Wasn't an emergency, but didn't want to worry about it anymore, so I appreciated the prompt response and ability to schedule, even after hours. Jimmy and Adam both arrived as scheduled, assessed the work to be done, and wrote up a quote. The entire quoted project of a leaking water line repair (primary reason for calling) and then discovering the need to replace corroded cast iron drain lines was within budget and completed the same day. The work was under the house in the crawl space. They worked hard for many hours! Provided before and after pictures for documentation so I didn't have to go into the crawl space myself.
