I am so pleasantly blown away by this nail salon. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, smiled, and helped me out. I randomly found this salon on a Sunday and decided to call since I was 10 min away. My daughter was asleep in the car, and my husband was driving. So he dropped me off during her nap-an awesome way to get some me time in-props to my hubby for sure. But this salon does not miss a beat. When I called they took my name down and I was immediately assisted when I arrived. I had originally stated I wanted a regular pedicure but I was wearing rain boots so I was like waiiit how is this going to work. Last minute I asked if I could do a gel pedicure and they were able to accommodate me. I wasn't left feeling dumb or insecure about my decision. The pedicure was perfect. My feet look brand new. To top off the great service, great nail techs, the massage chairs were awesome and they even explained to me how to use it! They offered me a drink, and they are SO clean and sanitize everything before/after clients. I will 1000% be back to try their other services such as a manicure/possibly gel x or builder gel! I made an online appointment the day before and was sent an online confirmation pretty quickly. My appointment was this morning at 10:30. I was the only one there and was welcomed very quickly and warmly. Loved how clean and bright the place was. I didn't ask for anyone specific because I'm not that picky and to be honest, I rarely get my nails done. I just wanted to treat myself because I've been feeling kinda down this week. I did have dip powder nails on the past few weeks but removed them myself the night before. My sister and I wanted to go here a few weeks ago but they were booked up. I was drawn to the photos of everyone's nails and the fact that they're lgbtq friendly. I don't like thick or super long nails. Though I always seemed to end up with one or the other whenever I'd get them done lol Anyway, my nail tech was Cidalia! She was very kind and chill. I liked her a lot. She explained everything thoroughly. I got something called Gel X. Which are super thin and lighter nails than acrylic. Just really beautiful and natural! I liked that she explained everything she was doing and didn't force me to talk a lot during our time together. I don't mind silence and I liked that she didn't make it awkward. To be fair, I hadn't eaten or had coffee yet haha. Cidalia really took her time with my nails and I appreciate that! Even if she didn't, I'm sure she'd still do a fantastic job. I felt very pampered and comfortable with her. She seems hella cool and she's obviously great at what she does! I definitely recommend her and this nail salon! 5 stars for customer service. They fit me in with short notice and offered a beverage while I had my service. The front desk or salon manager (?) was friendly and was socializing with all of the clients which felt inviting. My nail tech was also friendly and did a decent job with my gel manicure and standard pedicure. I'm only leaving 3 stars because my gel manicure has only lasted 4 days (usually about 2 weeks). Sad to see my nails are already peeling while I'm still on vacation. Hope to give them another shot since they are close and had a good experience in the salon. But if peeling happens this quickly again, I'll most likely be moving on. read more

Went here on Thursday for a manicure, wasn't my first time. Service has been great previously but this time it was new person and she was in a rush. She did a terrible job with the top coat causing bubbles. She tried to fix it by reapplying the nail polish when I came home it was the same result. My experience was so-so. I was really happy thinking that finally there is a nail salon close to home. Also, they were able to fit me in for an appointment on a short notice. I won't complain about me waiting because I was also late for about 5 mins, but omg, I think they were doing my nails for about 2 hours it was too long for me. I get that I had a previous dip nails and wanted a new set but it was just too long. I appreciate that they were thorough and somehow it came out nice. But there are little lapses, it wasn't perfect entirely. Also, I got cuts on the sides too because of the drilling.
