The service was AMAZING!!! The food was delicious. I got the chicken pho. They provided packets doe sauce (due to Covid). I also got the Vietnamese coffee. It was perfect: not too sweet and it was very large.

This is a place to try if you're unsure what Vietnamese--or even Far Eastern--food is all about. The names of meals may be unfamiliar but the ingredients won't be. Pork, chicken or beef are mixed with rice and "American" vegetables like carrots, green beans, onion, and others and often topped with a fried egg. Nothing unusual except really flavorful food in a comfortable, fast food restaurant setting. With reasonable prices Pho 8 won't damage your wallet, either.

Wife and I had lunch, beef over rice and beef with noodles...also split a beef Banh mi sandwich...tasted ok, but the beef WAS NOT tender AT ALL. Best part of the sandwich was the good, flaky roll..Nice people but will not return.

    Banh Mi + Fried Tofu

FRESH and DELICIOUS! We got the Banh Mi with fried tofu and one with pork. Both were excellent. The tofu was crunchy and is a good size portion. The pork is very well marinated. The banh mi (bread) was one of the best I have had. We also got an order of spring rolls (veggie) and fried dumplings (chicken) and they were delicious as well. The dining area is modern and the staff was super friendly. I am so impressed! I live out of town and am also Vietnamese and appreciate fresh ingredients and good food. The take out took about 30 min and worth the wait. I will definitely come back!!

It was an off hour so there weren't a lot of people in the place which made service extra attentive. The dining area is spacious and overlooks a scenic creek. Dining is available indoors and outdoors weather permitting. The menu is diverse offering everything from apps to desserts. Their specialty is toasted ravioli so that's where I focused my attention. I started with half an antipasto salad (generously portioned) which was incredibly delicious and full of flavor. I ordered three ravioli fillings that came with 6 each--BBQ, Breakfast, and 4 Cheese. They were all very tasty, but some of them were a little dry. Of the three, I highly recommend the BBQ. The Breakfast ones come with a side of gravy and if you are an adventurous eater, this concept was worth trying. The star of the show was the loaf of bread served with the salad. It was warm and hearty and went well with the meal. I was going to try the dessert ravioli, but they were out of it today. The meal was filling, the service was great, and I would go back again to try different varieties of the ravioli. Good place for a date night or an evening with friends!

It was good and reheated well in our air fryer at home! My husband liked the Jägerschnitzel. Unfortunately that day it was not as usually made. They were out of something that usually goes in it. My husband still enjoyed it very much. (I forgot to take a picture and it was unrecognizable before I could do so). I had the Bavarian Smash w/fries. I would never have "made" a burger with sauerkraut- but it worked! Heated up nicely at home. It's a large burger! Also the fries, although just wrinkle fries, were well cooked and actually had salt! Yum!! We also had a free dessert but didn't really care for it much. Brownie something served in a plastic cup. It had pistachios in it. Maybe if served differently it would have been more appetizing - maybe. I ended up throwing it away after we arrived home. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food! I would think those who work out in the training office just off the entrance to the building would find it difficult with the delicious smells coming out of this little open place in what I would call the lobby. Would go back with friends and try something different next time.

I love a great smashburger--thin, crispy and well seasoned. This was not it, although the pickles, tomatoes and lettuce were satisfying. Tasted bland, "frozen" type structure and no crispness. Fries were all right. Banana pudding was amazing. I will try something else next time but those burgers need major work.
