I asked for a U shape haircut and now my hair looks like a damn staircase cause she can't blend hair cuts nor tell what length they are either. she also straightens your hair while it is still wet, whatever school she went to should be shut down for awful instruction. I got my hair cut but Louis and it was terrible. First off, I was kept waiting for 20 minutes even though I called ahead and made an appointment. Then the stylist seemed to be in a rush and wasn't patient enough to let me explain what style I wanted. They rushed through my haircut and went way shorter than what we agreed on. They gave me a $20 discount because they went shorter than what I asked but that doesn't help me - my hair is ruined. The haircut was so choppy and didn't frame my face at all. For someone that charges $85 for haircuts, this was a truly terrible experience. read more

This location features a LOT of different businesses. I just called in yesterday for a deep conditioning at one of the salons and I was directed to suite 102 by a lovely hairstylist named Kim. She was very professional & their salon was spotless and the perfect size for a hair salon in my opinion. I have seen some of the Hair colors she does for her clients and they are absolutely stunning. She blends the colors so well & they do just about everything. The salon is not hard to miss you can see them from the window at the front of the property (they are on the left side when facing the entrance). This shopping center definitely needed a good salon. And I'm very happy with this one. I didn't have a chance to meet some of the other businesses in this location but i did see some advertisements and definitely need to come back and check them all out! read more

I was very intrigued by ivy services and how painless it is to get eyelashes put on. I got med/extra large length full set. I have seen Emily Lotf for about a year now, about 3-4 times. Always had a fairly nice experience and happy with my hair. However, the last time I went to see her was not a good experience. The whole time she made comments about my hair taking a long time and that her next client was coming. It made me so uncomfortable. Very annoying too because I have waited for her before when she's been running late. I am dark brunette and went to get my balayage refreshed. Wow - my highlights (new and old) were orange when I left Emily. It was horrid. I made a comment before I left and she didn't care, just rushed me out. I texted her about it and she did not care at all. She didn't offer to fix my hair or refund me. I paid $310 to leave with orange balayage. I also drive 45 minutes to see her. I have had to spend nearly $100 at Sally Beauty Supply to fix my hair. She does not seem to have any customer loyalty, at least in my case. Very upsetting. read more

Nina is the BEST!! I have been going to Nina to get my hair done for over 7 years and she is the only stylist I trust to touch my hair!! I have very dark and thick Asian hair and she specializes in coloring my hair type. She is able to get my hair to my desired blonde with minimal breakage (of course not in one session, she is very good at explaining and educating me on the process).
