Pass on Auntie Anne's and stop here for some peanut, treenut free pretzels and frozen lemonades. Extremely reasonably priced and delicious dips. You can choose from sweet dips (Oreo, sweet cream, salted caramel etc) or salty (mustards and cheeses). We opted for a shaker of cinnamon sugar rivets and a box of plain rivets with salted caramel, mustard and nacho cheese dips. Family owned, small business. Very nice folks. Come out and support!!!

A ticket home from my home!!! Growing up 20 mins from Philadelphia and truly pretzels are part of my culture. And to hear that this franchise is now here in New England and better moments from my home was stunning. Pretzels like home and here is wonderful. Please enjoy these fresh pretzels at the best prices. You will not regret it.

I visited this location on a Friday night around 6:30p... so naturally it was swamped. Drive thru…read morewas so busy it was split into two lanes, and was so long it extended out into the street. However, much to my surprise it moved quickly. After just a couple minutes, I was near where the line begins to split in two. They have staff that come to your window with a tablet and take your order. I observed this so quickly tried to Google the menu so I'd be ready, but I wasn't. The girl who took my order was very polite about this and had me pull up to not hold up the line and ran back up to complete my order. She was very polite and patient. They take card payments on the tablets but I paid cash. Once I got near the pickup window I saw other staff, "runners" who collect your name and cash payment (if needed) and bring back your food and change. This kid was also polite and quick. I wanted to tip him but once he dropped off my stuff he was like a lightening bolt helping someone else. The whole process was super quick, definitely less time than I ever expected and BY FAR beats out any other fast food chain in the efficiency department. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, a small waffle fries, a small Mac and cheese, and a vanilla shake. Everything was awesome. The chicken could've been a little crispier but was way better quality than other fast food joints. Mac and cheese was really good and the shake was perfect. Fries also good. I was so impressed with how they nailed my order, did it courteously and quickly. I will definitely go back.

Also one of the sandwiches was supposed to be a wrap but they put it on a roll and it was supposed to have grilled mushrooms but it didn't. That being said, I have a major issue with the new portion sizes. It seems like since they started offering the one pound of meat (pre cooked weight) sandwiches, the regular sandwiches are far far more bread than actual sandwich contents and for the prices this really sucks. The service at this location also seems to have taken a nose dive. Let me say this.... attn D'Angelos corporate bosses. There is no shame in having employees write stuff down! When I order large ham & cheese with lettuce and oil & vinegar and you ask me 3 times after starting the sandwich what was going on it again you don't give me much faith in your ability to make a sandwich. Please just start writing the orders down just like when someone calls in an order. Lastly, the ambiance of this specific location is poor at best. The dining room looks like a dump and in the short time I was there today a worker walked through the kitchen, into the dining room and out the front door with a bag of trash which I'm pretty sure is agains the health department rules. Come on D'Angelos, you used to put Subway to shame and now it's sadly a close race. This last thing is just me being curious and may not be a slight on D'Angelos, but who in their right mind goes into this shop and orders a $65 lobster roll combo?!? Thanks for reading.
