Due to the fact that the technician asigned to my job was running very late, Jimmy, the owner, and his technician, Premiere, arrived to do the job themselves and gave me a discount. They promptly assessed the clogged toilet problem and told me up front what the cost would be. After approval, they proceeded to pull the toilet, after covering the carpeted area in the bathroom, and ran a long snake down into the opening to relieve the blockage. They then ran a camera down into the pipe to see if it could find the clean out, which it did not. They then cleaned the shower nearby as the clogged drain had originally bubbled up into the shower.
