    6 big screen tvs outside!

This is your local upper east side sports bar. On the small side inside and they have a great outdoor seating hut with large screen tvs that are usually playing sporting events when on. Whenever I have been here we have always had such wonderful bartenders help us and make our drinks. I don't come here often but have been a few times especially during the rough time that NYC went through a few years ago.

Came here with some friends on a Saturday night, and it's a super cute spot! There's a pool table, darts, and plenty of room to hang out. The bartenders are all from Ireland, which makes this Irish bar the real deal. I wasn't in the mood for alcohol, so I got a cranberry soda with lime, and the bartender brought the drinks to my friends and I quickly. It's a simple combination but delicious! Also, my friend recommended to me the cheesy onion potato chips, which I had to try. They were really good and cheap if you're looking for a bar snack. They only sell chips for food, though, but you can bring in outside food if needed. I'm happy I went here and will definitely be back again!

I love me a good Irish bar! They have an extensive outdoor seating set up that can even accommodate a large group. There are TVs set up outside too. They've made great use of the outdoor space. So if you're still a bit put off by indoor seating, this is the bar for you. It's busy but never loud and the staff is just the right amount of attentive. They also have the best chips I've ever had. Irish-made Tayto Cheese & Onion. Tay-to... Tay-to... you can't say it without an Irish accent. A Magner's, some Taytos, and good company... you can't beat an Irish bar.

Bartenders-James/Brian/Melanie/Matty and rock this trending bar. All great bartenders. Brian being#1. What a joy to be at this bar indoors or outdoors. Amazing outdoor seating. Very sturdy tables and chairs. And cute plants too. Live music Sundays.

Very solid pub. Beers were 8 dollars cash only. Not too crowded inside but a healthy amount. Good music and bartenders were nice.

The "Perfect" Pint is apparently a far cry from reality…read more Our server, Ruffino, seemed perfectly cordial at first, but that changed rather quickly when we discovered a 20% automatic gratuity added to our bill without any prior notice. We didn't find out about this little surprise until the check was placed on our table. Nothing like discovering an extra charge at the end of your meal that apparently everyone was supposed to know about except the customers. We went downstairs to the host stand and asked to speak with a manager. We were informed that there was no manager on duty--apparently, just a staff of bartenders. When we questioned the automatic gratuity, we were told that all orders over $100 automatically receive a 20% gratuity. There was just one small problem: we had never been informed of this policy, nor did we see it posted anywhere. We politely asked for the charge to be removed since it had not been disclosed to us. We were told there was "nothing that could be done." Naturally, we then went back to Ruffino and asked to speak with his boss. We were promptly brought the exact same person we had already spoken with downstairs--who then proceeded to tell Ruffino to remove the gratuity. So apparently, there was something that could be done. Good to know. Unfortunately, the situation then went from questionable customer service to outright disrespect. During the interaction, our experience working in the food service industry was insulted, and we were told, and I quote: "I feel bad for whatever establishment you worked for because I know it was S**T. Get the F**K out and never return." Classy. For the record, there were only four people in our party. The establishment's own gratuity guidelines state that a 20% automatic gratuity applies to parties of six or more, not four. So let's recap: * A 20% gratuity was added without being disclosed. * We were told it applied because our order exceeded $100. * We were unable to find this policy posted anywhere. * We were initially told nothing could be done about the charge. * Someone subsequently instructed Ruffino to remove it, proving that something could, in fact, be done. * And when we questioned the situation, we were insulted and told to leave and never come back. Honestly, the last part was the easiest request to accommodate. If "Perfect" is supposed to describe the customer experience here, I'd hate to see what happens at an establishment that's merely average. As for the request to "never return"--don't worry. We won't. Some establishments manage to make that decision remarkably easy for you.

I stumbled across this Irish Pub with a Rooftop view of the street by chance looking for a coffee…read moreshop. The rooftop view appealed to me much more than hanging out in a coffee shop. Since my favorite beer is Guinness. Figured it was time to get it while waiting for a friend at the theater nearby. I was glad that the waitress at the bar downstairs was really friendly and gave me directions to take the elevator up to the rooftop. I didn't realize this pub was shared with another pub next door. The elevators was located in between the 2 pubs. While getting to the elevator, it seems there was an attendant that brought guests up on the cozy little elevator. Though, there were no attendants later in the day. The waitress mentioned I could bring my glass up with me to the roof. So I did. Overall, I enjoyed my time overlooking the busy street while sipping my beer.

Bartenders - FIVE of them will ignore tf out of you until they have no choice but to speak to you because some finance bros came and called the bartenders over. Thought it was because I'm a woman but then this older Caucasian woman came to sit next to me and they came to her right away (I'm a woman of color). I even had to flail my arms just to get the tab and I can tell that it's their routine to ignore a certain demographic. I was only here because my friend had to meet up with my work colleagues so I thought I would grab a seat at the bar and enjoy a quick burger before heading out for birthday festivities. The burger and fries were good and the rooftop is nice. I have no desire to return but it's probably what they want.
