I had penne vodka no meat, my other half had the seafood Fra Divolo he said it was awesome. Others in party had veal parmigiana and Gemelli Carbonara and everyone throughly enjoyed this meal!! Enjoyed a lovely lunch with a dear friend--we were seated at a tall table in the area just beyond the bar which is secluded and offered a nice view. I had the salmon w/crispy prosciutto sandwich which they plated sans bread to accommodate my gluten allergy. My friend got the chicken parm sandwich and I can highly recommend both. The tiramisu and creme brûlée are both made in house and were delicious. Our server was first class--equal parts friendly and attentive. And, last but certainly not least--one of the *best* espresso martinis can be found here. Highly recommend stopping in for lunch and/or dinner. read more

What a treat finding this restaurant. Excellent meals, with the chefs including some spices that even my foodie husband did a double take on it. Waitress knew so much about the ingredients that I asked if she worked in the kitchen sometimes (she doesn't). The space is large but cozy, modern but historic. Versante is an Upscale Italian restaurant. We recently enjoyed a family celebration dinner with very traditional Italian cuisine and cocktails. Their pasta dishes are homemade and delicious. The cocktails are also very good (ie) the Espresso Martini and Pear Martini. Wine is also available. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. They have a fireplace in the main dining room and it's decorated with all types of clocks. So if you're looking for a quality place to go for a very nice dinner or a special occasion, then I can highly recommend this Italian restaurant in a historic old building in the countryside. read more

Went a week ago with friends for a catch up dinner. My second time there and was even better this time. It was packed - which is always a good sign right? Mix of four tops - some larger groups ... not a lot of families/ kids though. I was early but they seated me ( appreciated that). Took my drink order - Brought out bread and a really great dipping sauce while I waited. I got the chicken parm w / pasta ... friends got the specials ( a seafood pasta and another pasta dish). We all loved the food! Service was awesome - Our waitress was very attentive and the food came out quickly. One odd thing - the fire alarm went off. But - instead of panicking the staff kept us informed and no one freaked out. It was a malfunction I guess because it went off again for a few minutes but we were told there was no fire etc ( relieved) We enjoy the Library in Collegeville which they also own - they know what they are doing for sure!! read more

The waiter was great! He was quick to tell us the specials of the day and three of the four of us got it. It was a steak with sliced potatoes and zucchini, they all Loved it as well. I opted for the Chicken Parm over angel hair pasta which was absolutely delicious and even had enough for lunch the next day. Oh and for our appetizers we had oysters, cocktail shrimp which were huge and the calamari. It was the perfect place for my Birthday! We MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK SOON! Went to Versante recently for a special occasion. The pasta was hard (not fully cooked) and had no flavor. There was hardly any sauce for the pasta, too. I had to saw through the veal dish. The service and food has been excellent on every visit. My particular favorite dish is the crispy polenta with mushrooms and gorgonzola and all of their seafood dishes which are exceptional. My husband is not a seafood lover and loves the pappardelle (homemade) bolognese and the carpaccio appetizer. The sweet pea ravioli is also a favorite. We dined at this wonderful Park City restaurant during our recent visit to the area about two weeks ago. We had a terrific meal. We tried something of a sampler, ordering an amazing burger, a tasty and spicy pizza and a linguine with shrimp and cream sauce that was to die for. We ordered enough for two meals. We came back to Versante as our first experience was great. Tonight was disappointing. I had made a reservation for 4 and requested a piece of cake and a candle as it was for my husband's birthday. I asked about it when we checked in for our reservation and the gentleman at the desk said yes, all good, even asked my husband's name and had me point him out. We finish dinner, desserts were ordered and I figured we were all set. Nope, all desserts came out, except for my husband's. I went to the front desk and asked what happened, the gentleman at the desk said well you have to pay for it. I said, that was the plan....., eventually a slice of cheese cake and a candle finally appeared. Needless to say, very disappointing. First visit last night. Reservation for 6:30 thru Yelp. Arrived at 6 and was surprised to see valet parking only. Fancy. Luckily, the place is huge and we were able to be sat right away despite being early. We opted to sit out on the covered outside space around the perimeter of the restaurant. It wasn't as fancy as the interior but a gorgeous day to enjoy some fresh air. Water glasses filled right away and throughout the meal. Our server was very nice. Many specials covering seafood, vegetarian, meat lovers. Huge bar so many cocktail options. Loved the pineapple jalapeño margarita. Ordered the octopus and bruschetta with whipped ricotta. Bruschetta was a huge win with hot honey drizzle. The octopus was cooked perfectly but zero grilled flavor. Served with garbanzo beans a nice touch. Shrimp Fra Diavolo for my meal and my wife enjoyed the sweet pea ravioli with mushrooms. Both good portions without going overboard. Pricing very reasonable. $140 before tip. A great place to dine. Just had a wonderful experience at Versante. Had a 6:30 reservation and were seated immediately. Waitress arrived within minutes to take our drink order and provide menus and fresh baked bread with olive oil. Drinks arrived quickly. Pricing is extremely reasonable especially considering today's overpriced restaurants. Marisa, our waitress was extremely personable and attentive. It seems that the entire staff works together for the good of all.. We asked many questions about the menu and all were answered quickly. The food was extraordinary. Kendra, Ama and staff did an amazing job with a bridal shower hosting 55 guest. They were very attentive to our guests throughout our time spent together. The food was so fresh and delicious. Many compliments were given on the chicken parm and piccata. We had more than enough food to serve everyone with food to take home as well. The ambience of restaurant along with shower decor looked phenomenal! Strongly would recommend this restaurant to anyone for any occasion! I'd been hearing a lot about this place, so I was looking forward to trying it. I came away a little disappointed. It's a very pretty restaurant, with lovely atmosphere. I really enjoyed the wall with many clocks. We sat right next to the fireplace, which puts our lots of heat. We came in for a very late lunch/early dinner Portions are very large, as we learned, so we definitely over ordered. I started with the arugula salad, and I would have been fine with that alone. The dressing was not my favorite, as I was surprised it was thick and creamy. I expected something lighter. My friend had a large bowl of soup that was thick and filling, so she took almost her entire entree home for later, as she chose chicken parmigiana with spaghetti, which is a heavy meal. I love whole fish, so opted for the whole bronzino. The menu said they filet it for you but I prefer to do that myself. Bronzino is one of my favorite types of fish. It was good, though not great. It needed seasoning and the skin wasn't crispy. The thing I liked best was the side dish of cannellini beans. It had tomatoes and olives as well, and again was a huge portion. I had to take most of it home, but it was really yummy! I was too full for anything more. That was a heavy meal, and I'm not used to eating so heavy during the day. read more
