My sink faucet was leaking all over and I called another plumbing company I had used before. I kept getting their answering service. It was late morning and the company had still not contacted me, so I decided to try another plumber. I found Phend on Yelp with great reviews and called them. I spoke with someone at the company, not a service, and explained what I needed. I was told I could have a plumber over fairly soon, and was given a 2 hour window. The plumber called ahead and let me know he was coming. He explained what was needed and the cost of everything. I called on Thursday and scheduled for Friday. I was running late and had to reschedule the appointment. There was no charge and they didn't get mad for my mistake. Tim got to my home on Monday at the time requested and withing 25 mins located the issue. Most of the 25 minutes was him educating me on diagnosis and years of plumbing experience. I've had a hole in my ceiling for about 6 months because the previous plumbing company told me to call them back when it happened again, but they were not able to solve the problem. Tim also recommended a restoration company and they were here an hour later, DryLux. Wow, talk about great customer service from Phend Plumbing. These guys are simply the best!! Worked with Paul (service manager) and Pete (who's the owner) for a kitchen sink install. I honestly could not say better things about each of them. After dealing with an unsuccessful Lowe's install, Pete happened to come out himself and do the install on a Saturday. Price was $20 more than Lowe's (they charge $260 for a sink install, FYI) so I paid $280 but the quality workmanship and service was unparalleled. He replaced the sink, replaced all piping, valves, strainers, faucet, disposal, etc. Far more than what I expected. I was in need of a plumber and looked on line to find one. Yelp was the best search with the most reviews. I typed in plumber in Gilbert and Phend was on of the companies that came up. I read the reviews and decided to go with Phend. Pete was our plumber and he happens to be the owner. He was early by 5 minutes and was extremely friendly. I showed him where our issue was and he was on the problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issues within a half hour. One was a super easy fix and he didn't charge us for it. We had new countertops installed and noticed that the valves under our sink were mostly rusted away, making re-installation of our new sink and new kitchen faucet impossible. We called Phend after a friend recommended them. Glad we did! They were able to come out same-day if needed. We had to hold off a day to let the counter workers complete their job. The plumber who came in was really sweet, did great work, cleaned up and was very helpful. We had our brand new faucet installed, new pipes, new valves and he reinstalled our garbage disposal. We just moved into a new basement house and had the pump alarm go off. After a while it seemed to catch up, but we had house guests coming and we needed to know if they could use the basement facilities. I had my water heater start to leak the day before I left for a vacation. I called at noon and they were able to send someone out by 1:00pm for a FREE estimate. Pete (the owner) came out and provided me all the options and gave his recommendations. Pete didn't pressure me into buying a high priced replacement and actually gave me the choice to use some current pieces to save some money. I didn't get quotes by other companies (they won't give you one without coming out for a service charge) but talking with neighbors, it was a fair price. Plumbing problems stink, but when I have them, I call Phend, and they are awesome. Friendly, honest, priced fairly and know their stuff! I had a stopped up sink in a 1924 historic house...always a big question mark, as everything is so old. I've always worked with Pete, but this time Travis came out. He knew old houses like the back of his hand, was super friendly and walked me through what was happening as he diagnosed the problem...a break in the original pipe under the house...roots made a happy home, filling (and eventually clogging the 4 foot section. The job was under the house in a crawl space- quite the challenge. I was so impressed with Travis and his work! He replaced the problematic pipe which was quite a feat. Old houses are always a puzzle, but Travis quickly located the problem and was not going to stop til it was done and done right. I also appreciated that he sure I understood what the problem was what, what was needed to make the repair and explained what he had done. So thankful to have found Phend/Travis! I woke up to discover a backed up sewer line in my house with the most disgusting water coming from my drain. This was the first issue I've had with my house that needed a plumber, so I turned to Yelp for help. Through the "request a quote" feature I was able to ping a few companies at once. Phend was super prompt in getting back to me to find out my location and schedule someone to come over and check out the issue. The owner, Pete, came out and was even earlier than was quoted in the email. He was really nice and professional. He assessed the problem and had it fixed before I knew it. Luckily it just needed to be professionally snaked so the service wasn't even as expensive as I was afraid it would be. He was able to recommend a company assess for cleaning up the mess afterward. I first used Phend Plumbing about a year ago at the recommendation of my usual plumber when he wasn't able to get out in time for a job I needed performed quickly. Phend was able to come out the next day and help get the job done quickly and cost efficiently. Recently I was in need of a much larger job - replumbing the whole house and replacing the polybutylene. I got multiple quotes, but Phend came in with very competitive pricing and I liked going with a company I knew performed quality work. Dallen and team did a fantastic job in a very reasonable time frame! I know my house layout made it challenging, but they made sure everything was done accurately and with as minimal cuts as possible. They also were able to save almost all of the drywall, which the drywall techs were really impressed with. They also helped make sure we were able to comfortably stay in the house while this was being done so we didn't have the extra expense of temporarily relocating. My 92 year old mother's shower head dripped all night and, unfortunately, the drain became clogged. The bathroom was flooded by morning when it was discovered. He figured out what was the problem, called a restoration company out for us, which was here by 10 am and got me on my way. We are selling our house and the new owners had an expection done. Everything checked out just fine except for a water pressure issue and my hot and cold water diverter in my master shower didn't stop or work properly. Thinking that I had big problems I called Phend Plumbing. They came out and figured out my problem right away with my water pressure problem, my water softener was the restriction an the problem of my water pressure. They gave me a number of a water softener repair person. They could've easily put me in a trick bag and sold me a water softener for which I didn't need. Thinking I needed a new hot and cold water diverter for my master shower to fix the problem they were able to repair my old one and save me the cost of a new one. Once again they could've sold me a new one and I would of never known a difference. I highly recommend these this company because of their honesty and fair prices. read more

He was courteous, took the time to understand the situation and said he would call my renters to set up an appointment.
