Stopped in today for the easiest most simple order that took at least 15 minutes to get. 1 shot espresso with half a pump vanilla, over ice. First off when I arrived the one taking my order was so rude. Didn't ask me to wait, she more barked it out like she was upset at me. Then the one girl working drinks, stopped to go refill Leno see. Then she stopped doing that to go talk to the cashier. They had a nice chat while I was just standing, waiting... I kindly asked @can someone please do my shot". So one girl said yes but then after putting my cup under the dispenser. Stopped working on my drink (sitting there finished) to work on other stuff... it was maddening. It was like I walked in after the person in charge got on to everyone?! No one was happy. No one was nice. All of them were rude and acting like petulant children. I walked in starbucks here in morgan hill on 6/10/2025 around 3:44 pm. I asked for a large water and the girl that works here said I had to make a purchase. Still a crappy experience. Ordered a venti iced latte with two Splendas, she hands us an iced matcha. We tell her again, that we ordered a venti iced latte with two Splendas. The girl comes to the window and hands us the hot latte so my husband asks her, "can you not hear me? It's a venti iced latte with two Splendas". She again doesn't speak, slams the window and walks off, clearly talking shit about us as all the other baristas shake their heads in annoyance. She was too embarrassed to come to the window and give us our drink so the one who made the drink brought it. Since she didn't say thank you to us, we said it to her. Her response? FREE Red Cup Day today at Starbucks. I had to come in early for my red cup and yes, I made it before they were out of them. 1 per customer, so dont get greedy poeple, lol. While waiting in line I was looking at the cup display with some really nice items they had. Found 2 coffee cups that caught my eye for my coworkers. Had to get them, they are going to be the perfect gift for a coffee drinker and tea drinker too. Employee was supper friendly and welcoming. My transaction was quick and I was out the door with my red cup and a cup of house coffee too. The place was packed and employees did their best to get everyone their orders and out the door. Overall, a good visit and quick service considering the place was very busy. read more

10/5 at about 9am little Oh girl at the window with a pony tail was very rude. Whoever took the order sounded like they got it right but two drinks were wrong. who messed up? The order taker or the window girl? No one takes accountability here why do we put up with this? Spent over 30 bucks in coffee and food and not a thank you or a little smile. Just a window shut in our face for telling them the order was wrong. And get this, my sister still wanted to tip after the fact but only had a dollar and she said "no it's okay" and shut the window. lol like you fucked up the drinks, got mad for having to remake them and didn't want a dollar tip. Who are they hiring?! Big corporation and tip expectation before even getting good service. Make it make sense. I can still see that stupid look at the window. I was picking up my order (venti iced white chocolate mocha) and needed a straw. The middle aged lady (I assume the manager; she had blonde hair and wore red glasses) was really stuck up. She was willing to help the customer before me, but discarded me and gave me such an irritated look. She then went on to go talk to another worker without even trying to help me at all. She even gave me looks, while at it. As a manager, do a better job because that was rude and unprofessional. All I needed was simply a straw man. A STRAW. Thankfully, 2 of the workers making the drinks were both nice enough to get me the straw so that star goes to them. read more

Love this Starbucks. The drive-thru definitely makes it easy to get coffee. The people here are friendly and plenty of seats to enjoy the afternoon. What stands out, it's clean! It makes it comfortable for their guests. Tall Caramel Macchiato is my go to when I come here. It's the right mixture and it's delicious and it goes well with a banana nut loaf. read more

THE SLOWEST drive thru I've ever been to, period. The line was super long so we should've figured it wasn't gonna be a quick trip...but their line for outdoor order/pick up was just as long so maybe they're just a slow store in general? Unfortunately, the service wasn't a redeeming factor. The workers didn't seem excited/happy to be there and they were basically out of all milks, but regular. I requested soy milk, but was told they were out. Tried to order refreshers that are general made of coconut milk, but was told they were out. The only redeeming factor was that our drinks were correct. If you're not in a hurry or don't mind modifying your drinks then sure stop by. Otherwise, I'd drive a few more miles to a better location. read more

