I had Spring rolls, and pho #9 without meatballs. Gotta say the service and food was overall okay. Spring rolls : 8/10 was very fresh so that was good but nothing new here. Pho : 6/10 broth was honestly sub par, but a lot of meat, which I liked. Service: 5/10 there were 2 servers, one of them was good - friendly and professional - on the other hand, this other guy was kind of rough. Not sure if it's because he is new or untrained but he kind of threw the menu at me as if we're making a shady deal. There are a bit more but I won't go into the details. Not trying to bash on him, later I found that his attitude isn't necessarily bad but it's a bit of a I'm too cool for this job attitude. I wish the best for him though. read more

I enjoyed the Pho here, broth was flavorful and portion size is very big. Vegetables were fresh and flavorful. You seat yourself upon walking in and they handed me a menu. They have chopsticks and spoons at the table stacked together. I wasn't a big fan of that because the first spoon I picked up looked dirty. They could do a better job here on the cleanliness of their floors and tables. The food was good and reasonably priced. read more

Got here at 10:05, they open at 10:00 so it was perfect to go grab a quick bite to eat before the outlets opened at 11:00. 99% sure we were the first customers of the day. We sat down, ordered the food then for 45 minutes, nothing. No appetizer, waiter didn't come to ask if we were okay or to let us know what the hold up was. 6 people came in sat for 5 minutes and got their appetizer already. When I asked the waiter about it he said that there was a language barrier between him and the cook. That the cook thought it was to go. What ever the reason of the delay was, why should I have to bring it up to the waiter? It was his job to inform us customers. Needs better service, food was mediocre. read more

Had an excellent pho lunch today. Crisp veggies, perfect warmth of spice to the broth, and lots of meat ( I got the #4). They also have great Vietnamese coffee and boba tea, egg rolls are sooo good. The service is slow so don't come in a rush. read more

The food here is so disappointing, poor representation of Vietnamese pho. The soup is sour even if you don't put lime in it, the ratio of noodles to broth is too much, the broth isn't even hot, and the meat was cut too thick. The service isn't the best but it's better than not having a server??? He wasn't friendly but he wasn't rude either, so I guess it was a win. Just so disappointed with the food. It makes me sad that this is pho standard in the area. Can someone please open an authentic spot? read more

If zero stars was an option, I would've selected it. This place is dirty and the food is awful. I should have left the second I walked in. My partner had fried dumplings that squirt oil with the first bite. My pho was tasteless. The server and service in general was also very poor. read more

Compared to any pho restaurant I've been, experience was sub par. Service wise, felt was treated as if they didn't want me there...in comparison to how I saw another group of patrons treated. Wasnt provided with basil for soup, only cilantro and they don't carry chili paste only oil. It's cute inside, updated but that was the best part. Amazing food! We ordered the S1 bahn mi (Vietnamese bologna, ham, and head cheese), the shrimp vermicelli with an added chicken skewer, and the summer rolls without pork. The bahn mi was the best we'd ever had. The shrimp and chicken were excellently grilled and they cut the tails off the shrimp!! 10/10 would recommend. I used to love coming here but after today I can't. I ordered Pho and Ofcourse this places food is good but there was a fruit fly in the pho and when I brought it up to the server, they didn't seem surprised and brushed it off. I ended up puking in the bathroom and completely lost my appetite. When I went to check out I asked the server if we could do anything about the pho and their response was that they can't do anything about it and that it happens often. OFTEN. They said that there's usually flies in the kitchen and that some workers try their best to keep it sanitary but obviously that's not always the case. This honestly blew my mind. I'm not upset with the server, I know they can only do so much, but I am disappointed that the management doesn't care enough to prevent this. Again, this isn't a bad place but if you get some extra protein with wings and legs in your food don't be surprised. I will say I did get a free drink but still paid for the pho. I just hope this gets fixed bc I genuinely enjoy the food, not the bugs. read more

