I made my order (Door Dash) and timing was not bad. Delivered on time. The issue was that I made an order for a shake without whip cream and noted in the notes section if the drink was a dairy free drink since there was no detail on their page. There was also an option for me to add a substitute, I clicked it and clicked on "refund" if they cannot accommodated. This place was alright. I appreciate how late they stay open and the sandwich/pho combo they offer (even though I didn't get it). The banh mi was very good! The bread was crispy, the meat was juicy, and the vegetables were very well pickled. The pho was just alright. If you're craving it, it'll definitely hit the spot. The service was just okay. I always see this place get a lot of bad reviews, but honestly it's kind of hit or miss for us. We've come in when it's completely empty and still noticed tables that hadn't been bussed, which isn't the best first impression. When you walk in, you seat yourself. The server usually comes by fairly quickly when they're not busy to drop off menus and take drink orders. Service is pretty straightforward. One thing I don't like is the condiments on the table, the chili oil never seems to have a lid, which is a little off-putting. We usually order pho, and it comes out very fast. The broth is usually decent, but it has definitely had some off days. Overall, the food is okay, but the pricing feels high for what you get. The spring rolls, in particular, seem overpriced. Broth is more on the hearty side vs. herbal which is why it's my favorite I think. The Inside of the restaurant is definitely not the most updated but honestly it doesn't bother me much. Food has been more consistent recently than in the past. Usually have a family movie playing to keep kids entertained. Sucks they have such a crappy score on reviews. This place has been renovated so many times over a few years and within a couple of decades. I've been to this restaurant since I was a little girl in elementary school with my family. This use to be an all time family favorite, but as time past, owners moved and what not and well, with age, people change. This place still serves really good pho. The ambience is very hip and chill, I would reconsider dining elsewhere if you're not into a lot of high schoolers. Overall this restaurant is still going to be a 5 star joint for me, but for now, since it's been a while, I'm gonna give it a 3. Waited over 50 minutes for them to even take our order they kept taking everyone else's orders that came in after us and people were getting their food before they even came to take our order. The staff had terrible attitudes when bringing out the food and it was really difficult to get them to come back to the table when we were trying to ask for anything additional my son had spilled his soda all over the table and it took them a while to give us a rag to be able to clean it up and no one offered any help for being able to clean up the soda that was underneath the table so we had to finish our food with soda sitting underneath our feet. read more

We came here on a cold, rainy weeknight originally hoping to go to Pho 99 next door. We were so bummed to see it was closed but decided to give Pho-75 a try. We came in and were told to sit anywhere and were given menus. The place was packed but felt like it could have used a few more wipe downs (it felt dingy despite the newness of the place). We ordered the seafood pho and the beef pho. The seafood in the pho was bland and overcooked - the shrimp was hard and the imitation crab lacked its own flavor other than the broth. I had ordered no meat in my half pho and half banh mi but still the pho came with meat. The beef broth was not the amazing flavorful broth I'm used to - it was missing something. The banh mi's chicken was not tender nor flavorful. And the side of bean sprouts and lemons looked used when we got it. Although the food came out within 15 minutes, the place was overwhelming the waiters who could not keep track of who had ordered so a group of 2-3 waiters went around studiously trying to take orders. They also charge extra for using credit cards. The food lacked flavor and the place was chaos for me. I won't be back. read more

The last few times coming here have been disappointing. The atmosphere and service were noticeably lacking. I ordered small beef pho- onions / cilantro on the side & add meatballs/fish balls (which cost an extra $4). They instead gave me plain noodles with meatballs and cilantro + onion. I didn't even get flank, tripe ANYTHING that comes with the pho. The woman who served didn't acknowledge my table even after saying thanks. Wouldn't even had been that much of an issue had my order not been completely wrong. Overall the food was OK. Service was POOR. Ambiance was POOR. I have mixed feelings about this place. Positive points: Food and location is convenient. Plus the business hours are ideal for a late meal. This place closes at 11 pm. In addition, the prices are affordable and the pho is very good. Negative point: The cleanliness of this place is not the best. Tables were not properly cleaned and the restrooms unkept. The sauces and condiments for the pho were very sticky, unkept and almost empty. Also, the floors needed some upkeep at swiping under the tables. Out of the plates we ordered, the rice was saggy and overly cooked :( I would say if you are looking for a late bite, this place is convenient but eat at your own risk as the cleanliness is a bit doubtful. Our go-to spot for pho. We literally won't go anywhere else for pho. Yeah, the chefs and staff are Hispanic, if that bothers you- don't go. Also, staff may seem a bit rude, I don't take it too personal since they're young. They get your menus, drinks, food, and utensils out fast. Within 10 minutes of sitting at the restaurant, we are already eating. When you arrive, you sit wherever you please. After you're done with your meal, you get up and pay at the register. If you ever need utensils, boxes, cups to go, etc; you could just go up and get them (they are up against the wall, next to the kitchen door). I don't recommend using the restroom- I hear it's dirty. read more