Before my 50min drive home to Hayward I stopped by for a treat & ordered 1 Turkey bacon breakfast sandwich with a Tall sized Oat milk shaken espresso. The drink at first looked whiter then usual but I figured once I mixed it up the color would blend and look better (more brown because of the espresso) however when I mixed it the color didn't change. When I took a sip it tasted like straight oat milk. I was so disappointed because I had a long drive ahead of me and didn't want to back track. Thankfully I went to my local Starbucks in Hayward off of Foothill Blvd & told them what happened. Awkward location for this Starbucks. It's at the end of a strip of shops as a satellite to the Target shopping plaza. You have to drive around the building, past a very unattractive array of large dumpsters, to get into the drive-thru lane. Didn't put us in the best frame of mind before ordering. The young man who took our order and gave it to us was very friendly, but there was a mishap with the lid. Whoever filled the frappucino didn't secure it properly. As I was bringing it from the barista's hands into the car, the lid flipped loose, and I was then wearing frapp on my hands and clothes, on the steering wheel of the car, etc. Not cool! Actually, it was cold since it's ice blended, but I expect that you get my drift. The employee immediately got us lots of napkins, and apologized, but that was a minimal response. After leaving the drive-thru lane, I pulled the car over and tried to clean myself up, plus the car interior. Dear Hubby went in and asked for a better lid, since the one we had didn't want to stay on securely. They re-made the whole beverage, which worked much better. Before that, I had visions of driving down the 101 with repeat episodes of loose cap / beverage explosion occurring. Thankfully, we were headed home, so my stained clothes didn't matter. This location is probably one of the worst starbucks. I asked for a brown sugar expresso, light ice, as you can see in the picture, it's full of ice. I called and the girl was nice and polite. She said they'd remake it. Came back the following day, I got light ice but basically a cup of milk. They said because it's light ice, this is how it looks. I went to the Starbucks at Target and they made it right. I wouldn't complain but if I'm paying $6 for a drink, they should make it right. I have nothing bad to say about this Starbucks. It's location is right by my house and super convenient. I have gone through the drive thru multiple times but today was the first time I went on the inside. I placed my order on the Starbucks app, used my awesome birthday reward, and picked it up. I walked straight past the mobile pick up area and mistakenly went to the cash register but the employee was really nice and directed me to my food. I ordered the chorizo, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich as well as an iced coffee with milk. The breakfast sandwich is really good! I'd definitely recommend this as it's super tasty and filling. I usually don't like egg, but it didn't bother me. It's definitely not for the health conscious folks, because it's filled with greasy goodness. Try it out! read more

While ordering she was very patient, double checked to make sure she heard our order correctly, and even recommended alternatives when one item we asked for was unavailable. There's three Starbucks on Cochrane, and this is by far the most poorly managed. Drinks take twice as long as the app estimates, but your pastry will be out on time, so it's cold by the time your drink is finally ready. Half the staff chooses not to wear name tags. The younger white guy in a black shirt spends most of his time standing around and chatting about how busy he is. He was out of drink sleeves so he ran across the restaurant to grab two drink sleeves, he put one on a drink and put the other one into the empty sleeve dispenser. Mind blowingly inefficient. All while there was 20 (no exaggeration) people waiting for him to make drinks. This all creates a chaotic and frustrating environment. Where is the leadership? read more

Every time I walk inside and order, even if there is not a line inside I wait 10-15 minutes for my drink and 20-35 minutes for my pastry. Every time my pastry is cold by the time it gets to me. This Starbucks is located in a strip mall near Target at the Cochrane exit near US101. While I don't go to Starbucks very often, I do go much more often when I'm in the US visiting. It's a place to get a coffee, tea, latte, go to the restroom and scoop some complimentary wifi as well. So I had mentioned I'm not one to go to Starbucks often and because of that I'm not as familiar with the menu as a regular and because of that I wasn't sure if they still had cold tea. I didn't see it on the menu but I had to ask anyway so I did. I had asked the barista if they still had cold tea and she had asked me green or black and I said black so she ends up pouring me a hot tea for 2.25. While I would have preferred a cold one I'd still drink a hot one but I had just asked a question and didn't ask for a hot tea. read more
