I had a very similar experience to other reviewers at the Seal Beach location. I came in on a promotion and got a mediocre facial and then they would not let me pay and leave without a crazy expensive upsell. I agreed to 2 more facials just to make it stop, but seriously do not want to go back. Ugh! I'll never trust a Facebook promo again. read more

I went in for a skin tightening treatment that was a "$49 deal" on Instagram. I did have some red and blue light therapy and a micro mask. But when it was over, my face felt like it had a film over it. I was told not to smile or frown so the mask could absorb. Then they brought out the mirror. The mask treatment prevented me from smiling and frowning. That was the tightening that supposedly took away my wrinkles. Before I left the rep sat me down and gave me the sales pitch. $2500 for the kit to take home and it included 8 facials. NO THANK YOU!!!! I would save that money and go to a reputable spa. read more

waoo don't spend your time on going to this place I was because of the special they have in social media and unfortunately they don't have adequate equipment to make cavitation treatment that machine anyone can buy it. second they say it's an hour and 15 minutes and only x half an hour don't spend your time in this place there's better and better prices. i practically gave them my money today for free first they don't have the right equipment to make cavitation, I don't know why they try to steal people lying with their promotions. bad bad experience. read more

I started with a skin analysis before my 3-in-1 treatment, which was amazing. It was kind of scary seeing my skin up close, but it was worth it. If you can help it, don't go to this place...it's not worth the money or the hassle... there are other places where the services are actually professional aestheticians, that treat you better, are extremely professional and their services are a lot more affordable. I found this place through an ad on Instagram, & seemed like a good place, I failed to look up any reviews & was just excited for the treatment. I got there and was taken straight upstairs to start my appointment. I started with a skin analysis and a then a plan for my skin. I had my facial, and I loved my aesthetician, but then as soon as your done and so relaxed after the facial, they bombard you with prices, treatments, packages, that are insanely expensive. They even try to get you to get financing so your able to afford the treatments you "absolutely need". I was dumb & signed up for 4 treatments of cryo therapy/facials (of course, the most expensive), which also included their products. It is impossible to get appointments within the 4 weeks of your first appointment, so you are always coming back 5-7 weeks after, the products they offer are not good, they dry out your skin, and are overly scented. You never get the same aesthetician, even if you note it for the next appointment. I also only received 5-10 minutes of cryo on 2 visits, even though I signed up for 4. I felt like they were doing my facial to do it, I never liked any of the other aestheticians, but the first I had, and at the end they sit you down to get you to purchase another insanely expensive treatment package. There's also a man, who I suppose is the owner, who is always walking around on his phone, it's like he's monitoring all the women working there, super weird. The moment you say you don't want any more treatments they basically ignore you and move on. Also, please check that the aesthetician assigned to you has a valid license. I was told that the person who initially had me signed up for the treatments, had an expired license, and of course when I come in for my last appointment she was my aesthetician..... read more
