They had to walk all the way to Dunkin' Donuts instead, which was frustrating and honestly embarrassing. When my dad and I finally came in, the waitress asked if it was for two, and I said no, for four. When my mom and aunt returned, it felt awkward knowing the restaurant had a restroom but didn't allow them to use it. That was very rude and disappointing. We did have a male server who was kind, and the food itself was good, so credit to the chef. However, after we finished eating, no one checked on us. I had to go up to the counter to pay, and no one asked if we needed a to-go box--I ended up getting one myself and packing my own food. Overall, while the food was good, the customer service and basic courtesy need serious improvement.

That gives it a near 5 star rating review-wise, which I do not think is warranted. I felt mislead. Service was decent. Ambiance could use improvement. It was decorated to the brim, but it felt like I was still in an old storefront in Poughkeepsie. With that being said, this was a decent option for Vietnamese food. I had the Pho, which had a delectable salty broth. The beef was also juicy and flavorful. Unfortunately, the sides - limes, basil, bean sprouts - were a little old. The noodles were also soggy. Perhaps it a style of pho that I'm not accustomed to, but it wasn't for me. Finally, I wished the Pho came out much hotter. I would certainly come back to try the other dishes, but will be trying other Pho spots when the cravings hit.

The banh mi is excellent and very satisfying, stuffed with tender marinated grilled meats, balanced with the sweet tart crunch of pickled carrots & daikon. The deliciousness of the proteins translates equally well to the rice platters. I wasn't a fan of the strawberry milk tea I ordered - it's very sweet and artificial, like a powdered drink not real milk tea. Good bubble teas are so hard to find!
