Really wanted a Cheese steak sandwich. This place seemed to have good reviews. It is a little hole in the wall and wasn't too busy. I ordered a meatball sub and a philly cheese steak sub. I also ordered onion rings and fries. The meatball sub was terrible--super sweet and it was basically jarred tomato sauce on a soggy roll. The Philly was a whole other mess. The meat looked like overcooked ground beef. There was little onions or peppers and the ones that were present were not cooked all the way. There was very little cheese. Overall it was an expensive disappointment. My advice is to find an actual Philly's Best. read more

I ordered a turkey and avocado sub. The bread was the best part. The rest of the sandwich didn't have much flavor or seasoning. I found it kind of bland. Bread was nice and chewy though. I got the potato salad as my side and it was like a paste. It had been completely blended in a blender and the consistency was NOT right. It was like eating cold potato mush. The flavor was ok, but overall a disappointment. I've never tried the Philly steak so can't comment on that. read more

The service is horrible! We walked up to the counter and were completely ignored by all four of the employees within our line of sight. One walked passed us with drinks, set them on an adjacent counter for someone else and walked back without even glancing at us. A man walked by carrying a bus pan and also ignored us. A woman was scraping a grill, turned around and said nothing to us or anyone else. We stood there for some time before we walked out. We had thought we would give them another try since they changed the food that was so wonderful before but now we will not go back. One last thing, if you do go there you might want to wear sunglasses because they've painted the walls bright lime green to match their polo shirts. read more

I'm from Utah visiting my family and they took me here for lunch. All I can say is it was delicious. It could compete with the best in Salt Lake City. The have good philly subs, appetizers and Boba tea. Yes, you can eat philly subs and drink boba at the same time. No wonder it got great reviews here. We were very happy with our sandwiches. Unfortunately they don't have Cheeswiz but they use a good Provolone. The fries were done perfectly.
