Overall,very impressed with pho 777.the food served here holds up to some of the best that you can go to Castle rock. The broth itself is perfectly seasoned and it has a full robust flavor.they are also very generous with the sides like bean sprouts and they are always plenty of beef and stripe.i've tried Boba ,they make really awesome,the best Boba ever.you can choose many from many flavors exotic ones like taro or coconut (the taro is my favorite). Stopped on our way through for lunch. We were intending to go for fast food and saw the sign for Pho 777. This is definitely worth straying a ways off the Interstate. Very busy when we stopped, but very quick seating, very quick service and excellent pho. It compared favorably with similar places on either coast and is on our list of places to stop when passing through. read more

We were on our way from Colorado Springs to Denver and got hungry and decided to stop here after reading the good reviews on Yelp. I got a rice platter and my friend got pho. Now, I can only comment on the pork rice platter, which I did not care for. I guess I've been really spoiled with authentic Vietnamese food that I had high expectations for this place. Ate here last night, and we actually really enjoyed it. It wasn't exactly a WOW place, but it was tasty. I had the veggy spring rolls with peanut sauce, and my husband had a chicken and rice combination. He also had a mango smoothie, which he said was amazing! We'll definitely return again. read more

Great pho! Ordered a large size soup bowl and it was HUGE, I barely made a dent in the soup. Definitely enough to share with someone and split an appetizer or just order a small. The cheese wonton was really awesome too, it came out fresh and definitely the mix inside beats any other rangoon I have had ANYWHERE. It was ok. - I had the Sesame Chicken (not good at all), but my wife said her Pho was good. The rice with my sesame chicken was mush and the chicken had that nasty jerky-like texture that signifies cheap/bad chinese for me. - There was only one guy attending about 30 tables in the restaurant. Kudos to him for doing a spectacular job keeping up but staff was not adequate. To be fair it could have been an isolated incident. read more

While the service may get slow when they get busy (which is why I gave 4 stars over 5), the staff is super friendly and this place is great. My family lives in Franktown so I travel to castle rock often to eat. I usually choose pho 777 and it's become somewhat of a habit for myself. I usually end up there at least once a week and the staff knows me by now. Half the time I eat there and the other half I get to go and there's no difference in quality. My favorite is the pork noodle bowl, but I enjoy a medium number 6 pho from time to time. The restaurant is very clean and nicer than most other pho places I've been to. The food comes out very quickly and there's always some leftover. Pho 777 gets 5 stats because of it's relative quality to everything else in the area and it's price range. read more

Ok pho. . The best Vietnamese in castle rock... service is fast. Nuoc Cham must be a premade product. Broth doesn't have a lot of flavor , so dose it with Sriracha It's still good for lunch if you don't want to drive to denver for better... read more

I've been here a few times now and I absolutely love the quality of the Vietnamese cuisine here! The food is very authentic and the overall upkeep of the place is nice compared to most Vietnamese restaurants. I usually order the pho tai (rare beef) with a smoothie. Pho 777 is an "ok" Vietnamese restaurant, and the closest one to Castle Rock. I've been there three times now and every time I think "meh, it was ok, but not great". The service is kind of unpredictable, the food quality is variable. The menu needs to be proof read by someone who speaks and reads English (to wit their "vagiterian" roll)... I had the "spring rolls" the last time I was there and they were "soggy / messy". The "egg rolls" were very greasy. If you have to have a Vietnamese food fix and you're stuck in Castle Rock, it's not horrible, but you'd be better off driving up to Aurora and going to "Kim Ba". read more

Staff were quick, courteous and professional. The restaurant was quaint, not very busy and very clean. I had pho with rare steak and thought it tasted very good and was very reasonably priced. I wasn't, however, fond of the hot jasmine tea I ordered. I have grown used to the loose leaf tea I seem to find in most restaurants which I find to taste much better than the prepackaged, bagged tea. I'm very disappointed with the courtesy at this location. I arrived to eat with my children on Mother's Day and was denied service because I did not feel comfortable with sharing a table with other families when there was a table open and booths held only one person in three of them. We were told we could not have the open table Incase they needed it for another party with more than three people. There were no reservations and they were not expecting another large party to come in. I don't know about Vietnamese culture but as a military veteran with PTSD/stranger anxiety when not on official business, it was severely disheartening to this mother of two. read more

Great food, but even better service. I went to Pho 777 for the first time tonight after reading good reviews. When I came in (at 8 pm) I told the gentleman at the front I would take my food to go because they would close soon. He was great and assured me that it would not be an issue if I waned to eat there. After being convinced to sit, I ordered the shrimp spring rolls (AMAZING) and the beef Pho. I had never had Pho before and it was odd at first, but my server explained to me what I can add to make it more my style. After slight tweaking it was perfect an when I was finished he wrapped it up for me and told me he hoped I would return. I've eaten here several times and felt I owed it to them to write a review. There Pho is delicious!! I love it mostly in the winter or on rainy days like today. I love the Pork Spring Rolls but don't get them everytime as they usually fill me up. Just got turned onto Pho so I am no expert. But I know what I like. I was happy to see that there was a Pho restaurant here in castle Rock. My husband who has never had Pho and I visited on a Monday later afternoon. It was still pretty full from the lunch crowd. We sole a meal and got the spring rolls. The waiter was very accommodating. They split the meal in the kitchen. Food was very fresh. Spring rolls were excellent. I say check it out. If you don't know Vietnamese still check it out. Wait staff will help.
