Eventually she said it was time for cataract surgery and my vision might improve enough not to need glasses with the premium multifocal lens. I've always complained that I had foggy floaters and couldn't see well and she said it will be better after surgery. It got a heck of a lot WORSE even after she did laser yag to remove "scar tissue" which did nothing. She finally diagnosed me with "Fuchs Dystrophy" which is made worse with multifocal lens after cataract surgery. She missed that after all the years I was under her care. I moved on to a cornea specialist for help. The damage is done now. I have had a cornea transplant but my vision will NEVER be great because the multifocal lens must stay to avoid more eye trauma. This all could have been avoided if she saw the "Fuchs" first. I complained a lot about the foggy vision and I was always dismissed that everything was ok after every pressure check and follow-ups.