I really wish I could give a zero star because of how poor my two previous experiences were. 1st time here - I ordered tendon in my pho and when I got my pho there was none in there. I told the worker and she told me my tendon had melted because their broth is so hot. 2nd time here - this time I ordered pho and asked for the wider noodles. At first I thought the temperature of my food was cooler than usual but I thought it was in my head. But then when my friends got their pho and the bowl had steam I knew my food was served cold. And I had my friends confirm that my pho was colder than theirs. So we told the worker and she originally offered to remake my food but then came back within a few seconds and said because I wanted the wide noodles it makes the hot broth cool down so my food was going to be the same. I have never been to another pho place where my tendon melted and my noodles were so cold they made the broth cold. Make it make sense please. Will not return or recommend. read more

Ordered beef pho large. Noodles was good but the meat ball didn't taste right or good at all. It tasted old/rotten/ and seems like it's been sitting a bit. It had the rotten beef smell to the meatball. The soup itself tasted already really salted didn't even need to add any fish sauce. Never coming again. I'm not sure what happened to this place. I don't come here too often but I know it used to be super popular when I was younger. Unfortunately, every time I come here, the service and pho just gets worse every time. In 2021 I came with my mom and sister and I remember liking the pho a lot. I came earlier this year for my graduation with my family (about 10 people), the pho and eggrolls were good but the service was odd. A young woman was our server and she had a hard time hearing what we were saying (Possibly our fault), didn't write down some of our orders, and forgot some of our drinks. The pho was just okay that night but the rice plates seemed to be way better. Then, I came mid December as a group of 4 and the pho was between bad and okay. The broth is the best part of the pho but does not get better when you add condiments, so I recommend eating it plain. The meat that wasn't rare steak was really weird and tough on some parts. They also did not have basil at that time. The server was a little awkward but she didn't mess up any of our orders. I got a Thai Tea to go and it was just okay, definitely not the best. So if you do come here I recommend getting something other than the pho. Specifically the rice plates are actually very good (I like the pork chop one). If you do get pho from here I recommend just getting the meatballs or rare steak. Lastly, the pricing is a little too much for the quality of pho that you get, the prices have definitely raised but that is also happening everywhere else. read more

I remember eating here consistently 6 - 7 years ago. Back when the food and customer service were both good. This is my first time back since then and now, only the Pho is good. My daughter and I sat ourselves. The waitress greeted us. A few minutes later, she took our order. #1 Large Pho Combination, #3 Small Pho (no greens), and a Fried Rice Combination. The busboy was on break. 4 table booths needed to be bussed. A family of 4 was waiting by the door. Waitresses and servers could've bussed the table but instead, they walked around and waited for the busboy to return back from break. It was a slow night. They were not busy. We received our drinks but no garnishes (bean sprouts, jalapeño, basil, lemon) and no utensils. A group of 4 who sat after us received everything. Our Pho came out within a reasonable time. My daughter asked me, "Dad, how are we supposed to eat?" I said, "With our eyes." I asked for the garnishes and utensils. We sat there and sadly, looked at our Pho for what felt like 5 minutes before the waitress brought it out to our table, I thanked her and she didn't acknowledge my thanks. A good portion of garnish but the jalapeños were sliced too thick. My daughter finished eating, I finished half my bowl of Pho before they served us our Fried Rice. No apology was given for the late dish. Fried Rice looked very sad with no garnish on top. The rice was mushy. I think they used rice that just finished cooking. The flavor was bland and the texture of the rice was off. You need to let the rice cool down completely or sit in a fridge overnight in order to receive the correct texture for Fried Rice. This restaurant needs step up their game. It was a Friday night, my daughter and I were the only asian customers there. Was craving pho this morning and came across pho 75-2, the highest reviewed pho place in Fresno! Due to the coronavirus, everything was takeout so my boyfriend and I ordered the pho bo dac biet (steak pho with brisket, tripe, and flank) and I had asked mine to be just steak pho, which the restaurant was happy to accommodate. What I was impressed by is how organized this to go order was. The noodles were separated from the broth and the vegetables, there were 2x of each sauce, chopsticks and forks and spoons were given all in a box that made it easy to carry. Onto the pho taste itself: the broth had a nice, rich beefy flavor to it. As someone from SoCal (and someone who has had garden grove pho plenty of times), I would say this place isn't bad compared to the garden grove places! The dish also came with a generous amount of meat as well. Personally, I wasn't a fan of my steak meat which is why I'm giving this 4 stars... I feel like the meat was a bit tasteless for me, but when I tried my boyfriend's flank and brisket, it had a lot more flavor to it so I would recommend just having the pho bo dac biet if you're looking for a variety of meats!
