If you are a millennial POC and grew up in NoVA then you are also probably familiar with Pho 75. Iykyk -- don't expect anything else on that menu except pho and cash only. This is just a sister branch of the original Eden/7 Corners location. Broth is clean and meat plentiful just like it was back in the 80's/90's and the service is on par with what's to be expected for this level of restaurant. Order sizes came in large and regular sized bowls (usual for the pho places) and we ordered a side of the marinated onions to go with. The menu is the usual combination of pho meats (chin, ñam, gau, gan, sach, bo vien, ga, etc) and there are also a few Vietnamese drink offerings (iced coffee). For those reviews that are expecting red carpets and a full menu -- I am guessing that they just aren't familiar with this chain. Went on a hump day and dinner service wasn't bad. Service was prompt and proficient. Don't expect much variety on the menu besides Pho choices (Vietnamese Noodle Soup), drinks, and desserts. There's something to appreciate about a straightforward uncluttered menu sometimes though. We got our orders fairly quick and I appreciated that as well. Best Pho broth in a while and NoVa has a lot of Pho places. My fave pho place closed a few years back and I've been on a search for that good stuff. This is where it's at! Tons of tables at this spot. Can imagine it packed come the colder season. Place is clean and the staff tag teamed bussing and reset of tables. Same like pho 75 in falls church, food came up in less than 2 minutes. Plenty of meat, good broth, even onion/cilantro is more than other places. Hope they make Pho Hoang out of business. That trash place got an attitude. Undercooked noodles, use feet water as broth, and extremely stingy with the meat. Two years ago they charged $4.00 for the extra side of meat...while Pho 75 is $2.50 currently.... I'm going to Pho Hoang to leave a 1 star review again now! read more

This location is cash only! Great amount of seating and doesn't feel cramped. We were seated right away during dinner hours. A steady flow of traffic. We ordered #1s. The pho came out quickly. I was really hoping for a strong brothy taste and steaming hot soup but it fell a little short. Overall, the taste still satisfied the craving. I don't remember what meats we had in our pho, but they tasted good. The noodles were also done well. The broth was a bit bland. If you are not able to put in saracha or hoisin sauce in your pho, you might not like the pho here. The service was quick and the food came out fast as well. 10/10 I don't think a "dive" vibe pho restaurant can ever achieve 10/10 rating, except for this one. Love that it's so clean. Such a nice addition to the CENTREVILLE area. We all know Pho Hoàng is just limping at this point and pho Duong is probably the same: both expensive and lacking flavor pho. We are sadden that the restaurant went from Pho Bristro to Pho75. We went in to have lunch after my husband had a tooth pulled and was recommended to eat soups or soft food for the first 24hours. When we realized the name changed we wanted to go inside and see if the menu changed the first thing bold on the menu is they don't accept anything but cash so we had to get up and walk out very disappointed and I made the remark that they lost a customer not everyone carries cash. But about 20mins later my husband really wanted a soup so he went back and asked for it to go. When he walked out of the restaurant still infront of their doors the soup lid was not properly closed and was overflowing it spilled on his leg. He was screaming and we had to rip off his clothing and we both panicked and rushed to find some sort of burn spray at the Gaints next door. We tried to treat the burn but ended up going to patient first who said even 24hours later the burn was still burning. He has massive blisters and can hardly walk. I have tried contacting the restaurant multiple times asking to speak to the owner or management to file a complaint because no restaurant should be serving customers hot at this unsafe temperature and cause second degree burns ontop of it not making sure the lid was even closed tightly or giving a heads up "careful" my husband has missed work over this and I am just disappointed in the restaurant. I guess maybe the new management is careless and when I called last all I got was a "sorry" and they wouldn't even take down my information. My only advice is to be careful of their extremely hot temperature soups and give it several minutes to cool down. The restaurant should take into consideration how hot they're serving their soups, make sure the lid is on tightly, and give a warning to the customer or a label on the bag. If the owner actually sees this I would love to speak about this incident. read more

Visited after hearing that a Pho 75 location opened up in Centreville. The menu is very simple and solely consists of pho and beverages. This might come as a disappointment to those who frequented Pho Bistro and enjoyed their appetizers, grilled meats, vermicelli, etc. The pho came out quickly and it was definitely meat heavy - huge portions of meat and not much rice noodles. I didn't find the broth to be anything crazy, but it was overall a nice, warming bowl of pho. A few months later after she recommended this place to others, she ate here again and hated it. I came to visit last week and she spent several days complaining about the food at this place. Heard this place was good, but it was so meh. I got a regular bowl of Pho Bo Vien, but I think a large would've been more filling. The pho broth is typical, there's nothing really special about it. I wasn't impressed with the bo vien either. Everything was very mediocre. The waiters were really inattentive even though there weren't many customers eating there at that time. FYI, they do cash only and the menu is all pho, I didn't mind though. They also have an ATM if you forget cash. If you are looking for more than just pho, I would find another restaurant. read more

As other people mentioned in their review, the broth tasted like it's water down, wasn't flavorful as the Falls Church location and the noodles had weird smell. They took over our favorite pho place and the first time we went I asked for Vietnamese egg rolls, the server sounded like a straight up snob "we don't do egg rolls, only pho, really well".
