I've been shopping here for over 35 years and I'm driving the extra 20 minutes to get to Wegmans or…read morethe Shoprite in Glassboro. I thought I try them again because their chicken salad is so good. I pre-ordered 2 lb of chicken salad to be held for me till Thursday night and I went in and no one knew what I was talking about. Both gentlemen behind the deli counter could not have been less interested in the fact that I had a missing order. Another gentleman came over and proceeded to fill the order, filled the container with chicken salad, then dumped the chicken salad back into the bowl and said someone else will have to help you. So the other gentleman, who couldn't go any slower if he tried, put the order together. A maximum 10 minute visit to ShopRite ended up being 40 minutes to buy two pounds of chicken salad. I know they're getting ready to do an expansion of that particular store but they really need to get it together to keep the customers that are still shopping there. As for me, it looks like I'm going to have to continue to drive to Wegmans and ShopRite in Glassboro.
