This place is attached to a corner store and looks like somewhere you'd stop to buy a pack of cigarettes and a scratch off. Instead it has some of the best BBQ I've had in Atlanta. They mix traditional southern BBQ with Korean flavors and somehow everything works. We got the chicken sandwich, spicy Korean pork, greens, Brunswick stew and mac and cheese. Everything was great, but the mac and cheese was fucking phenomenal. I could've eaten a gallon of it. The Korean pork was so good it'd make you want to crash a plane into your enemies. I don't know what they put in that shit but I understand the commitment now. The manager was awesome too. Before we even ordered he let us try a few different things and every single thing he handed us was delicious. By the time I actually ordered I would've trusted this man with my finances. Absolutely no reason food this good should be coming out of a little building attached to a convenience store, but I guess that's usually how you know you're in the right place.

Hailing from california, this blew my mind. We don't have much good bbq in california. But i absolutely loved the Korean fusion touch. The brisket was bar none the best i have ever had. The Korean chicken was also great. Turkey a little dry but expected. Man was this good!

This is one of the best barbecue spots I've ever tasted. My husband was working in the area of Atlanta and he said he kept smelling this place so I told him to get some to go. This place did not disappoint as a to go barbecue spot. Next time I would love to go in and actually try it and get the full experience.

Heirloom Market is a great place for your BBQ fix. There was someone to greet us and explain how ordering and seating worked which allowed us to get settled quickly and decide what we like. Portion size was huge and definitely filling. What amazed me the most was the sides - huge portions that we didn't finish and took the rest home. The kimchi was so fresh and felt like a nice contrast to the savory burgers.

Absolutely fantastic!! I have had this place on my bucket list for a long while. Finally made it here this week. This place is tucked in next to a convenience store. You would not even know it was there if you were not looking for it. The parking lot is small but I got lucky and found a spot immediately. I was clueless upon arrival. To make it easier for you the reader... 1. Scan the QR code 2. Place order online 3. Give them your name after ordering It took maybe 10 minutes tops for my food. Brisket and french fries. Both were spectacular!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Winning sandwich for us was the Texas Turkey, we tried the Brisket Sandwich chopped, which was good, the Big Texas pork was the least enjoyed but good. On the side, kimchi slaw, wings (delicious, but not like home), mac n cheese (brag worthy, return worthy), collards (very good), sweet potatoes (great flavor, not sure if they should have been crispier, or softer, they were an odd density.

AMAZING! No notes. Quick service, easy to order, food was really great... Will definitely stop by again.

Had to take a pic w/the OutKast mural, especially since they were being inducted into the Rock & Roll HOF that day!

I decided to try this barbecue spot since it's known around the metro Atlanta area for having some of the best BBQ. The service was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. I ordered fries and a half rack of ribs. The fries were pretty good (hard to go wrong there), but I didn't love the flavor of the ribs. The meat just didn't have that rich, smoky taste I was expecting from a place with such a strong reputation. That said, I don't eat barbecue all that often, so it could just come down to personal preference. The ambience gives off that true "hole-in-the-wall" feel, as it's tucked into a small parking lot next to a convenience store. Parking is limited, but it wasn't an issue since most people seemed to be picking up their food to go. Their ordering system is really convenient, you place your order on your phone and they call your name when it's ready. I also really enjoyed the artwork outside featuring local Atlanta legends, such a creative and thoughtful touch that adds to the overall vibe. Overall, great service and atmosphere, but the food itself wasn't quite what I was expecting this time.

I stopped by Heirloom Market BBQ with my sister and we both ordered lunch -- I got the sliced brisket with fries, and she had the half rack of ribs with fries. The place was steady with customers, and they definitely have an efficient system. I ordered from my phone, gave my name at the window, and our food came out within about 5-10 minutes. The fries were honestly the highlight for me -- hot, fresh, and a generous portion. They do have small standing tables along the side if you want to eat there, plus some cool artwork on the wall, but we took our food to go. As for the meats, the brisket and ribs just didn't have much flavor to me, even after adding the mild sauce. I also had one slice of brisket with a softer texture that I didn't end up eating. I know a lot of people love this spot and I've heard great things over the years, so it may just come down to personal taste. I've had barbecue elsewhere that I enjoyed more, so I left feeling underwhelmed this time. I do appreciate the fast service and the setup -- it just wasn't a win for me flavor-wise on this visit.

After seeing Braun Strowman on "Everything On The Menu" featuring this BBQ place I knew I really had to check it out. Now to be honest I have seen many a review on this local restaurant just had never tried it. I tried The Brisket Platter along with the Cucumber Radish Salad. I must say everything was delicious and I will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu. You definitely need to try it. Ordering is kinda strange but it's worth it.

Absolutely loved Heirloom Market BBQ! Attached to a gas station but recognized by the Michelin Guide three years running, this spot is all about fantastic food and friendly service. The manager personally helped with ordering and recommended the chopped brisket with sweet and spicy sauce and collard greens--both were incredible. Tender, juicy brisket, smoky collard greens, and perfectly balanced sauces. Casual outdoor patio with standing tables only, $21 and you leave completely satisfied. A hidden gem worth every bite!

A friend sent me an instagram video of Heirloom market bbq, and I'm so glad they did. I never would have known this gem existed if they hadn't. The 2 meat combo, pork and Brisket was excellent. The brisket was maybe the best I had in Georgia. The sweet and sour wings were fantastic! The Mac and cheese was good, but not out of this world good. I placed my order at around 10:30 am online. Pulled in to the parking lot at around 11:01, walked right up and was greeted. I let them know my name, and in about 5 minutes I had my order. Took I home for the family to enjoy, and had plenty of leftovers. It was easy to get in and get out with pre ordering before I came, and I'm sure I'll be back!

I enjoyed the fusion take of American barbecue and korean flavors. You place your order through the website, and then your order is brought out to you by the staff. We got an assorted combo of items. Some of the sides included mac and cheese, kimchi slaw, barbecue beans, onion rings. The ribs were very tender and fell right off the bone. You also are given a selection of sauces to order from. FYI: There is only standing tables available

    Good gluten free options?

Can't give you a specific answer, but you can order a BBQ plate instead of a sandwich. Sides vary, but would avoid breaded and fried options. look at the menu they post online.

Your menu looks wonderful! Do you still offer the Turkey Legs featured on Diners and Drive in's?

Thank you! The turkey leg was a special for Thanksgiving, but it was a hit! We will consider doing it again.

Can you ask for Point portion of the brisket?

    Yes

    Is the smoker outside?

The smokehouse is outside of the restaurant but is in an enclosed attachment (not out in the open).

Will the chilli dogs be a new item that was featured for the Superbowl?

Yes. I saw it on their menu today

It's a part of a short strip of restaurants and it was an interesting walk into the ice cream shop to say the least. I mean there were young people outside screaming about shooting someone with their own gun.... hmm. Most of the restaurants (but not sweet stack) had an officer on duty which says a whole lot. The ambience once we entered was also pretty rough. Very sticky with a film over everything. This place needs a good cleaning. Customer service was virtually nonexistent even before we arrived; I had called beforehand to make sure they didn't mysteriously close early as many ATL spots tend to do, and the woman on the line sounded absolutely miserable that I even asked. That energy was felt firsthand inside. But I'll give them a fair rating because their brownie Sunday was good, and my husband enjoyed what he got as well. Good portions for the price. Extra points for being open kinda late. It just wasn't memorable because the environment was quite depressing. Last resort, not my first option.
