Laura Jean was the vet assistant and she was so great with our cat. She really loved on him and he wasn't afraid of her at all. I hope she doesn't mind that I took a photo - it was just such a cute moment when she held him. Dr. Lentz was a really nice and knowledgeable vet and took time to answer our questions. She trimmed our cats nails with ease. The whole appointment was quick but we got everything we needed. We found out our cat has worms and they were prompt in calling us and getting us the medication. We're still waiting to hear about the blood work but so far so good with this office.

When the time came to say goodbye to our fur-baby, we also greatly appreciated how patient and gentle Dr. Phillips was with him and us. You can tell that she genuinely cares. She made what was a very difficult day a lot better by being so understanding and supportive. Dr. Phillips even sent a handwritten card to us afterwards, which was so thoughtful and kind. I found this to be a much better option! My dog feels much more comfortable because she is at home, and Dr. Anna, Kate and her vet tech, Javier, are both amazing. As I mentioned, I am disabled. I am visually impaired, so Dr. Anna, Kate and her vet tech took extra time to explain what they were doing in case I wasn't able to tell. They took extra time to tell me all of my different options to help my dog, who suffers from chronic allergies, and itches all the time. The cost of a checkup and the medication's are comparable to those of my local vet. The only additional charge is the travel fee. However, for me, it is definitely worth it because of the convenience. However, they also offer a program you can sign up for that helps to cover this cost. Dr. Anna Kate was kind enough to tell me a little about it during their visit today and I plan on looking into it. Dr. Anna, Kate, and Javier are both incredibly kind and compassionate and very professional. They answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel like they were rushing. They took their time with my dog, and we're very loving with her. I highly recommend this mobile vet service. You will not find two more compassionate and amazing people than Dr. Anna Kate and Javier! (I tried to take a selfie with them, but did not realize my phone was on portrait mode. Dr. Beth has the knowledge to help you understand what is happening, the compassion to guide you through it, and the kindness to come out to our place at some inconvenience to herself (last minute, outside regular hours, etc). I loved that she gave us special family time with our girl as we went through the steps of the at home euthanasia. I loved that she said some words of gratitude for her as she passed, almost like a mini memorial service. It was painful, it is painful, but I don't think I could have asked for a better person to lead us through an extremely difficult decision. I see sad photos of animals here. I choose to remember my kitty when she was at her happiest, and that's the photo I'm sharing here.

The logistics were a bit odd because I live out of state (but was coming back to ensure I was there) and we were having him euthanized at my parents' home. Dr. Mary came out, explained the process, was patient and gave me all the time I needed. It was far more peaceful than I expected, and both she and the gentleman who did the transport were immensely kind and gentle with my sweet boy. I have nothing but great things to say about the service and compassion given by Peaceful Pet Passage. I feel lucky to have found folks who helped me give Brody this last kindness.

Khloe will soon celebrate her 15th birthday and is set in her ways. She's really not "into" hanging out with a veterinarian, but that's life. She made a lot of noise to let me (and Dr. Nickens) know that this exam was not on her schedule. But Dr. Nickens was very patient with Khloe, calmed her down (even long enough to take a blood sample). Dr. Nickens was great, and her fees are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend her.
