This place is LEGIT. Small unpretentious pho spot in a strip mall next to a Mango Tree grocery store. When you walk in it's exactly what I want in a pho restaurant. They don't care at all about decor. All they care about is the pho! Also, the true litmus test for an Asian restaurant: absolutely full of Vietnamese people. Service was exactly what I want in any authentic Asian spot. Curt, quick, and no nonsense. None of the fawning "how is your food" table visits. This is because they know how amazing their food is. The star of the show is the broth. I swear you could serve it in an old boot and I would ask for seconds! SO AMAZING!! Pure heaven from the first sip to the last. The meat was tender and perfect. The noodles were cooked to perfection, not too firm and not too soft. The cut their jalapeños thick too which I love. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here every week! Pho 75 was really good. I will admit that when I walked in, I was a bit afraid of where I had chosen to eat lunch. The restaurant was completely empty at 1.30 pm on a Friday. No music, no people, and just 1 person at the front counter, but the restaurant had good reviews, and I was already there, so... I asked to be seated and went on to order. I had the raw beef, brisket, and fatty flank. It is a medium-sized bowl, and the fixings on the side as usual. I would say that they don't bring you much of the basil leaves or jalapeño slices. But I didn't ask for more either. The broth was very hot and had lots of noodles, which I like, after adding all the fixings, chili oil, hoisin sauce ... etc, I gave it a good try and the flavor was amazingly good. I kept going back for more eventhough it was so hot.... delicious. By the end of it, I was literally sweating from the spicy chili oil and from the temperature of the broth. Ambiance needs a little help but otherwise, it was a great place to enjoy Pho in sunrise. The price was decent, I think it was like $14 bucks. Service was good, pho was average, maybe because we went at almost closing time. And I think because we went late, they ran out of vietnamese iced coffee and they didn't have any more canned coke. However, the waiter was very nice, he even suggested other dishes that would be worthwhile if we visit next time. Coming from a Vietnamese person who knows pho, the broth was merely water , slightly bone broth, and fish sauce. It didn't have any aroma whatsoever and the heat was sliced twice the size. I read that there's no ownership and that the quality has gone down the drain. Since I ordered this through Uber eats it was the only option that was open at night. I'm currently traveling so I don't have bowls or utensils and the order came in a container and not the usually plastic bowl containers so it was really difficult to eat and I had to warn it up really hot in plastic just so the noodles would separate. The meat definitely couldn't be cooked in the broth because I didn't have a bowl to get the broth super hot. In addition I haven't really seen meat cut that thick. I think it's laziness. They need to cut it half as thin so that it can cook in the broth. If you aren't ordering from Uber eats I suggest getting pho at a more authentic viet restaurant like Bastilla Vietnamese in Lauderdale by the Sea. read more

