    Our dog needed a haircut. I was able to book an appointment same day with the groomers at PetSmart and got in right away. They did a great job. It only took a couple of hours. Highly recommend these groomers.

    I had my dog groomed at the pet salon. I specifically told them not to use clippers on his face, just trim around his eyes. They cut his snout so close to the skin that he was sore and bleeding when I got him. He was supposed to get a sanitary cut and I don't even know what they did, but he was all choppy and irritated in the back, definitely not a good cut, he looked awful, his ear was also cut so bad that he has a giant sore under his ear flap. Not to mention my other dog got a bath and brush and did not look clean or brushed. She was still wet. Horrible

    If I could, I'd give ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!!! This is the second time that I took my puppy to get groomed at 120 31st Ave SE, Puyallup, WA 98374, and it so happen to be the same groomer, Alex. This time, I got a call 1.5 hours (USUALLY 2-3 HIS PREVIOUSLY) later that my baby was all done. I showed up, paid, and went to pick up my puppy, snowball. He was still VERY WET, NO SANITARY CUT OR OTHER SERVICE (another groomer noticed and did the cut very quickly on another dog's hair still on the table; I WAS COVERED IN DOG HAIR--MY DOG WASN'T CLEANED OFF AFTER THE CUT). Yes, I was asked if he looked okay. I was NOT going to leave my dog after the crappy service, for the SECOND time, for y'all to take him for more hours to do NOTHING AGAIN, NO THANKS!!!! $38 for JUST a wash, and he wasn't even clean!!!! There was still stuff stuck to his hair after I took him home and inspected more closely. Did he even get ANY sanitary cleaning??!!!!!!!??? Last time, with Alex, I got EXTRA things (nail grinding, teeth cleaning, upgrade shampoo, etc) totaling well OVER $60 one month before. My dog's nails were JUST AS SHARP as a regular bath and brush!!!!! And he smelled WORST than how I took him in; he was supposed to get upgraded shampoo!!! NOTHING done!!! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!! MY PUPPY IS A LIVING BEING!! He was sooooooo FREAKED OUT!!! I PAID FOR A SERVICE I DIDN'T GET. SOOOOOOOOO MUCH MONEY AND TIME WASTED. NEVER AGAIN!! I WILL TAKE MY SERVICES ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T want to hear EXCUSES. Not even a full week later, my puppy is suffering from not having gotten any sanitary cleaning done!!! How the fuck am I supposed to know y'all did NOTHING FOR HIM!!!! TWICE!!! I left feedback for the store, and NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. The customer service person said I'll get an email within 1-2 days from the store manager. Two weeks later... NOTHING. Then I was told corporate would contact me, NOTHING STILL!!! THIS IS EXACTLY HOW THE SERVICE IS... NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

    Couple months ago,Savana did a lovely job of fixing 2 bad poodle grooms from another shop..we are happy and like the groomers at this petsmart.

    Typically has everything we need. We come from time to time to get a few things for Jemma, my daughter's dog. She usually leaves the store happy!! LOL!

    1st time in here 2 pick up sons best friend 1st tht was this sure does have a more clean, Organized feel 2 the store then others very close by! Groomer explained what they were able to do, due 2 her hyperness from all the dogs getting groomed @ once & alot of pup activity. They were nice & professional & welcoming even if ur pup isn't well behaved or expensively trained. They showed love towards the dog and even put her in a gorgeous girl scarf I like that they all actually look and act like they enjoy their jobs. I have been 2 some places that dnt connect with ur dog or try 2 get 2 kno ur dog & help with the grooming process so it's not a stressful ordeal. Reign is now peacefully taking a nap and smelling yummy

    Not professional trained groomers , same fresh step cat litter 27.99 to pricey and at winco it's 16.99!

    The grooming staff does not execute proper handling procedures and are rude. I recommend taking your pet to a non chain groomer.

    When we saw the doctor Rio my cat did not want to come out of the kennel. It amazed me the Doctor sat on the floor to ease Rios fears.

Rachel has been involved with the care/walking of my mother in…read morelaw's dog for about a year, as my MIL's health has failed and she was not able to walk her dog, to stay on top of his care. Rachel and staff are ALL dedicated to on point care for the dogs she/they service. Care can range from daily walks, miles long hikes, taking Freddie for a long visit when my MIL needs a break from his care, as well as taking him into her home (board) when she goes away for trips. Rachel goes the extra mile for my MIL, in that she comes every morning to walk Freddie, her staff comes by in the evening to walk him again. She also does extra services that my MIL needs, going above and beyond. When my MIL started getting sick, Rachel was a neighbor that she didn't know, who stepped up to help me with the challenges we faced in making sure she was okay and Freddie was being taken care of as well, dedicating her time without pay even. Rachel brings her food in the morning when she picks Freddie up, so that she knows MIL is eating, make sure she is taking her meds, as well as even just being someone to talk and converse with, as my MIL is homebound at this point. My MIL is at the point where she needs round the clock care (CNA) but she still demands that Rachel is the one to take care of Freddie, she doesn't trust anyone else to give him the love and care that she does. Rachel is a true dog lover, but her business isn't just about the dog care, but the care and dedication she shows to clients/families that she interacts with. I have had to call Rachel during emergencies with my MIL specifically and she will always show up, when needed. She isn't just an amazing dog lover/business owner, etc but truly a ROCK STAR and I appreciate everything she has done for us!

On several occasions, I have personally witnessed handlers yelling aggressively at dogs, jerking them harshly by the leash, and even striking animals during walks. As someone who cares deeply about animal welfare, I found the behavior extremely upsetting and inappropriate for anyone trusted with the care of pets. I would strongly encourage pet owners to use caution and thoroughly research caregivers before entrusting their animals to this company. Animals deserve patience, kindness, and humane treatment -- not intimidation or physical aggression.

The staff cared for my dog well, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the business closed permanently with no advance notice to customers, despite many of us having prepaid daycare packages. I had just purchased a new 10-day package for $420 that had never been used. After the closure, I reached out to request a refund. Instead of issuing refunds directly, I was instructed to contact the third-party scheduling software company, Gingr, or dispute the charge with my bank or credit card company. As the business that accepted my payment, I expected Paws N Pals to handle refunds directly rather than directing customers elsewhere. To make matters more confusing, I continue to receive daycare notifications even though the business has permanently closed. I truly appreciated the care my dog received over the years, but the way this business closed and handled prepaid customer accounts has been extremely disappointing. Longtime customers who paid in advance for services that were never provided should not have to fight to recover their money. I hope every customer with an unused package receives a full refund.
