I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Looking through some of the lower ratings and reading their inept reviews like the ding dong that said "not much meat", I would respond with a, "What the heck are you smoking???". This place is as consistent and delicious as you can ask for in a Vietnamese noodle house. We eat here weekly and have never once been disappointed. If I could give this place zeros I would. Let me just paint you a picture if you want to wait 30 minutes to not get your food something as simple as the number eight then this is the place for you. Also if you like server walking away as you're placing your order for example if you don't want onions but you can't tell him because he's already walked away then you're in luck. To top it off if after waiting 30 minutes for a pho you decide to give them the courtesy that you're going to cancel your order and go they'll make sure to let you know that you're the jerk for not waiting longer. read more

Pho's signature Boba smoothies were exactly what I needed to captivate my taste buds. The bowl I had ordered was just right and I really found myself enjoying the meal. Although the food was nice, the service clearly needed a lot of work. As we were greeted when walking in, our host barely even greeted us at all but quickly rushed us to a booth. Before I sat in the booth I noticed that the furniture was torn and this really set my expectations for the rest of my experience. Redeemed by how soon our meal arrived we were able to sit through the rest of our lunch. Awesome to FINALLY have a Pho restaurant in town! Broth is excellent, noodles are always good and they give you all of the fixins for your Pho (fresh basil, coriander leaves, bean sprouts, lime, jalepenos, hoisin sauce, sriracha, garlic chile paste, and fish oil). In addition, the Boba drinks have perfectly cooked tapioca balls (they are even still warm!) and the spring rolls are delicious, especially the peanut sauce that comes with. I could drink that stuff! Great food, fast service, and high cleanliness have kept me coming back. Location of course has been the main reason. My only complaint is that when you ask for a box to take leftovers, they take your food in back and HARDLY give you half of your actual leftovers. I would recommend asking for a box and tell them you want to do it yourself. Highly recommended and in fact, it is one of my favorite Pho meals of all time!! read more

I had a great lunch at Pho 777 today with a friend - my first time there. I had the rice noodles with grilled pork. Delicious. I really enjoyed the crab wontons as well. We'll be meeting at Pho 777 again for lunch soon. Can't wait! read more

Greasy, peppery broth. Shredded lettuce was wilted and sad, no cilantro offered. The rice noodles seemed pre- packaged in a lump at the bottom of the bowl. I think this is one of the only pho places in castle rock. We enjoyed it. I got the vegetarian bowl with no vegetables.

I ordered the shrimp, squid, and crab pho. The broth was fine but the crab was fake and was absolutely disgusting. The squid was not squid but an imitation fishcake and equally disgusting. There is a $1 upcharge for the seafood bowl and then they use artificial, fake, and nasty ingredients. I also tried the rare steak pho. The steak was not rare but was overcooked, tasteless, and had the texture of leather. My advice to the owners is to charge a buck or two more and use quality ingredients. My advice to patrons is to order something other than seafood or rare steak pho. I won't be back due to the fake seafood ingredients and will just have to drive into Parker for better pho. read more

It's literally 736 pm on a Sunday and this place is completely closed down EVEN THOUGH all of their hours on the door, google, and yelp say they don't close until 8pm sundays. We went out of our way to come to this restaurant because it supposedly is the only Vietnamese place open at this time on a Sunday in this area, and this is what they get. We have eaten here a few times and have we have ordered takeout six or seven times. The PHO is very good as are The spring rolls. The service is so so. There has not been a single time the takeout was ready by the time they said it would be. So let me translate, 15 minutes= 30 minutes, 10 minutes = between 20 and 30 minutes. I wish they would improve on their service, if they did they would get a five star rating from me. read more

Food here is decent, average at best. My wife and I sampled a number of entrees and appetizers. But for the terrible service, I would have rated it 3/5. The wait staff was gruff and disinterested. There's a television in the corner, and the employees spent most of the time staring at it while diners were ignored. They failed to bring plates for the appetizers, or to-go boxes for the remaining food. We will not be back. read more

If you're not sure about Pho or what to order, ask for the manager, Andy (or whomever is the manager) and ask for suggestions. I been here four times now, and they give you so much food for the price. It tastes fresh. I'm a vegetarian, and there are several options. A little nerve racking the other postings regarding Board of Health reviews. Hopefully they've cleaned up their act (literally!) I've been coming here every Friday with my friends since August. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the food is amazing. Not our first time to dine here however it was the worst food and service we've ever had at Pho 777 in Castle Rock. Such a disappointment as we were celebrating an anniversary. We requested hot water that came out just warm and tasted like dirty dish water. One of our entrees tasted burned. The waiter never checked back with us. We have been a customer of Pho 777 since day 1 and unfortunately the restaurant has gone downhill. When we first went here, we were extremely happy as the service was good, prices were very inexpensive and the food was good. Since opening though they have steadily raised prices to the point where they are now expensive relative to all of the good pho places in Denver, they have shrunk the portions and customer service is no longer good. Its a shame as this was a spot we would go to weekly before but now we are back to just having the Denver pho spots. read more

Service was friendly, but it tastes like they use borderline older beef beyond its prime in their pho. So there were some good beef pieces along with some really funky tasting beef pieces in my bowl of tai chin (rare steak and well done brisket). I personally frequent Pho restaurants in Parker and Aurora, and I can honestly say, Pho 777 takes the number one spot in my book for Pho. Very clean, modern, atmosphere. Granite tables along with very reasonable prices. Pho was very hot and vegetables fresh. I've found my favorite Pho spot. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
