She seemed annoyed by us, even though we didn't do anything other than tell her we already had drinks in and that we may order some other things soon. Nobody ever came by to check on us even though they came every 2 minutes to gab with the back table. My girlfriend and I didn't really like the nachos. She felt the chili was burnt and I thought it was too salty. We were still hungry and going to ask for entrees, but we were so annoyed with feeling neglected that we decided to go elsewhere. I was due change of $7.02 but only received $7.00. I asked about the 2 cents and he said "WE DON'T HAVE PENNIES ANYMORE". This is pretty pathetic, but I asked for a nickel change instead of my 2 cents. He appeared confused at such a request and needed to call the manager. She came to his register with a scowl on her face when she heard the reason. She opened the register and Devon gave me a nickel. He added, "We don't normally do this, ya know", as if that was supposed to impress me? I was not impressed by his remark. I wonder how many other customers have lost up to 4 cents change because this Burger King doesn't bother with pennies?? They've got quite a scam going there.

The restaurant is bright, clean and inviting. I've been eating at Gansett Wraps for years and somehow I've only ever ordered one thing because it's that good: The Athina with chicken. The balance of ingredients is always perfect and I love the crunchy vegetables paired with hummus and balsamic. I never leave without an order of falafel and hummus, too. My first visit to this location included a small order mix-up, but the staff was friendly, helpful and quick to make it right. Customer service like that goes a long way in my book. As someone who eats gluten free, I appreciate having a wrap option that actually tastes great and is large enough for two meals. Thank you for being a reliable go-to lunch stop.
