The previous place I had taken my dogs was pricy and I wasn't happy with how my dogs looked after so I called and made an appointment here. It did take me about 3-4 weeks to get in but now I understand why. The ladies there are so sweet and super friendly and explained what she would be doing with my puppies. She explained it would take a few hours because it was the puppies' first time and it may take some adjusting for the puppies. Well when I finally went to pick them up, I was shocked to see how adorable my puppies looked. The groomer came out and explained everything she did to them and how they behaved. She explained how to properly brush them and how important it is for me to brush them every day at home! She charges $35 an hour if she has to brush the puppies herself because they are very matted so she told me she would rather teach me how to properly brush them than to charge me $35 to do it herself. She did not shave them like the previous grooming place used to. She gave them such a cute cut and they look so fluffy. Their fur is very soft and they smell so nice! The groomer said she's been doing this si ce 1973 so she has the experience and definitely knows what she's doing! I've already scheduled my next appointment four weeks out and can not wait to take them back! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! read more

The place is in an industrial area, and I've had to run in to grab my Juliet a few times and the ladies' there are really a hoot. But they do a great job and obviously love working with dogs. The lady who makes appointments and takes payments is very nice. Her partner is a bit rough with the dogs. My dog wasn't cut to satisfaction. They offered to fix the cut, but after hearing her admonish my dog when cutting around the nose, I was not about to have her fix the length of the hair on her head (which was poofed out, but not cut at all). I'm not sure they clipped my other dog at all. He looked the same as when I took him. They smelled of perfume, though the staff denied applying anything with a scent. The price was very reasonable, but since I need them recut and rebathed, I'm not sure what I paid for. read more
