Walking into the restaurant felt like stepping back in time -- I used to come here nearly a decade ago when it was a small mom-and-pop shop. It's now under new ownership. The decor was familiar, but certainly upgraded! I was pleasantly surprised to find the pho still warm, flavorful, and satisfying. That said, the vermicelli left me wanting a bit more, and the fish sauce on the side was thinner than I hoped for -- missing that bold, tangy kick that usually ties the whole dish together.
