7" The Mushroom Philly Cheesesteak - no cheese

I hadn't had PC for over 15-years, so I was so excited to have it again. However, it was a lackluster experience, I'm sorry to say! The service was absolutely wonderful, but the food was subpar, though completely fresh, it didn't have as much flavor as I recalled! The restaurant was clean & maintained and there was a good amount of parking.

My experience was just ok. The food was average. I ordered the curly fries and they didn't take long, but I think the grease should have been changed. There is not much room for eating in.

I ordered a 6 piece wing hot with lemon pepper. The wings were huge and a little slimy on the inside. Do not go here for any wings they are named Philly connection for a reason.

i went in for lunch today because the line was too long at the place I wanted to patronize. I should have been more patient. They state extra lean steak. Whatever the ground up, gristle laden grey meat was on the bun, it bore no resemblance to thinly sliced steak. The menu describes The Works as including mushrooms. I didn't see any and showed the three people at the register. The cashier looked at the sandwich for a while and pointed out one mushroom stem, but after a little discussion with the other two agreed to have the grill guy cook up some for me. The mushrooms are right out of a can, not fresh, with that canned, processed taste and mushy texture, instead of a grilled taste and appearance. The onions are supposed to be caramelized. No they are just grilled. It was supposed to include sweet peppers, not banana peppers. No surprise there - it had hot banana peppers. Totally ruined the sandwich. It takes a real effort to make that many errors on an order that had one sandwich and a fountain drink, but their grill guy was up (down, actually) to the challenge. If you are tempted to eat there, just resist it. Go just about anywhere else nearby and you will be doing yourself a favor.

I was a bit skeptical about trying here as I figured it would be just like an American Deli's Cheese steaks or A Wings and Philly place. However, It was anything but that. I ordered 3 "Originals", 6 Hot Wings and Fries and a drink. It was all very good tasting. The lady and gentlemen that were working were very friendly and quick. The price was a little high, but I'm chalking that up to the rise in beef prices due to current situation. I most defiantly will comeback and get another cheesesteak here.

The food was ok couldn't really enjoy it cause I had to pee and they did not let me use the rest room. They are price $10.35 for a 10" that was actually small. Wouldn't really recommend this place

Sooo good granted I did ask for extra extra cheese I was in and out within like 5min I can't complain I don't know what others are about

Be prepared for a LONG hold when calling orders in.

This location makes a decent sandwich but the service is lackluster. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs attention as well. I prefer to phone my orders in and I have no issue with being put on hold for a reasonable amount of time while they serve customers in person. However, today I was placed on hold for a very unreasonable 26 minutes. When the associate finally came back to the phone she offered very little in the way of an apology. Very poor customer service. This isn't the first time either. I need to find a new place in the Vinings area for a cheesesteak sandwich.

Great spot to eat! I've dined here twice now (takeout both times due to social distancing requirements). The staff is very friendly and they do a great job of keeping surfaces wiped down and clean. I picked up a cheesesteak called "The Works" with steak (chicken is an alternate option). The subs come in 5", 7", or 10" sizes. My meal came as a combo (fries or chips and a 20 oz drink). The cheesesteak was delicious! The meal cost me $11.87 after a 20% military discount. Without the discount the price would've been roughly $13.50 with tax... still a decent price. Anyway, I plan to hit this spot up a few more times before leaving the Marietta area.

The food was not bad but it was not great either. I recommend take out only because the place is very small. The staff is nice though.

This is my first visit to the Cobb Parkway location. Customer service was great but the portion of meat on my cheesesteak was minimal.

My friend and I split the 5 Borough Trapper Combo for $19.99 which comes with chopped cheese, 6 piece wings of your choice, and fries. The chopped cheese was pretty good. It was meaty and cheesy. I also liked the bun which was buttery. For the wings, we got the wet lemon pepper wings and those were so so good. I'm not usually a wings person, but these were delicious. I loved the buttery, peppery, and tangy flavor of the wings which were nicely fried and crispy. The meat was moist and succulent. Just wow. The fries were also good and standard and I liked dipping them in the ranch (you get a choice of ranch or blue cheese for your wings). I also loved the service. The girl helping me with my order was super friendly and engaging. Would highly recommend this spot and next time I'm in Atlanta, you best know I'm coming back for the lemon pepper wings!

But Doordash helped me make sure I had a chance to give their Korean bbq pork (and brisket) a try. My impression was that it's really all about the sauce, with its blend of spicy, sweet, and just a little funkiness, though both the pork and brisket had a nice level of smoky authenticity to them. I can't say the mac and cheese blew me away, but it was a solid side. If I lived nearby, I'd be regularly getting the pork sandwiches. They mix traditional southern BBQ with Korean flavors and somehow everything works. We got the chicken sandwich, spicy Korean pork, greens, Brunswick stew and mac and cheese. Everything was great, but the mac and cheese was fucking phenomenal. I could've eaten a gallon of it. The Korean pork was so good it'd make you want to crash a plane into your enemies. I don't know what they put in that shit but I understand the commitment now. The manager was awesome too. Before we even ordered he let us try a few different things and every single thing he handed us was delicious. By the time I actually ordered I would've trusted this man with my finances. Absolutely no reason food this good should be coming out of a little building attached to a convenience store, but I guess that's usually how you know you're in the right place.