I usually come here because the pho is decent. I came in last night at around 7:30pm, they seemed a bit occupied but nothing crazy. I went to the front and told them I would like to dine in and they told me to have a seat. I sat down for about 15 minutes and never received a menu. no one even attended me. Two young girls came in after me and were given menus and drinks. I was very confused why I wasn't attended for the last 20 minutes I was sitting there and they looked at me. I said excuse me to the older gentlemen that worked there and he ignored me. I continued to say excuse me a little louder when he would pass and he continued to ignore me. so I just walked out. honestly I really don't know what discrimination is going on there, but the older gentlemen was extremely disrespectful for the way he treated me and ignored me as well as the younger her gentlemen that works there. don't come here unless you want to be ignored and have to wait 30+ minutes to get your food. read more

First time I went was amazing. Second time was terrible, slow, and the noodles were hard, and the beef overcooked.

The food was delicious! I got the vermicelli bowl and the meat was grilled to perfection. Deliciously marinated, thick and juicy meat. The fish sauce was also very good, not too sweet. Firstly I had no luck ordering by phone as the number was busy for at least 5 minutes. I decided to drive and order because the restaurant is less than 10 minutes away. When I placed my order, the person taking my order said it would take 15 minutes. I waited close to a half hour for my order. My order was not complicated - 2 orders of #9 Pho and order of spring rolls. At one point I asked when my order was coming and the guy said "it's coming up". That was ten minutes later. This place is not only unorganized, but the people are lazy and disgusting. I notified the employee that the women's bathroom had no toilet paper, and the toilets themselves where gross. I walked back into the bathroom and notice she had only put TP on top of the toilets AND left the bloody messes on both the toilets. If they can't keep their bathrooms clean I can't imagine the kitchen. Needless to say we walked out without ordering anything. read more

what can I say except this place is under staffed poorly managed and the teenagers working there trying there hardest can't keep up. after ordering two simple items one soup and one skewer plate from uber . we were very displeased when we only got one of the meals. after an extensive conversation with the driver he assured me that the staff member that gave him the order swore it was all there. after calling the store moments later the manager said they would replace the soup fresh and hot. after driving to the location and walking inside we saw the shit show that was the poorly managed restaurant. after waiting another 30 minutes ot including the 20 minute drive there were were handed a bag and by got its my fault for believing they could get it right the second time. boy was I wrong. instead of getting the missing soup that I ordered I got home to find a plate of skewers. if you want quality pho go to VB location and stay away from this restaurant. read more

Excellent taste and delicious food. We ordered the pho Ga (chicken noodles) and hu tieu, which are so yummy. The food comes quickly, and the server is very friendly and highly recommended. We also try chicken wings and shrimp, which are both excellent. The manager was kind and came and recommended Vietnamese coffee for us and bubble tea, which was our kids' favorite. Terrible service. Usually my girlfiend and I go here to eat because their other location in Norfolk was really bad as well. One of the workers is the son of the owner and was just really bad at keeping track of who ordered what. We waited 20 minutes before they asked us for our order. I ordered a drink and I went the entire time not having it made. His response to why the drink was late was due to the drink having so many orders when after he dropped off our food he told me that my drink is coming right up. They didn't do anything to compensate why it was late and the customer service was just overall really bad. If he is ever a server at the time you go, just be warned of the bad customer service. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible service. Seemingly no manager and only two workers. My dad asked for a Bud Light and the worker responded "sorry sir I don't know about alcohol, I'm under age"..? I ordered a kids size pho because $15 for a "small" pho was insane. It was just broth, noodles, and shredded chicken, so I asked for the small plate of bean sprouts and other toppings. The same worker said "oh yeah we can't give that to you we only do those for the smalls not the.. kids meal.." and backed away laughing and dragging his feet in his crocs--over to sit at an empty table with the other worker and they proceeded to laugh. 100% unprofessional, spend you money elsewhere. Ambiance-wise, it looks clean, just don't look too close at the tables, silverware, or seats. Also don't expect there to be ANY napkins in the dispensers. The manager must've also ran away! I rated this as a 2 because of the serious wait time and forgetting an order, when the food finally came through it was good. Its probably because of the understaffed and less cooks and many people coming in to eat but hopefully it improves overtime read more
