Camp BowWow has easily accessible indoor and outdoor playrooms. This allows your pups to run free and not be confined, which is a HUGEEE PLUS for us! At our last daycare, they were anxious, scared, and had slobber all over them. This time, happy, excited, and absolutely no saliva on them! We have 2 anxious boys who have different needs: one needs his naps and alone time, while the other needs to be with less aggressive dogs. A few notes: one day of daycare runs for about $26 (per dog), the location is located in an inconspicuous location, & in addition to the usual spay/neuter requirements, a quick release collar and nametag must be on your pups upon entry.

They took amazing care of him through the years and maintained his many medications when he started to slow down. He was placed with dogs who were at his speed and I loved getting to watch him on the webcams. We later adopted a new dog, who is very selective of who he likes...they were so patient with getting to know him and introducing him to camp. Now he loves it and pulls us through the door as soon as we arrive. We love that we can trust he's in safe hands and know he's having a blast. While our kitties were there, she sent us reports in text with photos of our kitties. It was really nice to know/see that our kitties were being taken care of. We looked at the same reports again and again since we missed our kitties so much. :) Julia seems to be very knowledgeable about cat behaviors and gave us good advice when we picked them up. Since everything went so smoothly, we actually came back again for cat daycare three days after the boarding. When we picked them up, it was before their pick-up/drop-off hours, but Julia was so nice and flexible; she let us pick them up early. Their website was easy to use. You can enter your pet's information into the system in advance uploading vaccination records and make reservations for day care/boarding. I would definitely recommend Second Home Boarding!!

I haven't had any issues with any reservations I have made in the past, pet drop-off has been quick and straightforward as long as you have completed all the pre-work online (pet eating schedule, medication, etc). One of the main reasons why I love this place so much is being able book a reservation only a few days prior to that date and therefore not having to worry and plan months in advance to get a spot for boarding like at some other places.

This is mind boggling to me that this business (basically) admitted that THEY made a mistake and that SHE has to pay for it! Shame on you Pet Suites. You don't make the customer pay for YOUR mistake. Check your invoices everyone. Pet Suites is trying to collect more than they're owed.

My dog had some hesitation at first but is always happy to arrive there now. The place looks clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing I don't like is that they don't allow the dogs to play after they get a bath. I get it but I also figure she will be cleanER...but that's me and I know it probably creates problems with other people. Overall a super nice staff that seem to genuinely love the pups they work with! Not cheap - but as with most things, you get what you pay for.
