Our puppy, Lucy, loves going to PetSuites. Their facilities are very clean and well maintained. They do a great job and I always feel at ease when I leave her there. I always call to check on Lucy when she is there and the employees are happy to check on her and answer any questions I have. The employees are always super friendly and know the dogs by name. We got in a dispute over the charges because they failed to tell us that that the second day's charges began at noon. They preferred to argue about it rather than just letting me pay and go. When I left, my wife stayed inside to argue about the difference in the price of nail trimming than what quoted. After she came out, I went back for that day's food we had left them. They previously told us that feeding started at 4:30, but when they couldn't find our food they claimed they had told us they started at 4:00. Funny thing: it was 4:05 when they told me this ....and I had the dog for 10 min by that point. They're all a bunch of liars. Who knows if they feed the dogs right. read more

Horrible place. My dog was fine when I dropped him off and when I picked him up 3 days later he was very sick. He had to spend 2 nights hospitalized and I am out 800 dollars. He was sick when I picked him up, but because the neglectful staff did not write the fact that he was sick down on the his card, the manager acts like I am lying. My dog had to have been neglected at Pet Suites for him to be a sick as he is. High fever, sever cough (which he was doing when I picked him up), vomiting, and diarrhea. I will never let my dog stay at Pet Suites again. Beware! I will add my dog does not have kennel cough as this takes a few days to incubate before they have symptoms and he has been vaccinated this year. Something terribly wrong happened here and he was neglected in some way. He has pneumonia. The manager, Jessica, has been useless. She acts as if I am making all this up. I am very upset that I trusted Pet Suites and picked my dog up only to take him to the Vet and have him hospitalized for 2 nights. If I could have given O stars, I would have. Worst place I have ever seen. To Pet Suites, your pet is just a number. They do not care about providing safe care for your loving animal. read more

Absolutely LOVE PetSuites! My 2 dogs and cat have boarded there multiple times and attend doggie daycare frequently. The staff is what makes them so great! They are always friendly, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make you and your pets comfortable! You can tell they really love what they do! My dogs get so excited when we arrive they practically drag me through the door, butts wiggling the whole way. My cat on the other hand is not thrilled about arriving, but he's a cat and if it's not his idea it's a bad one in his opinion. When I leave he is hiding under his blanket pouting, but when I pick him up he is laying in his window bed watching the birds and comes to greet the staff members so I know he was very well taken care of because that's not easy to accomplish with him. They always give you an honest report on how their stay went. The entire place is always very clean. If it weren't for all the barking you would have no idea there were pets there. I would definitely recommend PetSuites to anyone looking for boarding daycare and even grooming! They are a wonderful home away from home for any dog or cat. read more

We adopted a nervous dog last fall and discovered that if left alone for more than 2 or 3 hours she (and our house) was a mess when we returned home. We found Petsuites Doggy Daycare and have been happy ever since. We take her to daycare 1 or 2 days a week, sometimes more, and feel so comfortable knowing that she is playing, snuggling, and resting peacefully. She has become a much more social dog towards humans and other dogs since starting daycare and comes home tired, but happy! I would recommend Petsuites to anyone, even for nervous/anxious dogs. PetSuites is as good as it gets! We've had a lot of construction going on at our home, and decided it'd be better to keep Lucy out of the way. PetSuites has been her home-away-from-home lately (four stays), and she seems to enjoy it. Our timid little dog was afraid the first time, less afraid the second time, and actually led me in the door by her leash for her fourth visit. She never seems stressed afterward, never smells like she's been in the kennel, and the staff always seems caring. If my timid little dog is ok with going here, it must be a great place! read more

My fur babies have been going to PetSuites for 6 yrs. for daycare and boarding. They have the best care , staff, and management I could ask for. I recently had surgery in September and needed to board both my dogs for a month with them. Not once was there an issue and I knew my dogs were treated with the utmost care. If my dogs cant be with me I know this is the next best thing to home for my dogs. Even after their month long stay they came home and needed a days rest and were ready to go back for daycare the next day . There are days I cant leave for work without them because they are to excited to go for playtime. I would highly recommend PetSuites read more

I've been using this daycare and grooming facility for a couple of years now and I have not seen much consistency... my dog is never groomed the same, or by the same person. (I still tip 20%!!) The last time I called to make the appointment someone had an attitude. I've used the daycare before and I know my dog practically barked the whole time because he was hoarse when I picked him up. I just wish the crew didn't change so often. The one's there now, don't really seem to like it that much. The last time my dog was groomed, it literally looked like the groomer stood talking to someone else the whole time and not paying attention to what they were doing with my dog. (or they were new and didn't have a clue!) 5 HOURS LATER. Yeah they look good when they first come through the door when it's time to pick them up... but, upon closer inspection, once at home... you realize you might've done a better job doing it yourself. I hate to be so harsh, but it's just what I've been noticing. My dog loves this place and that is the only reason I take him there.... I just wish I could believe his feelings were being reciprocated. A coupon in the mail every now and then would be nice too! read more

Ok so we moved here a couple months ago and needing Bosco my Boston Terrier s nails trimmed and filed my first experience I called and told to bring him up right then so I had his shot/vet records faxed to them and away we went, upon arriving the girl was very rude and said they don't take walk insight of course I had already said we were told to bring him but whoever I spoke to failed to put it in the system at any rate nails were done, fine. So today we were out enjoying the day and in the neighborhood so we stopped to see if I could set up an appointment to have his nails done, I always give 2nd chances bc we all have bad days, I tell her I'm wanting to make an appointment I guess she was confused bc I took Bosco in with me rather than leaving him in the hot car but once I explained what I needed she said Wednesday I asked what time before 10 am ok so now I'm having to leave him there for possibly several hours, then I stated I can't do that bc he was abused and hates cages it really effects him in a bad way when I tell her this and asked if I could have a copy of his records well bc they were faxed to you and I'm not from here I was told well I could but I'd have to dig through paper files. Ok maybe you don't need my business and maybe other people will leave their pets all day for a 10 min nail clip and maybe you don't have to be nice to people bc your clients are animals, probably a good thing. read more

Absolute worst experience boarding my pet EVER! Took my boxer to their facility for a weekend while I went out of town. He was in perfect health when I dropped him off and had gotten all of his shots from our vet a month before hand. After I picked him up I noticed he was coughing a little bit which slowly turned into a very bad hacking cough days later. I took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with kennel cough! He lives in my house and is never around others dogs besides my Mastiff that lives with me. My vet advised me that he obviously had gotten kennel cough from Pet Suites and to notify them about what happened. When I called, I talked to the so called "manager" Brittany. She could have cared less that my pet had gotten sick there and said "he could have contracted it from your back yard, we do not have a policy to cover pets that get sick at our facility." She laughed at the fact I wanted reimbursement for my vet bills! So now, due to their negligence I am out over $250 in vet bills for my boxer! He has since passed the kennel cough to my Mastiff which will need the same care. I have had dogs for over 25 years and have never had such a poor experience boarding my animals. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SUCH A POORLY RUN FACILITY AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE ELSE WHO CARES FOR THE WELL BEING OF THEIR PETS NOT TO BOARD AT THIS PLACE EITHER.
