The young man at the front desk was very nice and throughly went over what information was needed and my copay amount through my insurance. Dr. Hwang completed my eye exam and she was very thorough. Luckily my injury was minor but I'll be back for a follow up appointment. I decided to make them my primary optometrist office moving forward since they're a lot closer to my home and I had a great patient experience. I recommend their office!

During my consultation, both Dr. Michael Furlong and Dr. Ankur Parikh were present and I was informed that Dr.Parikh will be the one who will be by my surgeon. Dr. Parikh looked so young and I was a little nervous if he would be able to handle my case since it was so advanced with no vision. I observed that Dr. Parikh was very attentive to me being comfortable. He gave me his personal number to have a conference call with opthalmologists in my family. Having listened to him on the call and his extensive knowledge, I was reassured before going to the surgery. He performed my surgery very smoothly, all the while making sure I was comfortable and keeping me aware of what he was doing at every step. I returned for a re-examination and waited another two weeks. When I came back today to pick up the new glasses, the frame was extremely wide. The staff tried to adjust it, but it didn't help. When I asked to try another pair (wanted to compare) I was told that it was only the display frame and that if I wanted a brand-new one, I needed to specify that. This was the first time in all the years I've been a patient that I heard something like this. I said that a brand-new frame would be great.