Tell me why a "rice platter" costs over $20 for me to get white rice?? Years we have been coming here, and the rice platter always comes standard with fried rice. Today, I received my rice platter, and it has white rice. When I asked to clarify the mistake, they were wanting to charge me $2 more for fried rice. On top of the $20 over high price. The restaurant is decorated so cute that although a hole in the wall in a shopping center, the place looks super cute in the inside We ordered the soup that brings multiple protein and shared between us (a large). It was seasoned so well but fresh. Not heavy. Did not make my stomach hurt after like many heavy soups. Also the portion was HUGE!!! We shared and took some home for lunch the next day. I came here last night with my wife because she was feeling a little under the weather and wanted something light to eat. I surprised her here and she loved it!! The restaurant is very cute - decorated very nicely. Although not in the best shopping center, you really cannot tell you are in an okay neighborhood because the restaurant is like it's own oasis. The food was amzzing!!! So authentic. We ordered the pork and shrimp rice paper appetizer and it was delicious. It came with a peanut sesame oil sauce which was very very good. We then ordered the #1 soup which was a combo of everything. We ordered the large to share and let me tell you that I didn't know they could make soups this large. We even had leftover to take home with us. The soup was refreshing but filling. The protein was delicious and so was the actual soup. We loved it. We will be coming back. Staff not at all inviting and didn't pay much attention to me. It seemed as if he wanted me order takeout instead of dining in. I watched him greet several other patrons warmly, with smiles, and briefly chat with them. Interesting..I was only asked if I was ready after his conversation was interrupted by the patrons requesting more water at the table next to me. I looked over at him several times prior to that waiting for him to come take my order. He then advised there was no milk tea at all and said I can take a look at the drinks in the cooler. None of these drinks are in English so it would have been nice if he let me know what was what. But, I just took my chances. Hopefully I like whatever this is. Looks like brisk. Food came out quickly! The front doors need to be fixed or something. I was sat at table 2 near the front door and a guy started smoking outside. I could smell it with the door closed. Gross. The spring rolls were okay. The pork inside was dry and over cooked. Loved the peanut sauce though. I was prepared to say I would never come back to this place, but then I tried the pho. It was absolutely delightful!!! I loved it. I would for sure order here again, but for takeout only. The food gets five stars. But, the customer service gets two stars from me. This was disappointing. I ordered via Uber Eats and honestly some of the worst Bun Bo Hue and Pho I've had across multiple states. I moved here from California and I've been able to find really good spots around town, I was hoping this was be good based on reviews. However, the broth was lacking flavor. Compared to other Pho broths, this barely tasted more than a very simple broth and lacked the depth of flavor I've come to expect. The bun Bo hue was similar. The shrimp roll was sad. There was no basil, just some sad shred of lettuce and bamboo shoots. The peanut sauce was has an odd consistency. Genuinely say this, if you're a Pho fan, this is not for you. Only Pho spot open late. So good! I ordered the P06 pho and it was nice and filling. I had to ask for cilantro since they didn't bring it out with my toppings. I added chili oil to mine and it was so potent! I was coughing (everyone was, but like in a good way) it was so good. The shrimp wraps were perfectly crispy and the shrimp was juicy it was really delicious. Not to mention the restaurant was really chill. It wasn't too busy when I went, but it was like 10 pm. A side dish (basil, veggies ) consisting of soup add ins accompanied the Phở. Tip: add a bit of the hot chili sauce located on the table if you like a tad more spice. Chili garlic sauce as a dressing. Bún Ðac Biet (Special Vermicelli Bowl: Grilled Shrimp, chicken, pork strips, and fried egg roll) is the one I ordered. I love it when you're craving something and you find the perfect craving satisfied! Looked for a different pho restaurant because my go-to was sold and now they suck! However, Pho75 and a server named Yuval just made my day!! My grand-d and I have been eating pho together literally all over the country for 15 years. Tucked into an odd shopping center (and....a bit sketchy I might add) is the perfect little place. We started by ordering the shrimp/pork fresh rolls. The only thing missing was basil and mint but the peanut sauce was delish as were the rolls. I ordered the seafood pho and Ggirl ordered the shrimp pho. The beef broth is mostly tasteless and this is the heart of a good pho. The meat was hard to chew. Wondering where the good evaluations come from. My first visit here and I was not let down. It's a small cozy restaurant and the staff makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door. The food is fairly priced and very filling. I'm a bigger guy so I was a little worried that I'd be hungry again in an hour or so after ordering my small Pho Chin (Pho with Brisket) but I was happily wrong! That paired with a Grilled Chicken Summer roll appetizer hit the spot and I was good for the rest of the night. Not overly stuffed, but full. The ambiance is laid back and low key and the noise level is about average. We were able to hold a conversation at our table without the need to shout for yell to be heard. Oh no. No no. I visited around 8pm on a Saturday night and there was nobody else there (outside of three employees passing time on their phones). This should have been a warning flag to me, but I was hungry and ... well, there. Simply put, the service was friendly and attentive. The food was garbage. As a competitive broth slurper and noodle soup aficionado (both self-assessed), the bun bo hue made me want to cry in the worst way. No amount of lime juice could save the water topped with flavorless chili oil. I'm not even exaggerating - where bun bo hue broth should have a savory beef bone flavor (there was a beef bone in my broth so points for trying), it literally tasted as if they ran low on broth and added plain water to extend the life of the bones. I had requested in extra spicy, thinking they might throw in a few more chili peppers in the broth when they ladled it in. Instead, the broth was bright red and topped in a thick layer of chili oil that really added nothing to the flavor. If you stirred the broth, the oil separated instantly and floated right back to the top. The meat was...not good but not bad. Like, it didn't have a fresh, just added to the bowl flavor. The beef slices tasted as if they'd been boiling for a while because they didn't carry any umami flavor of their own. Just chili oil (sense the theme?). The noodles were great though, so a star for that. Thicker noodles are just better for soup in my opinion. Restaurant was clean, and the parking was plentiful. And empty. read more

Haven't had the pho at this location.. but have had other menu items.. I will say that the Banh Mi sandwiches are great and are also a great price! Initially was going to go to another Vietnamese restaurant a little north of there but when i saw the reviews and pics of their Banh Mi as I was in the parking lot i decided to hop back in the car and drive the extra 3 minutes... and I think i made a good choice. I ended up getting the one that had chicken, pork, and a fried egg. The bread had a very thin toasted outer crust but was super warm and soft in the middle. Which is perfect... I personally hate when baguette bread is so hard it scratches up the roof of ur mouth so this was already a win! And the flavor was great! All at a price that's was under $7. Good stuff :) read more

A decent pho spot with really good service. When we walked in, the restaurant was empty so we had A plus service. The waiter filled our drinks and brought the food out quickly. The decor is typical compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. The lot is big but there seems to be a lot of sketchy characters loitering in the lot. Remember girls (& guys), carrier your protection (taser, mase, etc.) and be aware of your surroundings. We ordered the summer roll to share; there were two fresh spring rolls filled with rice noodles, shrimp, and veggies. It was very fresh and tasty, they gave a creamy peanut sauce to dip it in. I ordered the small pho 78 special that came with lots of meats and tripe. It is typical for them to give you a side dish filled with bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño, and lime. I always douse my soup with siracha and hoisin sauce. The pho was pretty good, no complaints! Finally, I ordered the avocado smoothie as a dessert, also very delicious.
